Julie (8/5): Hôtel agréable, propre et confort. - Accès Wifi très haut débit, il y a un espace détente avec des jeux, un espace cuisine commune avec frigo, micro-ondes, vaisselle très pratique. Le personnel est aimable et agréable. Petit plus: le café est offert de 11h30 à minuit à la réception. Emplacement correct et assez calme.

MANUEL (8/5): Priorizan huespedes - La llegada y la habitación individual estan muy bien, la verdad. Pero, la primera de las 2 noches que yo pasé en ese hotel (llegando al rededor de las 12 de la noche y teniendome que levantar al día siguiente a las 8 de la mañana) comencé a escuchar en la habitación de al lado y encima de mi golpes y movimiento de agua constantes. Esperé a ver si se calmaban y podía dormir y a las 4:30 de la madrugada decidí ir a la recepción a pedir que si les podían llamar la atención o algo. Bien, su respuesta fue que lo único que podían hacer era cambiarme de habitación ( ¡¡A LAS 4:30 DE LA MADRUGADA!!!) Que la habitación de al lado era una "suite" y no se les podía molestar. EN NINGUN MOMENTO LES LLAMARON LA ATENCIÓN. Me rehubicaron en la otra punta del hotel(una habitación mas grande, eso si) . ATENCIÓN: La habitación que yo tenía era la 009 y la suite es la 010.

Tambien pasamos una noche sin calefaccion en pleno diciembre. Quizas fue algo puntual, pero paso. Y el detalle feo fue que un radiador que habia en el baño, estaba roto, medio desmontado y en el suelo junto a la bañera. Eso era un peligro.

Fraser (10/5): Quite good. But expensive. - This hotel is in a converted chocolate factory. Although this isn't as exciting as it sounds. On the positive side, the room was clean and quiet. The staff were super-friendly and very helpful. It is situated close to the main station and only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. On the downside, the room was a bit tired and the foyer is very small. I think the dining room is in the basement but I didn't bother going there. Also my room was a bit tired and was in a different building across a large yard accessed by a staff operated intercom. I wouldn't rule out staying there again but I felt it was a bit expensive for the standard offered, although I didn't compare with other hotels in Zaragoza.

Angeles (2/5): Not worth it. - No AC on a hot day, the room smelled like cigarettes, the beds were so noisy that we had to put some of the mattresses on the floor. The staff was nice but the hotel was not worth the price. Not even for half the price I would stay there again.

Verified traveler (6/5): El exterior del edificio del hotel es precioso. - La estancia ha sido buena, pero pienso que el hotel necesita una buena reforma interior y adecuarlo un poco para que sea más cómodo y funcional, por ejemplo, instalando un pequeño frigorífico en las habitaciones y efectuar una limpieza más esmerada de las habitaciones. En cuanto al precio está muy bien y en buena zona, si bien deberían intentar insonorizarlo todo lo posible, para evitar que se oiga tan fuerte el ruido que producen los trenes al pasar, aunque imagino que eso será difícil de conseguir.

E2531IDcb (6/5): Old & new - We booked this hotel as a last resort as the town was fully booked for the Easter holiday. It is an old building attached across a court yard to a newer block of apartments which the hotel seems to use the ground floor. Firstly the hotel is very difficult to locate by car as the address is different to the actual fro trontage.Our initial room was at the back of the old building, very basic and tired with three beds ( this seems to be the theme of the hotel 3 beds to a room ) . The room was disappointing but clean however the promised wifi did not work so far away from the server. Reception team are excellent ! Friendly and helpful. I had to insist that I needed wifi and requested a different room but I was to,d they were full. I then suggested some sort of refund for the lack of amenities and was given a different room. Room 50 across the courtyard which was comp,Evelyn different, very modern spacious and comfortable with good wifi. This hotel does not provide any sort of meals including breakfast which is a problem if you are travelling as we were but may not bother others. For 95 euros the 2nd room was fine however I think this price is too much for the first very utilitarian room.

Verified traveler (4/5): DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR PARA SER 3 ESTRELLAS - La parte exterior del edificio la verdad que es muy original y bonita pero por dentro deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones estan descuidadas y dan sensación de dejadez y poco cuidadas. Cuando realizan la limpieza de la habitación solo hacen la cama y doblan las toallas no limpian nada. El edificio tiene parking pero hasta que no llegas alli no te informan que es de pago. Por la noche a partir d cierta hora el aire acondicionado deja de funcionar hasta por la mañana. Las paredes son tan finas que se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones colindantes, incluso en las de abajo. No tienen cafeteria, si quieres coger algo de bebida o comida disponen de 1 maquina de cafe y otra de bebidas y snaks. (Muy pobre) Lo único que nos gusto fue la situación del edificio que es céntrico.

