Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 50 mid-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are included. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen is changed once a week free of charge. Key Collection options: - collection at the agency from 14:00 to 18:30 free of charge, at 19 rue Desaix 69003 LYON. - collection from a safety deposit box in the centre of Lyon for EUR 20 regardless of arrival time. - meet a member of staff directly at the property for an additional fee of EUR 30 from 14:00 to 18:00, EUR 50 from 18:00 to 00:00. Please note that that assistance is available 7 days a week from 9:00 to 20:30.
