Die gute Lage , alles war zentral und gut zu Fuß erreichbar .Gut , dass es so einen schönen Wellnessbereich gibt . Durch die Wetterverhältnisse nutzten wir diesen täglich. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Doch bei schlechtem Wetter wäre es von Vorteil, wenn der Wellnessbereich früher öffnen würde.

- Mary (9/5): Wunderschönes Kempten - Großes wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Ruhige Lage, zu Fuß kommt man auch schnell in die Altstadt, die ist traumhaft schön. Das Frühstück hat auch guten Standard. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für die kleine Küche im Zimmer mit Wasserkocher und Zubehör, perfekt. Barrierefreiheit hat halt den Nachteil dass das Waschbecken für mich zu niedrig war.

- Bettina (8/5): perfekte Stadtlage, angenehmes Hotel - Rezeption / Empfang war sehr freundlich. Lage war für uns optimal. Wir konnten alles für uns Relevante einfach fußläufig erreichen. Parkplätze am Hotel außen nicht viele. Tiefgarage kann ich nicht beurteilen. Gegenüber gibt es aber noch Parkplätze mit Ticket (Mo-Sa. 8-19h). Da wir Samstag spätnachmittag ankamen hat uns das noch einen Euro gekostet. Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Ausreichend groß, sehr großes Bad/Dusche, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Bequemes Bett, zwei Kopfkissen für jeden. Frühstück für uns perfekt. Uns hat nichts gefeht. Gute Auswahl an Müsli, Joghurt, Milch (div. Varianten), Kaffee und Tee, Säfte, Wasser, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Obst (vorgeschnitten in Bechern), Trockenfrüchte, Rührei, Gemüse, Aufstriche usw. Alles wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt - auch gegen Ende. Dass man bis 10:30 h frühstücken konnte kam uns sehr entgegen.

- Bernd (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt den wir sich noch öfter nutzen. - Sehr nettes Personal im gesamten Hotel. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass dieses Hotel nicht nur barrierefreie eingerichtet ist, sondern auch in vielen Bereichen Mitarbeitende mit Einschränkungen beschäftigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Geräuschisolierung vom Hotelflur könnte besser sein.

Ich putze selber Hi-End Ferienwohnungen, achte daher (leider) auf einiges. So ordentlich war es schon sehr lange nicht mehr. Das Frühstück ist super. Tolle Auswahl! - Katrin (7/5): Gutes Hotel aber in Summe zu teuer - Sauberkeit, Lage. Top Frühstück Extrazahlungen. Parkplatz pro Nacht: 13 €. Es gibt keine Alternative. Im Wohngebiet sind die Parkplätze begrenzt. Man bekommt sofort ein Verwarnungsgeld verpasst. Hund pro Nacht 30€.

- Andrea (10/5): Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! - Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ein sehr schöner Restaurant- und Wellnessbereich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen und Bitten offen. Zentrale Lage, ca. 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt per Fuß. Gerne wieder, bin bereits Ende des Monats wieder da. 😀 Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

- Helga (10/5): Es waren sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in Kempten und im Hotel. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Speisen sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Die Aroma-Ganzkörpermassage war unkompliziert zu buchen und sehr entspannend. Auch das Parken in der Tiefgarage war,im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels, preiswert. Nur die Toilettenspülung war etwas zu laut.

- Stephan (4/5): - Zimmer, tierfreundlich wir, 4 Personen, haben wegen des Wellnessbereiches gebucht, dieser war allerdings seit geraumer Zeit gesperrt. Kritik: wurden nicht informiert und haben lächerliche Erstattung erhalten. Wird keinen Schnittpunkt mehr geben.
