• Åsa (8/5): - Bättre erfarenhet än förväntat. Fräscht rum, skön säng och snabb incheckning. Frukosten var bra, fanns att välja på förutom frukt och grönt. Extra service med tex möjlighet att fylla termos med vatten, fanns snacks och pizza att köpa och en bar att handla diverse dricka i. Mycket vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Internet fungerade bra men var lite segt.

• Michael (10/5): - The hotel was great, staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well equipped. The only downside was not being able to find a parking space nearby (there is parking available in the street behind and a car park near the hotel, but both were full), but this was no fault of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, it’s a short walk to the town centre and close proximity to bars and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend the hotel, it was great value and suited what we needed.

• Masako (10/5): おすすめのイビス - 今回Avignon の前にMarseille のイビスにも宿泊しましたが、イビスによってサービスもお部屋のコンデイションもこんなに違うんだって事が分かり色々お勉強になりました。Avignon のイビスはチェックインの時からフロントの方がとても親切でしたし、お返事のお掃除も行き届いていました。無料の朝食もとっても美味しくて自分でゆで卵を作れるのもポイント高でした。 駅から７-8分歩きますが、城壁内の何処hへ行くにも便利で良かったです。 日本人の男性の方も働いているので、何か困ったことがあったら力になってくれると思います

Juste penser que le parking est à réserver et payant! Possibilité de se garer a proximité mais bon .... Avec une voiture chargée pour les vacances, pas très prudent.
• Jean (8/5): Convient pour une etape - Convient pour une etape. 20 min de marche pour rejoindre le palais des Papes. Parking prive a 2 rues de l hôtel. Il faut avoir un petit véhicule et etre un pro des manœuvres pour se garer. Places de parking dans la rue mais prises d assaut.

Parking à 100m, le top. Les chambres un poil trop petites, mais on ne part pas en week-end pour rester dans la chambre donc ça va. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel vraiment très gentil et disponible, ça fait plaisir

• Verified traveler (8/5): Very basic, clean rooms and fabulous staff - The staff as excellent, friendly, informative and helpful and for us non French people, their English was great Extremely basic as was expected for an Ibis Budget hôtel. Decent breakfast Surprisingly, the hotel does NOT RECYCLE. LOCATION was a short 10 min 800 meter/half mile from the train station. Decent value but if you can find an Ibis STYLE for not much more money then take the Ibis Style as they are much nicer

Im Dreibettzimmer mussten wir das Hochbett mitten in der Nacht noch selbst beziehen. Das Oberbett war nicht da musste an der Rezeption geholt werden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter des Hotel. Großes Lob. Zimmer zum Teil sehr unsauber und renovierungsbedürftig. I

A fair distance away from the train station. However, room and bathroom had a bad smell; shower head leaked at various places and sprayed out of the shower. Shower had dark dirt/mould stains in the corners.

• Larisa (6/5): - Construction around the hotel created a problem finding parking entrance. Google maps were sending us to the old entrance that was closed. Rooms are small; our stay was during the shoulder season, when air conditioner was not working yet, but the heat was already not necessary. It was not enough air in the room especially during the night. Other than this breakfast was excellent. Room was very quit and location was perfect for old city exploration.

Bonne insonorisation, literie confortable, bien placé juste en face des remparts, proche centre ville, parking gratuit public à 100m avec de la place le soir. Pdj Ok
• Alyson (6/5): - First impression- scary. We had to loop around to find the entrance. In the 3 minute loop, I saw multiple rats and several homeless people. Rooms are small and spartan. Lots of flies. Towels are very old and stiff. On the positive note, they do have an elevator. The breakfast was good. And the staff was kind.

La réception nous a proposé un parking gratuit en contournant l’Ibis Budget mais avons préféré rester à notre place . Avons visité Avignon à pied et en petit train touristique.

Et toute la faune qui gravite autour. Quand vous voyagez avec des enfants c’est très agréable de sentir cette insécurité !!! A fuir

Service: ne pas oublier de dire que vous souhaitez que l'on fasse le ménage dans votre chambre, sinon le personnel considère que vous le faites vous-même (??). Très petites serviettes de toilette. Drap / couette ne couvre pas entièrement le lit ! Chantier bruyant à côté (07:30). Au global hôtel pratique et bien placé. Confort et service de chambre limites !

• Venantia (8/5): - Prima locatie en vriendelijk personeel. - Parkeren met een aanhanger was lastig omdat wij in een parkeergarage moesten en daar een paar scherpe bochten moesten maken. Uiteindelijk de aanhanger met de hand naar binnen gereden. - Kamer was redelijk schoon, bed was wat ingezakt in het midden.

• Guillermo (8/5): Para pasar la noche y desayunar y seguir ruta. - Hotel para pasar la noche de forma económica. No se puede esperar mucho más por el precio que nosotros pagamos. Desayuno aceptable. Limpieza justa.
• Melanie (4/5): - Ich war nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Positiv war nur, dass die Lage super ist und es Parkmöglichkeiten (nicht kostenlos) direkt am Hotel gibt. Außerdem war der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist jedoch arg in die Jahre gekommen. Es müffelt in den Fluren und das Zimmer war so dreckig, dass ich mich richtig geekelt habe. Die Fenster waren schmutzig, die Toilette innen gelb/braun. Es waren Haare in der Dusche und Kalk und Schimmel in den Ecken. Ich kenne das Ibis budget ebenfalls aus Erding/München und dieses Hotel ist um Welten besser als das Ibis budget in Avignon.

• Arnaud (2/5): Horrible - Un calvaire, 4 chambres réservés, une chambre oubliée. Nous avons du dormir à 4 dans une chambre de 2 personnes avec une odeur de remontée d'égout. Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre, la clim ne marchait pas correctement. J'attends encore le remboursement de la chambre payée et non utilisée car non disponible à notre arrivée.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Customer service to improve - Manager could do better or have better attitude about failure in providing guests Wifi access, which is promised but not at mercy of the hotel. Customer Service seems to be a big issue in this kind of budget hotel. My two nights stay over in Avignon could be a more comfortable one, after overcoming the bunk bed setting in room.

• Aurimas (4/5): Many broken things - The hotel is very well located for people coming by car since there is a free parking spot nearby and the main old town attractions are within an easy walking distance. However, the rooms resemble more an old student dormitory instead of a hotel, many things are broken and the over feeling is disappointing. The price, however, was quite competitive.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Overbooking happened - Don’t reserve this hotel via hotels.com. I made a reservation at this hotel, but I was informed that this hotel was overbooked and no room was available for me upon arriving at the hotel over 10PM.

We had one day of no water, then just cool water. One day the elevators were out of service, but we were just one floor up, no big deal. Good value
