- Richard (7/5): Bien lire avant de réserver - Assurément l'emplacement est super. Staffs très gentils. Le petit appartement 9F1, est vraiment fait pour des gens mesurant 1,65 et moins. Les plafonds, cadre de porte sont très bas. La mezzanine est encore pire, vous devez être accroupi. Dommage.
- Su Ping (8/5): - The location was great, 3-5mins walk to 北门station, 13 mins to taipei main station and 10 mins to ximengding shopping district. The staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to go extra miles to help when in need. Booking of taxi at anytime, advice on suitable attractions, extra blankets, towels and drinking water. The room is just nice for a family of 5-6 pax.
- Mariko (7/5): 部屋は清潔で広いがシャワーとトイレに工夫が必要 - 台北駅まで徒歩圏。西門周辺や迪化街にも歩いて行けるので飲食には全く困らないです。 部屋も5人で使うには十分な広さ。 エキストラベッドも問題なく使えました。 お部屋に置いてあるお茶(ティーバッグ)がとても美味しくて、買ってきたパイナップルケーキや杏仁豆腐ともぴったりでした。 部屋の広さと対照的にシャワー、洗面台、トイレが狭いスペースにまとまっており、シャワー後は床をバスタオルで拭かないとトイレが使えません。 今回は5人で宿泊したので、まず全員がトイレを済ませた後に5人連続でシャワー、終わったら床を拭くようにしました。 脱衣も部屋の外でしないと着替えもびしょびしょになるので同性同士の旅行とかでないとだいぶ使いにくいです。 ロフトかあるので異性はその間上に上がってもらうなどは可能です。

- Oleksandra (9/5): Central location near Ximending - Staff is cool and helpful Hotel has own laundry machine - that is so handy, very few guests were using it during our stay, just make sur Eti have 50 and 10 coins Windows are not opening as you are next to a busy street, just so you know The building is quite old so the humidity is high, once the towel get wet it is hard to dry it, BUT, they change it every day and you a free to take dryer one if you need at any time.
- Teo (6/5): The room is ok, but the blanket is very old and dirty. the bathroom is dangerously design. - The room is spacious and come with washing machine, fridge and free wifi, including new towel, water. The cleanliness of the bed especially the blanket is worst. We can see the blanket inside the cover is very very old and it looks very dirty. The bathroom has a bad design as well . Its small and when i use the shower head for bathing, the water will spray onto a AC wall socket. this is very dangerous. we need to cover up the AC socket to prevent shower head water from coming in contact.

- Julien (8/5): Nice stay at Taipei - Stayed for 3 nights. Appreciated the bottles of water on arrival. The apartment was functional, with air conditioning and a washing machine. The mezzanine was a great spot for the kids. The street noise from the rear window was constant throughout the night, as the city never really sleeps.

- Roger (7/5): - I liked that the duplex was clean and spacious. There was only one AC unit to cool the entire room which was inadequate. I selected 18°C (lowest temp possible on the remote control) and had the fan speed on its highest, but the room still felt very warm. The window blinds were not completely opaque and the room was as bright as noon at 6am when the day broke.

Had amenities like a washing machine and kitchen sink which were very useful especially because of the humid weather. We got free bottled waters. The staff were so hospitable and helpful. Communication was also efficient even before arrival. We used whatsapp when we got to Taipei. We were also allowed to leave our luggages after check out. Check out was at 12pm which was really good cause we could sleep in. Train station was very accessible and Ximending night market was only a few steps away. Lots of restaurants/eatery/bubble tea around the area too. It wasnt really a big deal, but the toilet wasn't flushing very well. We had to flush a few times to flush it properly. The shower area/tub was very high to get into. There was a plastic stool that we can use as a boost to get in, but it was a bit slippery cause of the water splashes. We just wiped it dry to avoid slipping.

The check-in process is quick The equipments are great, we like the washing machine and the dryer The hotel is located in the good place, next to MRT green line, red line and purple line (Airport line), only few steps away from Ximending night market. From here you can also easily take bus 965 to go to Jiufen (very convenient).

- John Christian (9/5): Worth it! - The property is close to Beimen station and accessible to major attractions of the Ximending area. The one assisting us is really helpful and responds quickly in Whatsapp. She made sure our stay was comfortable despite the language barriers. Kudos to the hardworking attendants! We also had free water refills everyday! The house security key was only one and as travelling as a group makes it quite inconvenient. Hoping there was two for guests for a group.

Free drinking water for self pickup. Room with huge spaces with washing machine -fits best for travel in group or family. The room had re-interior design for improvements. It is not so new. But good value for what we paid.

- Jennifer (10/5): Comfort stay - We stayed at room 800. Its cute loft apartment. Its small but functional. It got everything we needed. My kids liked it. The location is convenient. About 5 minutes to ximending and 10 minutes to taipei station and 20 minutes walk to dihua old street. The apartment can accommodate for up to 6 people. I wish there are more stools available instead of two only. It also might be great to have a microwave available in the apartment.

