- soileh841 (6/5): Very mediocre - The first room I got smelled of cigarette smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. I got another room - same thing, but not quite as bad as the first one. Probably comes through the A/C vents. I stayed in the second room because it was late and I was tired. Also the shower drained really slowly. Bed was ok, maybe a little too hard for my liking. Construction work outside so it’s a bit noisy, but wasn’t an issue for me as I slept with ear plugs. Breakfast was good and there was lots to choose from. But the tables were too high for the chairs and eating was really awkward even for a 170 cm tall person.

- Trek792623 (2/5): Avoid if you’re after service - The hotel is clean and tidy; rooms are comfortable and well maintained, breakfast has a great choice of different nationalities, and good quality … that’s where it stops. Generally, service is nearly non-existent. Room service is hit and miss whether a) they will answer, or b) they’ll call back, and they don’t. Next door is a building site in early construction phase. Breaking the concrete starts at 6am, and is continuous for 12hrs … nice alarm clock. Dinner is from 7pm until 11.30pm, but you will be asked to leave at 9pm, as they have a “party” EVERYNIGHT. If you want to stay, you have to pay SAR130 for the privilege. Don’t worry though, you can hear the music in your room quite clearly until midnight. There are no restaurants in walking distance, except for a burger shop, so be prepared to order food deliveries. The hotel was convenient for this trip, but will stay somewhere nearer the financial area, which is cheaper, has more facilities, and restaurants nearby. Honestly …. avoid until the construction ends, and they allow you to spend YOUR money, in THEIR restaurant.
- netllama (6/5): ok, but not great - I spent 2 nights here. When I first arrived, they gave me a free upgrade, which was nice. However, the location is very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise. But is also a large construction site next door which had digging noises from sunrise to sunset every day. My room was ok, but the wifi signal was quite poor, and dropped often. On the 2nd day, I returned from dinner to find housekeeping cleaning my room after 7 pm, which is ridiculous. In their rush to finish, they forgot to replace the bath towels that they removed, and left their master keycard in my room. A half hour later, they were knocking on my door to retrieve the key card. This was a minor annoyance, more than anything. The issue that was not minor was how they treated me when I asked if they could print my departure COVID19 test result. At first they agreed, but the print out was extremely poor quality (it looked like a bad photo copy). When I requested that they try a different printer, they insisted that there wasn't one. When I asked where I could go to print myself, they called their manager. He agreed to print in his office (clearly the claim that there were no other printers in the hotel was a blatant lie). I waited in the lobby for the manager to return. After waiting 20 minutes I gave up, and returned to my room. Thirty minutes later they brought a good printing up to my room. This process should not have been so difficult. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The underground parking garage was nice too. I doubt that I will return, when there are so many other options in Riyadh.

Very loud music in background, difficult to hear person, had to shout, so order could be heard. Once food arrived, pasta overcooked and soggy.

- richardlR4473AJ (10/5): Good for the money - This hotel will win no awards for a top hotel but in terms of value you for money, well it is right on the money. The staff are very fantastic and always make you feel good. Rooms average. Internet, which is an issue in most Riyadh hotels, is better than some others namely centro rotana or radisson. Dinner is pretty good, especially when you consider the price. Breakfast is good. A serious let down is the extremely poor gym. Tiny and inadequate for a hotel this size but also the machines are very cheap or at least very poor. Treadmill is a joke, narrow but just doesn't work well and very fidly. The bikes have the most uncomfortable positions. The pool is the same size as my mates hottub.
- michellebU6602MN (4/5): Female business traveler - As a rule I do not leave negative reviews. And...this hotel may be very suitable for a male traveler with a vehicle. Rooms were lovely and clean. HOWEVER, as a female business traveler it was very uncomfortable. It was clearly a male environment, service for me in the restaurant was marginal to non-existent. Walking on the street was frowned upon, even to the pharmacy two blocks away. Each night between 10 and 1 someone was ringing my doorbell and when I commented to the front desk they shrugged and said staff must have had a reason. Again, it might be lovely in another scenario but not as a solo female business traveler.

Arrived at hotel, i get a drink during paper stuff on the reception. After that they bring me to my Room and given me some instruction. The Room was clean and big, generally the hotel was looking very clean and glamours. So I give 4 stairs. Only staying one night, so had no time for taking Breakfast or using the other services like Gym.

La propreté est tout juste OK, le mobilier est un peu abimé et pas forcément soigné ; même si le design est sympa. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un excellent buffet, c'est mangeable mais pas de la plus haute qualité. J'ai passé la nuit dans cet hôtel car je voulais quelque chose de plus proche que mon hôtel habituel pour être rapidement à l'aéroport. Ça a fait le travail, mais je préfère largement l'endroit où j'ai mes habitudes. Wifi gratuit, OK.
