• Adel (10/5): One of the Best Hotels in Uzungöl - One of the Best Hotels in Uzungöl This is one of the nicest hotels located in Uzungöl. It’s very close to the lake, which makes the location perfect. In general, hotels in rural areas don’t offer high-end services, but this hotel exceeded expectations by providing everything needed: • Cleaning service upon request • An on-site restaurant • A well-known coffee shop • Located in an active and lively area If I visit Uzungöl again, I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is less than average. A bit far from the lake. Could be cleaner , the toilet paper roll wasn’t new, towels didn’t feel like the best.

• Ali (10/5): Exceptional - This os our second visit to the hotel and we would definitely visit again. The staff are very nice. The hotel restaurant makes really good food and the provided brealfast is excellent. The rooms are spacious and have nice views of the town.

The restaurant manager was very helpful and kind, accommodated all our special requests for us and baby even though it was Ramdan time.

Her isteğimizle anında ilgilenildi, tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. İftar yemeğini de otelde aldık, tüm yemekler güzeldi ama özellikle köfte çok ama çok lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı da çok çeşitli ve güzeldi. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz, yine gelsek yine tercih ederiz.

• Joy (7/5): If you look forward to some peace & quiet, you will be disappointed. Room walls are very thin. - The hotel is getting old and needs updating. The location was far from the center and that's fine with us. Breakfast was alright but I think since it was winter season, there were a few staff working. People at the reception need to cheer up and greet their guests appropriately. You are in the hospitality business and guests make a first impression on your facility when they see you. Ok, if they can't speak English, at least greet your guests with a smile. I am an American Muslim and very evident since I have a hijab, the female hijabi staff won't even say salaams when they see you. Not sure why they don't smile, no eye contact, and always seem like they are hiding from plain sight. The room needs updating and was never cleaned when we were there. We were expecting to have peace and relaxation around the mountains but the walls were so thin that you can hear guests from other rooms talking and fighting. Views from the porch were amazing, with lush pine trees, greeneries, and awesome mountain ranges. The plus was the restaurant, they serve very delicious meals and that's the best part of this hotel. The hotel needs updating and beds and blankets need more tender loving care. We also love the location, they are far from the center where there are lots of hustle and bustle. Ample parking just beside the hotel.

• Khalid (7/5): Good - Location was good except that noise of tourists in the high season made it a bit uncomfortable especially at night when we tried to sleep. Breakfast was good. Room gets stuffy during warm weather, a fan or something to create air circulation would have been nice. No tissues were available in the room, towels were quite old. I hope staff were a bit friendlier, a smile and kind responses to visitors surely wouldn't harm!