- I (7/5): Location nice but some parts can be improved - The location is excellent—close to the Airport MRT line but away from the crowded areas, which I prefer. It’s in a relatively quiet neighborhood, yet still within walking distance to Beimen MRT Station (with is connected to the Airport MRT ). You can also walk to Dihua Street and Dadaocheng Wharf Plaza. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is small but has most of what we need, and the price is reasonable. The bed is too soft and feels like it has been used by many, with noticeable sagging. The biggest concern is its location right next to a main road, where there’s constant traffic—even at midnight. The soundproofing isn’t ideal, so light sleepers may find it difficult to fall asleep.

- Stefaldo70 (8/5): One week in Taipei - Clean and comfortable flat. Location is top, just a few meters from the green line (metro) and main railway station. Speed WiFi. Nearby (Ximending) you can find many restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Staff is very kind. Kitchen is very basic. There's nothing to clean, wash and dry. In the flat there's only a fancoiler for AC and it was cold inside.

The room had a smell that was pungent and no matter what I did the smell would not go away. it was gross. - Nobunao (10/5): - こちらは向き不向きがあると思います。ホテル名義ですが、部屋貸しに近い感じです。スタッフの方が11時から19時までの対応なのと、日本語対応は翻訳利用以外は期待できないので、至れり尽くせりを期待する場合は不向きです。英語は片言で、中国語が分かる方が良いです。原則としてやり取りはLINE経由になります。13時に部屋に通していただけ、部屋の使い心地は良く、Wifi良好、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。大通りに面している点と、住居者がいるため、天井からの足音や水利用の音が聞こえるのが気になる場合は避ける方が無難です。私は気にならなかったので問題無しでした。利用方法全般が判ってからは、問題なく快適に過ごせました。チェックアウト後の荷物は、11時前でもチェックインカウンターに置いておく形で預かってもらえます。価格次第でリピートしたいです。

- Robin (6/5): - They do cleaning upon request but the room has a bad wet smell, and they enclosed the bunk bed with a board which collected dust overtime. The toilet floor material which is meant for anti slipped but it has problem drying up, hence bad smell. We even have adult cockroaches in the toilet. All these excluded my bad check in experience, which they claimed it was expedia's fault. Anyhow, the owner had reimbursed some money back to me.

- RANDY (8/5): - Hotel staff and location are the only things I like about this hotel. A lot of people have mentioned the property is not as clean which I think they're all true. Their profile pictures look a lot nicer and bigger than it actually is. It also has a lot of rules that no many people are mentioning, like A/C can't be over 23C. ALL toilet paper has to go into trash can but they aren't cleaning trash everyday upon requests. Showers should be taken no more than 15 mins. I have no mean that I cannot follow rules, but I rather pick other hotels that makes me feel more comfortable.
- Szabolcs (7/5): Was perfect for a quick one night stay - Only stayed one short night before our very early morning flight, so can't say too much, easy access from Taipei Main station and Ningxia night market also a short walk away. Even though the room was small and looked to a busy main road, we had a good sleep here, can't complain about anything.
- Elsie (10/5): 200% Valued hotel in Taipei, highly recommend - The location is very convenient to any tourist attractive spots either by bus or underground. The night market is less than 10 minutes walk. You can take a day return trip to various long distance attractions by bus / speed train such as Beitu spring bath, Shifen, Jiufen old street. The airport and underground train entrance is only diagonal opposite to the hotel. You just need to walk through the connection of underground shopping arcade. The staff are friendly and helpful. 24 hour Convenience store, chinese pancake and noodle shops are nearby

There was a mezzanine where the bed was and required climbing stairs with a low roofline which would restrict some travellers but we loved it. Staff warm and welcoming, located near great food and shopping areas and metro. Highly recommended to stay

There is a little scent of sewage that comes up from the bathroom drain. It only really bothered me when I came into the room, but it was enough that I went and bought incense.

- Đạt (10/5): the hotel owner saved our whole vacation. my son had a fever during our stay in taipei, she went out of her way to help - clean, airy. The air-conditioned hallway is always cool, services and amenities are fully provided for both families or individuals. Good hotel security, the hotel owner is extremely wonderful Nothing to worry about this hotel. I will book again if I come back to Taipei next year

- Junhao (7/5): A good overall place to spend the night. - The location is lined with multiple stores serving beef noodle soup, a staple in Taiwan. Place is pretty accessible as well, located just across the road from Beimen MRT. The windows are nice and large, but considering that the building is located along a main throughfare, a warning would have been nice. A cockroach found it's way into the room in the evening, which gave my wife a good scare.

- RUTH (6/5): - First impression of the room is that it's cozy and cute and thoughtfully provided all amenities. Realised the room was rather dirty - windows had visibly not been cleaned in a while with black spots everywhere and dust coating the outside (room faces the main road) when we wanted to do work at the tables. While the room we stayed in has a table top, it is not possible to do work there (it is a high table and the foot board is wobbly, facing the dirty windows :S) and we decided to get a day pass at the co-working space instead. This additional $40 / day extra made us wish we had opted to stay in a nicer place to begin with. Reception time from 11am to 7pm only, but not an issue either. It is in a very convenient location near the train station, and owner was nice to let us check out slightly later. They provide free flow bottled water too.
