- Volker Engel (9/5): Sollte eine erneute Übernachtung in Livigno anstehen, immer wieder gerne. - Das Frühstück war mehr als gut. Es war alles reichhaltig vorhanden und auch dass Auge konnte mitessen, da alles sehr dekorativ aufgebaut war. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ließ keine Wünsche offen geschmacklich wie optisch ein Genuss. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, war auch die Größe des Zimmer ok. Für mehre Nächte würde ich eine andere Kategorie buchen. Wie in en meisten Hotel fehlte mal wieder der Schuhlöffel, bzw. trotz suchen haben wir keinen gefunden. Das ist aber ein Servicemangel in mindestens 80 % aller Hotels, eher mehr.

- Oriana (8/5): bell'hotel ben curato e soprattutto pulito, che non è così scontato....cena voto 8, colazione voto 9 - hotel molto carino in tipico stile montano e soprattutto pulito! buona la cena e molto buona e varia la colazione a buffet posizione ottima se si sale con la cabinovia Carosello 3000, che è dove siamo stati il giorno di arrivo. il parcheggio della cabinovia è lo stesso, pubblico e gratuito avevo un pò di riserva sulle camere perchè entrambe al piano terra, invece non ci sono stati rumori fastidiosi e abbiamo dormito bene

- Detlef (8/5): Eine Nacht im Hotel gibt nicht viel Spielraum zur Beurteilung. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, bis auf das Zimmer im EG - Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Bedienung ist nett und engagiert. Das Zimmer im EG war eher klein und bescheiden.

Hotel jsem si vybral, proto abych mél motorku schovanou před deštěm. V podmínkách bylo parkování zdarma. Při check in jsem byl požádán o ID. Předložil jsem ho, ale již mi nebyl vrácen. Vrácen mi byl až při Chuck out. Téměř 2 dny jsem byl bez dokladu totožnosti (ID)!
