- Abta (4/5): - The team was attentive. It is important to note that there is no elevator and you have to climb 3 floors to the studio room. Important if you are with luggage. Located down the hill from the train station, so going up by foot can be a challenge with luggage.

- Rahel (8/5): Alles in allem war es sehr schön und wir würden wieder kommen. - Das Bad ist sehr schön und entspannend Gestalltet. Die Lage an der Limmat ist sehr eindrücklich und auch das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Man ist schnell in der interessanten Stadt mit gemütlichen Caffes und vielen Optionen zum Einkaufen. Das Frühstücks Buffet hätte etwas grösser sein können und die Auswahl war nicht bis am Schluss vorhanden.

- Joan (4/5): Stay here if free entry to the thermal pools is your focus. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The thermal pool was the highlight. The bathroom and shower were 1 star quality. The kitchen was poorly supplied, no soap, dish towel or sponge! The living area had low beams making movement difficult due to furnishings not suitable to the space.

- Daniela (8/5): - Tolle Lage, Personal sehr freundlich, Wellness: Pool sehr schön, Bett sehr bequem und Zimmer hat mir gefallen, auch ruhig Vom Ruheraum und Dampfbad Im Wellness wie auch die Dusche im Zimmer hätte ich mir mehr erwartet von einem 4 Sterne-Hotel Praktisch und sehr fein das Thailändische Restaurant im Gebäude. Jedoch hat auch das Zimmer am Abend nach thailändischem Essen geschmeckt (2. Stock)

- Kleiber-Glatt (8/5): Es war ein entspannter, freundlicher und schöner Aufenthalt in Baden. - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der kleine Spaziergang ûber den Fluss zum Frühstück tat gut. Die Äpfel an der Reception sind super fein und knackig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, toll auch die Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Das Zimmer (Suite 303) war sehr ruhig. Wir bekamen zum gleichen Preis ein besseres Zimmer, weil es frei war, sehr grosszügig, Danke. Schade, dass das Zimmer ( Suiten) nicht im gleichen Haus war wie der Spa Teil. Der Begriff Suite finde ich etwas übertrieben. Es war ein geräumiges Hotelzimmer. Für 2 Nächte unnötig die Frotéewäsche zu wechseln.

It was lucky that our group was relatively young and fit as there was no lift in our building and we were on the top floor. The breakfast was a little disappointing for such a good quality hotel. It would have been useful to have received the information emails in English and/or French and not only in German.

Dommage pour ce bel hôtel qui a de très belles chambres, très confortables et de très bons bains thermaux. A noter,le geste de l'hôtel qui nous a gentiment déduit les petits déjeuners sans qu'on le demande.

O pequeno-almoço é subcontratado ao restaurante que explora o edifício novo do hotel. Fica muito abaixo das expectativas, está mal adaptado e prejudica imenso a harmonia da estadia

- Anastasija (8/5): Insgesamt ein toller und erholsamer Aufenthalt. - Super Lage! Mega sympathisches Personal, Frau Schmiederer war immer für einen spannenden Austausch da. Sie konnte uns mit ihrer fröhlichen und humorvollen Art ein Lächeln auf die Lippen zaubern. Im Zimmer oberhalb des Thai- Restaurants konnte das Fenster Tagsüber nicht geöffnet werden. Es schien so, als wäre der Dampfabzug der Frittierstation des Restaurants, gleich unten dran.
- A.T. (7/5): Wochenend-Ausflug - Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum grossen Bad "47" ist toll. Das kleine aber feine Spa "Novum" im Haupthaus ist sehr ansprechend. Nach unserer Enttäuschung über das ungenügende Frühstück wurde uns dies anstandslos von Rechnung storniert. Die Zimmerausstattung in den Limmatsuiten ist zwar toll desingt, jedoch an gewissen Stellen eher unpraktisch oder unzureichend. Es gibt keinen geschlossenen Kleiderschrank. Ein Schreibtisch fehlte in unserem Raum ebenfalls und eine kleine Minibar auf der Etage oder im Zimmer wäre für 4 Sterne ebenfalls sehr toll gewesen. Die Frühstückslösung ist aktuell nicht gut gelöst; das Frühstück für die Hotelgäste findet im benachbarten Restaurant "Pepe Nero" statt. Leider fehlt es dort an allem, was man mit einem Frühstück in einem "Spa-) Hotel verbindet.

