Transport links in the area are great. If you are looking for a base to explore the surrounding area this is the place. Great value.

• Marcin (4/5): 3 dni w Mulhouse - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blsiko dworca. I to tyle.. Pokój bardzo, ale to bardzo mały. Łóżko zajmowało 90 % pokoju :) W łazience brak suszarki do włosów. Nie dzialająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo ubogie śniadania. Na cieplo tylko kawa i herbata :).

• Ezgi (6/5): Very small room, poor hygiene. - We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. However it was not so comfortable with all the bags and luggages. Because the room was the smallest one I have ever stayed. It's proper for 1 person but it's not enough for 2 people. Bathroom was a little bit dirty, not cleaned properly and I don't like it. The only good think about the hotel was the locaton. It was very close to train station. I don't think that I would stay there again.

• KORAY (10/5): Enjoyable Stay - It is very close to Central Gare. ( Walking just 2 minutes ) We have stayed my wife and my kid. It is so good to do daily tours around cities. Basel, Freiburg, Colmar etc. The room is clean, workers are friendly, breakfast is enough good. The room is 13 m2 but it is not problem for us. Because İbis offer good value. • Sam (8/5): Summary of 3 nights stay - The location is very close to the Railway Station of Mulhouse so it’s very convenient. The room is small and as I used to travel a lot, I have noticed that there was no coffee maker or just water heater in the room. Otherwise all was great, friendly staff etc

Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The reception staff were super helpful. Left luggage facility (free) was very handy too.
• alli (8/5): - Wir waren eine Nacht dort und dafür fand ich es ok. Mitarbeiter waren nett. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es draußen auf der Straße oder im Parkhaus. Einziges Manko ist das die Zimmer ziemlich klein sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und einen Hund und Gepäck kann es etwas eng werden aber ist machbar. Ich fand es nicht super sauber aber auch nicht dreckig. Untern Bett und an den Leisten war sehr viel staub , an den Wänden klebten ein paar tote Viecher. Aber das Bad und das Bett machten einen sauberen eindruck. Das Bett war gemütlich schlafen aber etwas schwierig weil alle paar minuten so ein lautes Geräusch kam wahrscheinlich vom Lüfter oder Klimaanlage. (Unsere war aus) ich hab einen leichten schlaf deswegen hat es mich etwas gestört. Jemand der bei Geräuschen gut schlafen kann sollte keine probleme haben. Sonst war es recht ruhig in der Nacht.

En plus d’avoir attendu car personne ne pouvait nous recevoir, le réceptionniste c’est occupé des 2 personnes arrivé bien après nous. Pour la chambre, le drap avait des tâches brunes. Le sol n’était pas super propre non plus.

Innondation devant du plafond au matin. Heureusement la personne faisant le ménage présente et nous a donner des serviettes pour éponger.... je comprends que services techniques pas présents un dimanche matin mais l'accueil aurait pu au moins s'assurer que pas de dangers en particulier électrique...et nous demander si nous n'avions pas eu des dégâts et proposer de l'aide ... cette situation est inadmissible et tres révélateur que l'expérience client est une options...

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The positives are: it is within a five minute walk from the Mulhouse Train Station and the staff is nice. BUT the condition of the hotel is the worst I have stayed at. I booked 2 triple rooms for 2 nights. We were given the rooms overlooking the train tracks on the 2nd floor. As soon as you enter the 2nd floor, you see the carpet soaked in stain. There is a stench. When we entered our room, we were shocked by the state of our room: the curtains were not hung properly but instead were stuck to the window so it will not fall - essentially, you cannot open the window to let out the bad smell because the curtains would fall, the toiler paper holder was broken and was fixed with a black tape, the bottom of the elevated shower was broken that my kids were afraid that bugs would crawl out. We could hardly sleep because of the noise of the train, and there is something in the air of the room that made me and my kids constantly sneeze. I know that the place was inexpensive. So i did not expect first class accommodation. What we expected was something clean. That we did not get. We will never return to this place.

• Peter (8/5): Shipshape - Central location next to main train station, close to shops restaurants etc. Entrance is via regular Ibis doors due to covid one-way system. Friendly English speaking staff. Room is standard small Ibis Budget but recently renovated or built, so perfectly fine as a place to sleep and bathe. Good value compared to competition. Bicycle storage is fairly secure in the membership-only communal bike shed 500 metres away next to the station.
