• VANDANA (5/5): - Positives: Location. Staff. Breakfast. Received a room upgrade. Room for improvement: Possible presence of birds in the false ceiling who would randomly do a run around just about the time one was falling asleep. Bad drainage in the shower. Toilet seat was not fixed properly.

The guy at reception for early check in or lay check out (the same guy) is totally incompetent. Doesn’t understand the Indian passport holder = person is Indian, passport trumps aadhar card as ID proof. During check in, as it is required I paid the entire amount but despite taking no additional services from this pathetic place, this guys said my outstanding was some 4300 inr !!! Best western nahi, this is Waste Bestern. Washroom ki condition is even more pathetic, and beds with sharp edges that cut you every time you get off the bed.

• Adesh (8/5): - Good location and good stay. I liked it overall. Been there for 5 days and did not find any issue. I can highly rely on this one to stay again.
• Tobias (4/5): Not Good - Nothing The facilities and cleanliness were not very good. The staff were only friendly in part – overall, you don’t feel welcome as a light-skinned guest. After eating at the hotel, I suffered a severe food poisoning and had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel refused to refund the remaining nights and was not helpful at all. Very disappointing experience.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Disaster hotel to stay - Disappointed, terrible decision to select this hotel. The room had water leak continuously around toilet bowl so it was difficult to use toilet. No hot water in bathroom either in sink or shower. Room was not cleaned. Dust was around main door and every corner. Sink faucet was broken. Not enough bath towels and none hand towels. Next day we end up changing room which was little better. Based on our experience we made a decision not to stay at Best Western any where in the world. It’s shameful that American branded hotel has this kind of condition.
