- Anshul (4/5): Good staff but not a great apartment - The staff was great and they hosted us well. But the apartment was not cleaned and we faced a couple of issues. The staff did their best to solve the issues. But we were not happy with our stay.

Il personale dell' agenzia che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e stato professionale e molto affabile, I i miei 50 anni rimarranno un ricordo bellissimo graxie a voi ed a expedia!!!!!

- Tim (4/5): worn out apt - The check-in staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in a nice area: 10 min walk to Bari Gotic & Las Ramblas and 5 min walk to Pl. Catalunya. The Apt-Hotel room was spacious, but amenities need updating. The biggest disappointment was the AC split unit in the bedroom: it creaked & made noise, making it difficult to sleep at night.
- peter (6/5): Shabby and not clean...and check in a nightmare - Finding the place and checking was an absolute disaster. We had received wrong instructions and wasted 3 hours of our precious time in Barcelona getting to the check in and finding the paid for parking we had booked. this could all have been solved if A) their phone number was actually connected, and B) if they supplied a simple map with the check in place and garage along with the actual apartment's addresses. Why the can't arrange with the half wit at the actual location to inform one that the check in is about 4 doors away, I don't know. Instead we tried to find a non-existent address on the garmin. The apartment was basic but really shabby - mould and long black hair in the bathroom, BUT thankfully it was airconditioned! But I still feel we were badly treated, and I have half a mind to claim back for the wasted time. The location is good, and it's fairly well kitted out. A coffee machine would have been great.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Better places available for cheaper. Bad apartment - The apartment was not as advertised. It was more crammed than the one shown in pictures. A lot of furniture sets were broken and/or uncomfortable. There was not balcony, although it was promised during the booking. Additionally, tiny bathrooms, shabby utensils etc. I paid a large amount to enjoy a comfortable stay, but it was not worth it at all.
- Erica (8/5): - It was nice to be in an apt and have more space with our daughter traveling with us. It had two toilets which was a plus. The shower was small but it served its purpose. Checking in was a challenge since it was at a different location and had to park 2 blocks away. Overall we liked it and it was a good location base for sightseeing but away from the busy areas.
- Grace (10/5): Wonderful stay at the center of the city - We were very happy to stay at this place for our Barcelona trip. The location is less than half hour walk to all the major sight, and 5ish minutes walk from the Aerobus drop off location, which made the airport traveling super easy. The room was spacious with a view of the city and having 2 full bath room was defiantly a bonus. The elevator for the building was not the biggest, but we had no problem fitted a stroller, 2 adult and our baggage in there. Over all it made our Barcelona stay very enjoyable.