Verified traveler (2/5): Muy ruidoso - Very noisy - Me alojé una noche en el hotel, para empezar el recepcionista no veía mi reserva, nos tuvo esperando unos minutos y al final la tenía enfrente de el. No nos informó de nada ni de que teníamos parking. A las 7 de la mañana se pusieron a limpiar las habitaciones, por lo que no me dejaron dormir en toda mañana ya que usaban una especie de aspiradora que hacía mucho ruído y se oían otros ruidos de como vibraciones por lo que por mucho que te tapes los oídos con los tapones lo notas. En definitiva, deberían limpiar las habitaciones a partir de las 9 no un fin de semana a las 7 que solo queremos dormir bien.

Ludwig70 (4/5): Used to be a decent NH hotel but... - I stayed at this hotel twice. As I recall, it used to be a part of NH hotel group and basic 3 stars. However my last stay in autumn was very regular. A mix of old NH style and other different ones. Could not really say good, but was not bad either. The overall experience was just OK and for a quick one night stay I didn't have time to check all details and services. Staff was good, nothing special and the price OK. I slept well and did not experience any particular noise. I've always liked the building but need a complete makeover with double insulation, new bathrooms and interiors. I stayed in very good modern hotels which I rated 3*, so at this time I can give it 2*+ only. Until there was no refurbishment I wouldn't stay here again.
75garyt (8/5): For the bargain price who can complain? - I'm fuzzy when it comes to hotels so wanting a cheap place in Zaragoza i thought I'd chance it for a change and picked the NH Orus which was just over £25 a night with breakfast. Arriving by train I found the hotel easily. Looks like the HQ of an old chocolate magnet! Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from the action. My room was small but simply furnished. Everything worked and I slept well. Breakfast was included though you had to go to the nearby sister hotel NH Sport. It was fine!
RickyChili (2/5): More like a Flophouse... - Arrived in Zaragoza during a convention. Rates increase 5-fold in Zaragoza during conventions, a Holiday Inn type single goes to 270€ a night. I was charged 107€ night for a 20€ room. The outside of the hotel has been renovated and looks very nice and inviting. The rooms themselves look like they haven't been updated since the 60's. The front desk staff were very friendly. However this did not make up for the dirty, closet-size rooms (pubic hairs on the sink from the previous guest), that look like they were prrviously used as hourly-rate rooms for prostitutes and drug-addicts. My apologies for such a negative review, but probably the worst room I have ever had the discomfort of staying in in my life.
AnnKH (2/5): Had to go to another Hotel for Breakfast - We have stayed at several NH hotels in the past but this was one of the worst . When we arrived from the outside it looked OK but inside was a different story.The outside ramp was steep and a high step into the hotel was difficult.We had asked for a room suitable for disabled but were given a small dark and old fashioned room with very little room. The bathroom was useless as I cannot get in and out of a bath - usually a shower is provided.We decided to stay as it was getting late at night. No parking is provided unless you pay £12.00! In the morning we discovered that the breakfast we had order was at another hotel about half a mile away. So we left without .
purple_gran (6/5): Beware other early risers - Helpful English speaking receptionist, Good size room with mini fridge and bathroom,spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good night's sleep despite rumbling of trains. Flat screen tv with English, French German and Spanish channels Downsides, our neighbours rose at 07:30 and all bathroom noises were identifiable, so no use for a lie-in. The bath, with shower over, only accessible from one end,with only grab handle too far towards taps to assist getting in/out, so strip wash only if unsteady on your pins. Concern. Our room at end of corridor. Only exit (lift and stairs) in centre of corridor. All fire doors open, could present a problem in case of fire.
Katerina1978 (6/5): Ok for one night - The receptionist that was there when i came was really nice and spoke english, (maybe the only one in Zaragoza). Came in sunday night and couldn't find anywhere to eat, the receptionist helped me and i ordered a burger from something called Telepizza, don't EVER do that, it was horrible!!! So make sure you don't arrive sunday night;-)
RobV1 (4/5): Highly recommended - Excellent value for money! - We were able to stay two nights in a double room for a promotional price (40€/night for the room). Great bathroom, large bed and quiet atmosphere. Although it's close to the railway, we could easily sleep with the windows opened. The breakfast just accross the street is also very good value for money. Highly recommended!
