• Thomas (9/5): Gute Unterkunft an sehr guter Lage - Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut, die Nähe zur Uni aber definitiv spür(hör)bar. Die Unterkunft verfügt über jeglichen nötigen Komfort, es wird sogar eine Flasche Wein für die Gäste kühl gestellt! Die Unterkunft ist ein bisschen dunkel gehalten, teilweise war es laut. Dieser Lärm kam unter anderem von anderen Nutzern der dortigen Wohnungen.

• Christopher (10/5): Excellent stay in the heart of Stellenbosch - Having booked a tent elsewhere, which was situated only 50 m from their water treatment plant stunk horribly, we needed different accommodation. Avemore responded extremely quick, friendly and professionally, in no time we had all relevant info to gain entrance to the apartment, which was situated nicely in the centre of Stellenbosch and offered all facilities we required. The apartment was secure, clean, easy on-site parking, a hottub, etc. The staff were very responsive when we needed them. Extremely pleased! N/A
• Leszek (9/5): Book it. - A great apartment located almost in the city center, which can be reached on foot within a dozen or so minutes without the need to hire a taxi. A large supermarket with all the essentials is just a few steps away from the property. Despite having made the payment, we spent several long minutes standing in the heat outside the gate before we were given access to the apartment, because in order to receive the entry codes we had to fill out some forms. We arrived very tired, and it is a pity that the management company did not show any flexibility and did not allow us to complete these formalities at home in the shadow.

• Jaco (7/5): Extra form creates unnecessary admin - Great place, we walked to the main street with restaurants I did not like that I had to fill in an extra form with all our details (that is already on Booking.com) and we had to send a copy of ID of each person staying. I use Booking.com for ease of booking, I don't want to do more admin after my booking. If you don't fill in the form and mail the IDs, you don't get the self-check-in instructions.

• Stephen (9/5): Spacious, clean modern apartment close to centre. - Modern, clean apartment within walking distance of central areas for restaurants etc. Small local shopping centre within 5 minutes walk for groceries and small café. Quiet area even though very close to university buildings with lots of students about. Secure gated building. Agent very friendly and responsive to calls for information or help. Bit of a mix up on check in where we ended up at the wrong apartment but agent was on the ball when she realised what had happened and came herself to pick us up and take us to the right place. A bit short on towels provided but extras were supplied on request.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Well appointed and close to downtown - Lovely cottage, nicely decorated, great bed and spacious. Hosts went out of their way to get us wifi, which was difficult to purchase. Wifi though was weak throughout our stay (we were on 8 down, 2 up for 3 gig). Kitchen had all the dishes and pots needed, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, one dish towel, no dish cloths, no paper towels. Would be nice to have a few more have more amenities, that we have experienced in several other cottage stays (condiments, dishcloths, etc). Being a close walk to downtown restaurants and shops was great.
