• SUHEIL (6/5): Not recommended as 5 star hotel. - The staffs were good. Night buffet was good with music the singer was very good. 30 minutes waited for the payment process. No visa or Master cards accepted. Not suitable for international travelers. Morning breakfast was crowded and food was not so tasty as expected. Property was good but maintenance required.

The staff in general were friendly and a few really took extra efforts to attend to our requests. The corner of the wooden beds needs to be provided a protection against hitting ones leg. • Aleesha (1/5): Not worth the money! - Interior of room was good with ample space. Breakfast was super. I'd booked two Vista rooms. The room was very far from the reception. It was extremely difficult to walk and reach the room as it had a very steep terrain to reach the room. We were not allowed to access the main pool as there was some private function happening and we were not informed earlier about it. If we were informed, we could have planned accordingly. When we tried accessing the infinity pool, after we entered the pool and were wet, the staff told us that the dress(tshirt and shorts) we were wearing is not allowed in pool. He could have informed us before we entered the pool, he didnt notice us coming, as he was busy scrolling his phone. When we checked out, no one even bothered to ask how the stay was. They just gave the receipt and said its done. During checkout, even if there were 2 rooms, they just send 1staff to bring our luggage. Since we had to climb a peak to reach vehicle and staff wasn't able to carry all our bugs, we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Overall, we were totally disappointed as it was not worth it. Extremely overpriced for the services provided. I would not suggest this place for families.

The room was very basic for the price, with no mini-fridge and bare walls. The service at the restaurant and bar were extremely slow. There were no towels in the pool area.

• Divine (4/5): Disappointing - The area and ambience are nice and lots of areas to explore and has a lot of facilities for spending time during the stay itself without going outside The rooms were average, not at par with the cost of stay, the linens inc blanket were sub quality, the internal phone was not working ,there was no person support at our building so had to walk to main reception at other building to get help. No bar which was disappointing as it was not mentioned in the online description that it is closed. The lighting was crap, the fan turns off when the lights are off, which was blunder and Air conditioning was also not as good as expected as a room costs about 7800 with taxes for a day. food is okay but not droolworthy.

Food was good and our stay was comfortable. The maintenance was poor and the staff not very helpful. some of them seemed pretty new to the job and had no clue about the food and service when asked.

The hotel does not go that extra mile to ensure cx satisfaction. For ex: they charge you for cutlery if you are not ordering food from their restaurant which is pretty expensive. For the rates at which the rooms are provided this was not that I expected.

The restaurant located inside the property “Spice bowl “ could have offered more flavorful food as the restaurant’s outside the property in close proximity are not commendable.
