Personnel is very helpful and friendly driving into checking in zone in a small street and later getting out requires driving skills as street is narrow breakfast is plentifull and varied (omelettes were cold) parking is underground at the rathaus parking and costs 20€ extra

Parking is around 200 meters away (across the main street) and with fees. Reception and breakfast in a building and the rooms located in another building (but close to each other).

- Tarx99 (8/5): Probably a nice base for a longer stay - The location seemed good, the breakfast was also good. The rooms were big and spacious and clean. There were several bars and restaurants right outside the house. The views from the balcony were not the best in the world, but that's understandable in the middle of the city. Parking was 100-200 meters away, for an extra fee, but luckily it's not very far. Also, breakfast was in the hotel next door, which was only 10 meters across the yard.
- Lars Hallsmar (8/5): Fint hotell med bra läge - Svårt att lasta i och ur bagage, mycket trångt. Parkering i garage ca 300 m från hotellet. Annars har hotellet ett mycket bra läge. Fint rum med fungerande ac. God frukost. Trevlig bar i hotellet intill, där även receptionen fanns.

Parking is not in the same hotel location, It should be clearly mentioned in the reservation confirmation, and it was not.

You unload your vehicle there and then to drive a few blocks to a parking garage. I didn’t notice on their site that you had to pay to park. We were there on a Wednesday night and there are street celebrations every Wednesday night. The hotel is a 1/2 block from all the action so it was after 11:09 before things started getting quiet in our room. The room had A/C but we couldn’t get it to cool

- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - We had an excellent time at this hotel. Super clean, right in the centre of Zell am See. They provide bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was really good. They can also cook a la carte omlettes with different fillings and fried eggs. There is a rooftop bar with amazing views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Would definitely book again. We chose to stay here because we drove on Grossglockner road the next day. Everything was great.
