• Verified traveler (8/5): Proche gare - Une nuit d'escale dans un déplacement pro. J'ai apprécié que la réception soit ouverte à 23h30 l'arrivée du TGV de Paris. La proximité avec la gare est très appréciable (3 minutes à pied).

• Solene (4/5): Déçue - J ai appelé quelques jours avant afin de faire le point de la réservation et demander à être coté ville et non côté gare. Première chose la dame ne trouvait pas la réservation du coup sans nous prévenir on s est retrouvé dans une chambre double avec un lit d appoint pour ma fille Donc très serrés . J avais réservé une chambre spacieuse exprès. On arrive dans la chambre il restait une bouteille d eau du client précédent … et nous étions côté gare … je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des avis négatifs mais je n aime pas être trompé sur la réservation ou alors me prévenir … par contre petit dej nickel pour le prix.

• Sylwia (4/5): - Firstly the property does not have its own parking. It’s a public car park that you need to walk to. Nowhere did it mention the height restrictions. Due to our car being too big for it we were asked to park even more further away. The stuff speaks poor English which makes it hard to communicate with them. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a very loud constant beeping noise, like an alarm which lasted for about 5 minutes. The breakfast was very basic and not a lot of choice. I would definitely not stay here again.

• Peter (6/5): Fehlt ein wenig Führung - Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut und Sauber. Allerdings ist die Klimaanlage defekt und sehr laut! Das Frühstück war unterirdisch: Alle Tische dreckig und nichts nachgefüllt. Tassen und Geschirr fehlten und der O-Saft Spender völlig verdreckt. Geht gar nicht!!!

• Esben (10/5): Everything is super, but parking can be difficult - Needed a a few hours sleep on the way to the French alps. Conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Autobahn A5 in Germany towards Basel. I came 00:30 and the reception was open until 03:00. Service was super fast and efficient. The room was big and well equipped for 4 persons. Parking could have been difficult. The parking garage at the central station was closed and the nearest parking garage was at least 1 km away from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel reception made me aware that since I was coming late and leaving early during the weekend, the time restricted parking in front of the hotel could be used (free of charge from midnight and until early Sunday 09:00). Breakfast was really good, lots to choose between and freshly pressed orange juice. All in all super good quality, super nice service, and cheap price given that we only stayed in the hotel for 6 hours sleep and breakfast.

There is no drop off point and the nearest point to unload is across a busy main road. No carpark though you can use the station one but no information about how to find it.

• Mahmoud (8/5): Bien - Hôtel et personnels accueillant, chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner pas terrible, sans doute parce qu’il est inclus dans le prix. L’alarme a retentit vers 7h du matin parce qu’un abrutit a fumé dans sa chambre, dommage que tout le monde ait été obligé de sortir.
• Manuel (6/5): Bad choice - Overall bad experience. We booked the Styles instead of the Budget because they offered dinner + breakfast. Our bad surprice was that dinner was only considered for adults and not for kids. We booked 2 rooms because we are five... and only two dinners were offered. The reception guy, knowing this, he did not inform us till i was claiming after the discussion at the restaurant. Also supplementary bed was really uncomfortable. It is much better option to book at the Budget, as the bunk bed is much better. Good point is breakfast, plently options to choose. Bad coffee machine.

Point négatif : lit enfant très inconfortable / impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres ( quantité de moucherons impressionnantes ) / gel douche vide / poubelles non vidées d’une nuit à l’autre / les femme de ménages qui rentrent dans la chambre sans frapper quand ma fille fait la sieste… très très moyen …

Quelques regrets notamment sur l'état dans la chambre : Trous dans les rideaux, dans la porte de la salle de bain, mur arraché à côté du miroir... On aurait préféré des volets qu'un rideaux. On entend pas mal les trains depuis la chambre. Très peu d'explications sur le WiFi où cast de la télé C'est malgres tout un hôtel propre au personnel sympathique, le parking est proche.

Le personnel est accueillant et serviable, chambres standards plutôt spacieuses et agréables. Petit-déjeuner très correct. Même s'il y a des options de restauration aux alentours, il manque un service au sein de l'hôtel pour se restaurer le soir.

• Ralph (10/5): op hotel! - Hotel geboekt om tijdens de terugreis van onze vakantie te overnachten. Mooi modern hotel, ruime schone kamers. Opvallend dat de wc apart was van de badkamer. Wij waren met z’n viertjes, dus dat was ideaal. Ook heerlijke douche en bedden met goede matrassen. Kortom heerlijk overnacht. Ontbijt was ook lekker, eenvoudig buffet, maar volop keuze! De ligging was ook ideaal, dicht bij het centrum, parkeergarage onder het hotel. Wij zouden zo terug gaan.

We asked help from the reception but no one seemed to know how to adjust the temperature. We ended sleeping with our windows open. They even changed our room hoping that it was one particular room but it was hot in all rooms. We expected air con to be working since it's a very new hotel. Everything else was perfect, the breakfast was good , the staff at the reception were very polite, their rooms are very clean. Hotel is very convenient located for overnight stay .
