• Rudolfs (9/5): Very friendly and helpful host with a central location and good value for your money - The host was very friendly and willing to help out. The next morning he checked in to make sure that everything is going well. He even let us change our room to another one that didn't smell like smoke. The location was also very close to the main attractions. The electric kettle had some limestone and the door to the bathroom didn't close properly.

• Silvia Jazmín (8/5): - El anfitrion ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Pese a que nuestra habitacion estaba un poco sucia al principio, al final nos cambiaron a otra. Llevamos dos semanas viajando y el anfitrion nos ha dejado usar la lavadora lo cual agradecimos mucho. La ubicación es genial porque todo está caminando y hay varios restaurantes a precios razonables. El edificio es muy viejo y las instilaciones igual.

• Gabriela (1/5): Această cazare ne-a stricat vacanța. - Ca exista lift. A fost extrem de murdar, angajata de acolo a desfăcut produsele noastre și i-a oferit domnului care venise să repare ceva la baie sau a consumat ea, apoi le-a lăsat desfăcute acolo. Nu era nici măturat pe jos, televizorul era mânjit cu grăsime, praf neșters. Ne-a fost scârba să punem capul pe pernă, am pus tricouri curate peste. Cearșafurile nu erau schimbate.

В целом за такую цену не плохо , но готовьтесь что постельное вам никто менять не будет , только если вы не попросите . Белье, полотенца уже уставшие (катышки , пятна ) . Очень крутые подъемы в этом районе , поэтому если больные ноги то учитывайте этот факт , в душе не было перегородки и унитаз и все вокруг всегда было мокрым , но и вид у вас будет на не самые симпатичные домики

• Mohamad (8/5): Alles in Allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. - Es war sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt neben der blauen Moschee und in ein paar Minuten an der Hauptstrasse von Fatih. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Appartement. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Die Möbel sind etwas älter.
• tamo (1/5): Misleading listing, unsafe conditions, and unacceptable experience — do not recommend. - Nothing. We did not stay even one night due to the condition of the apartment and the host’s actions. The apartment was not ready at the official check-in time and was still being "cleaned" when we arrived. The host changed the address via WhatsApp and gave us a different apartment than the one booked. The apartment was completely different from the listing and photos. The condition was unacceptable: dirty furniture, damaged sofas, dirty windows, dirty towels, and poor hygiene overall. One apartment was in a basement with unsafe access, which is not suitable for children. We were traveling with two young children and were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation late at night.

• Anargul (1/5): - Ужасные условия , грязно, некомфортно, мебель нужно выбрасывать в мусорку, антисанитария, постельное принадлежность было пугающая …даже тряпкой не назовёшь…пришлось купить постельное белье ((…отель находиться вроде в самом Сердце Стамбула …как так можно запустить …вид с окна ужасное как будто находились в трущобах …хорошо что бронировала на три дня…с дочерью потом выбрали другой отель более комфортное и чистое К сожалению фотографии нет…не было желания засорять галерею ужасными снимками

• Juliana (8/5): Nice place and great location. - Rokyah was very helpful. We found the place is near to Camberlitas train Station which is convenient to move around easily. Toilet is small and no place to put our toiletries stuffs. We booked the smallest Room to keep our luggage safely while travelling to Cappadocia. It is cheapest but okay to stay for one or two ppl.

• Michelle (7/5): It’s ok - The location is superb and the view is gorgeous. If you don’t mind run down and an uncomfortable bed and a kitchen that is useless then you should stay here. It was clean enough but really needs an update. The terrace had a lovely view but was an unloved space with a table & chairs. On the positive side, the shower worked well but the door was missing. But if you can overlook all that the location is superb and it was quiet and the view was amazing. I had hoped to cook our own food some nights but it would have been really difficult. There wasn’t even bowls to have noodles or cereal. The double bed was really uncomfortable. The door is missing from the shower.
• A. (9/5): It was a good stay. The lady regularly cleaned the house without asking. They promptly responded to any request. - Location. It’s very close to restaurants, shops and old city attractions. You have to climb up and down the slope though, that’s old city for you 🙂 A few things need fixing: the toilet door, the door of the bedroom closet. Also a new set of plates would be nice.

• Edina (10/5): Exceptional - We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It is very close to everything, you can walk around this beautiful part of the city. On the other hand, this street is exceptionally quiet. Laura was very helpful throughout, as if she were a family member. The radiator and underfloor heating provided pleasant warmth. We were able to have tea and make sandwiches in the kitchen. All kinds of dining options are just a few minutes away. We loved living here for a while. I highly recommend the hotel, it was also very worth the price.
• Mohamed (2/5): Very poor - The staff warned me of cancelling because I told them of late check-in. The space is very tight and not convenient to use, knobs not fixed, flush water toilet not working. Bed sheets very yellow and old.

• Andra-nicola (10/5): Definitely recommend it, most sweet lady as a host - The location is a really good one when it comes to attractions, even though it may not seem the best in the beginning. The lady and her son are the sweetest people and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely worth for the money and will choose them again for sure. The room was a bit smaller then we expected, but that wasn't a problem.

• Mary (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were very considerate but had little idea of modern standards. The location was on edge of tourist hub close 10-15 min walk to main sites and trams if hale and hearty. It was relatively quiet since away from restaurants. It had good AC and sound proof windows and a lift. The bed was comfortable and sofa bed less so, but ok. It was spacious enough for 3-4. It was very cheap. The area was shabby (we d idnt mind ) and cobblestones difficult to.manage. There was no cutlery, tea towels, or mugs. Only 1 large plate and one small one. We got a knife , 2 tea spoons and 2 mugs on request. With a little effort and investment these apartments could be good. At the moment I don't think they should be on Booking.com. The owner needs some advice on how to upgrade.

• Mitrovic (4/5): Disappointing - It was my mistake i didn't asked for photos of bathroom cause there was no any so i asumed bathroom is like in other rooms - it wasn't. There was no cabin for showering and bathroom is small so when you are showering water is all over the place. Toilet seat wasn't attached so when you sit it slides, shover hose was cheap and bad qualitty so it was leaking all the time and eventually it got complitely streched that it wasn't usable anymore - we had to pay for it which i'm sure it would never happened if it was a better quallity. For this price it's ok, but everything looked a lot better in pics, next time i would rather pay a bit more and get something better, i learned my lesson this time.

• Berno (8/5): A place to recommend,The flat is quiet, even though it is situated in central Istanbul, - Very good support and helpful, nice and friendly team at place, especially Laura. The room was very clean, tried very much to help us when something was lacking. A problem with a door to the bedroom couldn't be solved during 10 days. Poor equipment of the kitchen.
