Cons: The air conditioner had two different controllers, one on the wall and one on the unit itself which made control confusing. Bathroom fan runs constantly with no way to turn off. Using Chromecast on TV wasn't easy to set up with Wi-Fi. Overall a decent basic hotel.

miles (6/5): No problem with facility. - I’ve been billed twice for one night stay. I paid when checking in and booking.com put stay on my credit card. Not happy traveler! Property was fine. Knew nothing about Booking.com so I had to pay. My bank Navyfederal said they paid holiday Inn and holiday inn said they needed paid when I checked in. Real mess up. I’m out the money and will avoid both booking.com @ Holiday Inn, in the future!

We called the front desk to please ask them to be quiet. After another hour of cussing, laughter and scorch. We called again about the noise. The lady told us they didn’t have a policy against cursing and loud noise. Crazy. The next morning at checkout the manager basically told us the same. We asked for compensation and basically got the brush off. No more visits from us. Slept about 3 hours at most.

Verified traveler (10/5): Great trip - Stay was excellent, except that the bathroom door of Room #222 would not click shut or lock so every time the AC or heater clicked on the bathroom door would fly open with no privacy.

Aileen (10/5): - Shoutout to your employee Jason, who I met when he was setting up breakfast. Top-notch customer service, he's a gem. Room was very clean, comfortable. Even though I was near the elevator, it was quiet. Love how close it is to the interstate.
