- Dystany (3/5): - The pool view that's is it It was not clean I stepped on a tac twice that was left over from other guest the carpet was dirty the fridge was broken the microwave didn't heat up the food correctly it would heat half of the food. The breakfast was terrible there was so many god dam spider webs on the balcony I couldn't even enjoy it. There was this brown stuff on the back door of the bathroom. The hot tub didn't make bubbles. And on top of the shity stay they are trying to keep my deposit saying I had a pet in the room which I did not

Smell, unhygienic the surroundings (unwanted guests are allowed to chill and get high in their vehicles) security guard himself smokes everywhere making it hard to open windows. I’m this is motel 6

The pictures online were not a good representation of the property. If felt like the homeless were taking over the outer property and I had to be more careful when walking around by myself.
- Keiana (3/5): I’m glad this was a turn around trip and not a vacation I would never put my in hotel like this - I got to see squirrels something that I have not seen in over 20 years due to where I live I requested a balcony pool view. I check in the clerk was not as for me as the evening cloak she told me that I had a pool view room upon entering the room. It was a spider coming up under the door a 2 inch gap where anything could come in up under the door and cobwebs I was moved to a new room on the second floor, which was better. The balcony just needed to be free of spiders and cobwebs. the continental breakfast was either overcooked or undercooked no fresh fruit no waffle maker even the coffee and juice was bad. Not sure if it was plus or minus with the security guard on site.

Not really under your control but there were bums sleeping outside your gates the Dennies had all kinds of bums hanging out there with only one server... only wanted one coke... couldn't find any coke machines at the hotel.. got up early to leave and the chevron across the street wasn't even open...

When he woke me up and I turned the lights on there were roaches in the bathroom and by the vanity sink. We were told we would get full refunds buy the night manager. We were then told we had to talk to the general manager. When my brother called he was told she wasn't going to be in.

- Candace (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend if you have children or if you’re looking for a nice fancy room - The staff was nice and the floors were clean and the room smelt clean Homeless people It was very ghetto people outside all night I had my kid with me and I was very disappointed because it’s right by the police station and the pictures looked nice but it was horrible

- Steve And Anja (8/5): Enjoyable stay, wonderful pool area, friendly staff - Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool and hot tub area with nice rose garden. Huge hot tub. Nice bed, tv, refrigerator and microwave. Good thick walls,.you couldn't hear guests in other rooms nearby which is rare these days. Staff worked daily keeping the place clean and maintained, raking leaves, cleaning the pool area, etc. Breakfast was disappointing both days. Soda in vending machine had expired last year. Air conditioning had a sour smell and needed a new filter.

I booked it for 2 adults. Got to the room and there were only 2 towels. They didn't clean or replace them until the 3rd day.

- Cheyenne (1/5): Awful - We already had a bad experience last weekend here. AC’s didn’t work in either room and our doors wouldn’t close all the way. Then the hotel didn’t release my deposits in full so I inquired and they stated we used the towels and linens so they charged us for that. Linen and towels were ripped and stained upon check in. We weren’t able to get our money back for this second stay so we were going to tough it out (quite literally) First, we approached our first room and the door was already ajar. The key card wouldn’t work, it flashed green and red like it was locked from inside. We went back to lobby where the receptionist had security follow us back up to show him. He was yelling on his cell phone and falling behind as we walked back to the room. He gets there and scans the key card, it flashes red and then he shoves the door open. He looked at us like we were stupid then got back on his phone and left. We returned to our group to get our luggage and kids to go to the rooms. We enter the room with the messed up door and the whole door frame where it’s supposed to shut, is broken and the door latch/lock was dangling as if someone had previously kicked it in. We called the lobby and she kept asking if we used anything in the room which we hadn’t but she wanted to meet us downstairs where we did meet her and she asked to go up and look at the door by herself but we followed. She took pictures while on the phone with a woman on speaker. Then she says she would try and find us a new room. We get to the new room and the carpet in the whole room was wet and greasy so none of us could take our shoes off. The black grease in the carpets left prints in the bathroom, we had mold on our towels, ripped sheets with stains and there was food crumbs around the furniture. Went to breakfast and noticed a rat bait trap with poison propping the door open to the breakfast area. We took pictures for proof of everything. They do under the table transactions with regulars, make fake names to write fake reviews on google, and they steal your money/deposits for their own messes.

I was extremely run down, and only minutes of driving through the parking lot, and building the courage to view the room, I was too uncomfortable to stay. Sadly, the property did not accommodate my refund, which was also disappointing.

They didn’t even leave to check the room Then they said “never mind” I’m not one to argue or be disrespectful to staff ever, and I didn’t even get any attitude with this worker, but they just were mean mugging me and the day before checkout the final night I asked for a change of sheets, and they said yes, I come back after leaving for the day, and the sheets were not changed. Not to mention when I checked in firstly the floor was dirty. And bugs were inside.

Staff very rude look for issues didn't have hospitality, we had a big family and they did not want to give us any towels, complain about the dirtiness of the towels and refuse to give me back my deposit . blamed my children for their plumbing issues, we ate out most of the time because did not feel comfortable eating the breakfast. They cut off their jacuzzi system so people would not get in. I would not go back there because they have passive aggressive attitudes.