- Zohar (4/5): - I liked that the room was spacious and it had a coffee machine. The shower was terrible. The room was so spacious but the shower and toilet room was tiny, I could barely fit in the shower. Secondly, the water temperature and pressure were terrible, the water kept switching from hot to cold and the washer head stream was painful. In addition, the bed was too hard and in contrast the pillows were too soft and thin. All in all, was not a comfortable sleep. I also didn't like that in order to use the pool I had to go to a different building, out to the street and then to the next building. Also, the breakfast is served in another part of the river which requires a bit of walking outside. The breakfast was really modest, didn't have a lot of options to choose from. Although it is served in an Italian restaurant, the coffee was really not good. Although priced like a 4 stars hotel, it really didn't feel like it.

- Christoph (9/5): Gemütlicher Kurztrip für Wellness und Stadt - Schönes, grosses Appartement im alten Haus, aber ohne Lift. Wellnessbereich sehr schön und grosszügig mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Unkomplizierter Empfang, jedoch kein Hotelfeeling. Ruhige Lage direkt an der Limmat. Frühstück klein, aber fein. Das Badezimmer war eher kalt und rudimentär für diese Zimmerkategorie (alter Douchvorhang, keine Ablage in der Douche, unbeheizt). Zubringerdienst mit Taxi vom Bahnhof kompliziert buchbar. Frühstück in einem ital. Restaurant über die Limmat, also nicht direkt beim Zimmer, dies ist eher schwierig für Leute mit Gehproblemen.

- Delia (8/5): Schön gelegen an der Limmat - Sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, das Spa konnten wir ausZeitgründen leider nicht nutzen. Die Zimmer waren sehr aufgeheizt, da die Heizung sehr hoch gestellt war.

- astrid (8/5): Geeignet für Auszeit, auch wenn es nur kurz ist - Das Hotel hat uns ein Upgrade geschenkt da mein Mann Geburtstag hatte und eine kleine Flasche Prosecco im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Die Suite war sehr hell ,modern und sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit: sie konnten uns einen Tisch fürs Abendessen reservieren, obwohl es ausgebucht war.

- jürgen (6/5): - Das Zimmer mit dem Blick auf den Limmat war schön, die Dusche ist mit dem Glas nicht so mein Ding. Frühstück selbst ist gut gewesen nur die "Wanderung" ist nicht sehr komfortabel. Schlecht finde ich dass man mit dem Bademantel über den Hof gehen muss, um in den Spa zu gelangen, in der Beschreibung müsste dies besser zu erkennen sein. Dachte wir wären im Haupthaus, da wir beim ersten Besuch im Gebäude gegenüber waren.

- Carole (7/5): Belle et grande chambre, avec confort - L’emplacement idéal, proche du centre et des activités culturelles. La limmathof à proximité, magnifique promenade. Le rideau de douche impropre dans la salle de bain. L’eau déborde de la douche. Le petit déjeuner dans un autre bâtiment à 3 minutes à pied, pas pratique en cas de pluie.

- Gaby (10/5): - Wir hatten ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Das Bett ist mega bequem und die Dusche ist auch toll. Wir konnten auch die Terrasse sehr geniessen bei dem schönen Wetter. Einzig es fehlt ein Spiegel in Körpergrösse im Zimmer
- ebnoli00 (7/5): Sympathisch mit Verbesserungspotential - Sehr netter Empfang, toller kleiner Spa-Bereich, alles sehr sauber Spa im Hauptgebäude, Schlafen im Nebengebäude und Frühstück in einem dritten Gebäude auf der anderen Flussseite. Frühstück nicht überzeugend (Rührei und Speck nicht schmackhaft, Bedienung kann nur italienisch).
