• Itzel Carolina (10/5): - El personal es muy atento, siempre están al tanto de lo que podamos requerir, de igual manera está en una excelente ubicación (a dos cuadras del Ángel de la independencia) lo cuál es bueno si quieres viajar en transporte público o salir a caminar, hay variedad de restaurantes alrededor. El internet es rápido, las habitaciones estaban limpias, el cuarto tenía lavadora y secadora, refrigerador, estufa, microondas y algunos utensilios (también tenían esponja y jabón para lavar los platos).

• Thomas (9/5): Excellent stay and convenient location to explore - The location was perfect for walking, biking, excursion pick-ups (short walk to the Angel monument), and convenient/central for checking out other popular neighborhoods and museums. Bonus tip- Saturday markets at each community square was excellent, and Sunday biking when Reforma Ave is closed to only pedestrians. This hotel has two bikes to check out or ebike rental station across the street. Hotel roof top patio was a nice end of day regroup before dinner plans. Hotel staff was amazing and 24/7. I missed that there wasn't air conditioning, but not an issue as it was nice to have windows open and get the Juarez neighborhood vibe.
• Matt (10/5): I would love to return and highly recommend this property. - This is an exceptional property and safe location great for both families and solo travelers with amazing views and facilities. The owners were extremely responsive, professional and went over and above to ensure my stay was as comfortable, safe, and without any issues. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely return! It is a new property with some fine tuning and maintenance still ongoing however this did not distract from the overall ambiance and the property is highly rated.

Het personeel is erg aardig, de appartementen ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Ook is alles schoon. Bedden liggen prima en douche is ruim. Er zijn genoeg heerlijke ontbijttentjes in de omgeving.

Samo łóżko było bardzo wygodne, co zapewniło nam świetny wypoczynek. Szczerze polecamy! Jedynym minusem był brak klimatyzacji. W pokoju dostępny był co prawda wiatrak, jednak ze względu na bardzo głośną pracę, spanie przy nim było praktycznie niemożliwe. Wymiana urządzenia na cichszy model lub montaż klimatyzacji zdecydowanie podniosłyby komfort pobytu

• Torsten (3/5): While the apartment has a great location and layout, it suffers from maintenance issues, inadequate cleaning, and lack o - This one-bedroom apartment boasts a perfect location in a stunning area, with a well-arranged interior that enhances its appeal. However, the experience was marred by poor cleaning, a leaking washing machine, a broken water tap, and furniture showing significant wear and tear. Additionally, there was no air conditioning despite it being advertised, leading to an uncomfortable stay marked by heat and noise. To make matters worse, there was no refund offered after we left the property after just one night.

• Tom Shackshaft (10/5): A bit of peace in a beautiful green area - The room was lovely - very spacious, comfy, and light. The roof terrace was amazing with a fantastic view of the surrounding streets. The area is great - although you are a ~30 minute metro ride from the centre we would actually recommend this as the area the hotel is in is much more peaceful and well suited for dinners and drinks out, and a short walk from the beautiful areas of Roma and Condessa. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the free water and coffee on offer at all times. Minor - they occasionally ran out of coffee cups and hot water for the free beverages

• Isabel (9/5): - Hospitality staff was very helpful and the doormen elevated the experience. I really enjoyed having the space, washer and dryer and kitchenette. Rooms were clean and cleaning service was great! My favourite thing was the coffee machine, water and tea in the lobby - great quality coffee and nice to have first thing in the morning! Sometimes there was a strong smell of sewage coming from bathroom drain.

Many things I didn’t like about this hotel. 1: no sign on the outside, indicating the hotel name which made it confusing for me on the first day of arriving. 2: while I understand the safety of having the front door of the hotel closed at all time, I just didn’t like the idea to have to ring a bell during the day for everytime I needed to enter the hotel. 3: I requested a room with balcony but don’t be fooled as I was by this choice as the balcony is just a view to the street and can’t go out from it. 4: housekeeping needs a bit of work as the first day of may stying, no towels were replaced or garbage taken out and the bed seemed dusty. 5: first day, they had drinking bottles but then I had to request it daily. 6: on my last day, I had to carry down many bags and no one offered to help even though they saw me struggling with the suitcases. 8: the hotel is advertising a 24/7 fitness center but it only has three type of cardio machines. 9: WiFi is advertised as free complimentary but it’s very slow always or doesn’t work sometimes.

• MarcusL (9/5): Recommended for short stays downtown - I enjoyed my stay at Reforma Guest House. The location is particularly convenient for visiting all the great restaurants and cafes in the area. It is well worth going to the top of the building and spending time on the rooftop. The property is easy to find using an app, but there is no sign to indicate the entrance to the hotel.

The area felt safe and wasn’t too loud. There was also a 24hr security guard in addition to reception. Would definitely stay here again!

• Sanna-Maaria (9/5): Quiet spot in a great location - A nice apartment hotel in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops around and a great location to move to other parts of the city. The room was spacious with all basic amenities and very good for business travel. Also very quiet, I slept with open windows. The roof top terrace is super nice, I wish I could have taken more advantage of it. Bonus points for the bikes and friendly staff.

Sie liegt sehr zentral, viele Restaurants, Imbiss und Frühstück Möglichkeiten, viele Bäume und gehobenes Niveau. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Jedenfalls meins war ruhig gelegen. Die Standardzimmer haben nur ein Fenster in den „Innenhof“ was sie Dunkel macht. Hat mich aber nicht gestört, da ich dort ja nur schlafen wollte und es deshalb ruhig war.

Great location, close to cafes and lively street scene, short walk from metro and metrobus. Felt safe coming and going in the evening as a single female. Roof deck was a sweet place to relax after being out sightseeing ; staff were friendly and always available. And quiet! Room had windows that opened and did not face onto the street. Nothing negative to share. Not sure I could have stayed there paying the regular full price. My timing was lucky and I got a good price.

• Rebecca (9/5): Great spot, safe hotel - Great, comfortable hotel with great staff. The area was perfect, it felt super safe and there were good restaurants, a few bars and coffee shops around. I could happily walk around at night and felt safe. The hotel is also always locked, with staff on reception 24/7. The bus to the big museums is a 10 min walk away and the subway only 15 min walk. The hotel was clean, modern and it has a rooftop which was nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. There wasn't much noise from the street. I would happily stay again. The bathroom drains need a bit of work and cleaning. No air con but the rooms come with a fan which worked well.

There were so many amazing restaurants and coffee shops around the property. The hallways were kind of cold but that is out of the hotel's control.

The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. I did not want to cook but if I did the materials are very minimal for cooking. • Marcus (9/5): Unbeatable value in centre of Mexico City - The staff were great. Its a small hotel and they looked after you. Chemicals used to clean the rooms was overpowering. However they stopped using this as soon as we asked.

My room faced the courtyard and was exceptionally quiet, especially for being in the middle of the city. Nice rooftop terrace Well equipped suite, especially nice was the full washer and dryer! Great WiFi! Nice hot shower. Great staff! Everyone was helpful and friendly! Clean. Safe! I would stay again! Equipment in the exercise room was limited, unplugged and not balanced, not easily usable.
