- Francisco (10/5): Maravilhosa! - Samuel é um excelente anfitrião! Gostamos muito de ter passado alguns dias descansando dormindo ao som do barulho do mar. Além do quarto, todos os outros cômodos da casa sao lindo e confortáveis. Parece uma viagem no tempo. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Difícil de achar temperaram do chuveiro, ou muito quente ou muito fria.
- Georgina (10/5): Wish we had more time for a longer stay as it’s such a wonderful place. - Amazing old house in a perfect location on the very beautiful coast of Zapallar. Couple of great restaurants close by and lovely walking. Able to see Humboldt penguins in the next coastal town, a 10 minute drive from the property. We booked last minute but were able to get a a nice twin room with a balcony and beautiful sea view. Room was dated but clean with ensuite bathroom and comfortable beds. Owner is really lovely, he’s so helpful and did a great breakfast - eaten sat around large table with other guests which was really nice. Plenty of parking on site. Can’t think of anything.

They had excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Even attended a POLO match for the first time....simply an unexpected & magnificent day! The character of the home, the bountiful breakfast, and the proximity to the outstanding beach & walking trail provided a homier & warmer stay for our family! Gracias to all the FAMILY!!!! Best decision we could have made while visiting Chile!

- Valeria (10/5): Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. - Reservamos Casa Wilson para celebrar nuestro aniversario número 3, y desde que llegamos fue una experiencia maravillosa. Está literalmente a la orilla de la playa y la casona es tan hermosa como se ve en las fotos. Samuel, el dueño, nos recibió con mucho cariño y dedicación. Cada mañana nos prepararon desayunos exquisitos, abundantes y llenos de detalles que marcan la diferencia. Además, compartimos en una mesa común con los otros huéspedes, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial, ya que pudimos conocer personas en un ambiente muy cercano y amigable. El lugar es un verdadero lujo. Más que una casona antigua, es un espacio con historia, lleno de rincones únicos. Su ubicación es espectacular: frente al mar y junto a un cerro que se puede recorrer caminando (nosotros hicimos el trekking y fue increíble). Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. Sin duda, ¡volveremos!

- Catherine (9/5): Maison authentique, vue magnifique - Idéalement située au bord de l'eau avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan (chambre twin vue sur mer), et malgré le charme authentique et les petites imperfections d'une maison d'époque, l'accueil de Samuel est exceptionnel et ses petits-déjeuners sont un vrai délice, faisant de ce séjour une expérience agréablement mémorable. Le restaurant Chiringuito à 2mn à pieds est aussi excellent. Belles balades à faire le long de l'océan (sentiers) Compter environ 15mn à pieds pour se rendre en ville (tous commerces, et liaison avec Santiago par bus pour moins de 15€ en mars 2026). Rien.
- Alfredo (5/5): Excelente ubicación, infraestructura interna discreta. - La ubicación de la casa es extraordinaria, cerca de la playa y de paseos La casa es antigua lo mismo que sus instalaciones, solo una persona disponible en caso de requerir asistencia. Una casa detenida en el tiempo pero podría estár mas cuidada.
- Catalina (10/5): Mejor lugar o mejor lugar en Zapallar - Una casona antigua de 1906 con una ubicación extraordinaria e inigualable. El desayuno delicioso, muy casero. Y las vistas, ni hablar!!! Son un cuadro! Samuel, su anfitrión, es un encanto y le aporta un carisma adicional al lugar. 100% recomendable!

- Jerome (7/5): - The location of the property cannot be beat. The property is stately and gorgeous in many ways but also past its prime. It needs lots of TLC. Also other than breakfast there are few extras or people around to help.

- Luis (10/5): Nos sentimos protegidos con mi esposa - La actitud y disponibilidad en ayudarnos, yo sufrí un problema de salud que obligó a los servicios médicos trasladarme al hospital de la Ligua por lo que no alcanzamos a usar las dependencias de casa Wilson. sin embargo siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitáramos y es así como nos guardaron el auto hasta que mi hijo pudo viajar a la zona a retirarlo, todo esto sin cobrarnos ni un solo peso, muchísimas gracias a la gente de casa Wilson Todo estuvo bien

Les petits déjeuners autour de la grande table familiale sont exquis et riche de rencontres! En somme, une maison à ne pas rater si on veut profiter pleinement de l’ambiance dolce vita particulière à Zapallar. Les petits problèmes liés au circuit d’eau chaude, mais c’est une vieille maison, alors on s’y fait!

- Corinna (10/5): Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in historischer Villa - Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend direkt am Beginn der Ufer Promenade. Das Haus ist historisch wertvoll und hat eine interessante Geschichte. Es lohnt sich, sich damit auseinanderzusetzen . Der Besitzer ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich hier direkt wohl. Man kann sich im ganzen Haus frei bewegen, und auch im Garten sind viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man das Haus eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen möchte, weil es so schön ist. Beim Frühstück gab es sogar frisches Obst. Das Auto konnten wir bequem im Park abstellen. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, aber man hat im Haus alles, was man braucht. An manchen Tagen hat es doch einige Moskitos. Man sollte sich in jeden Fall Mückenspray mitnehmen und auch etwas für danach.

- Magdalena (1/5): Stary zaniedbany dom wymagający renowacji😘 - Lokalizacja, piękny widok na morze . W pobliżu dużo restauracji. Stary dom cuchnący stęchlizną, wszędzie na ścianach grzyb. Łazienka obskurna, na ciepłą wodę trzeba czekać 100 lat…😒 Nie dostaliśmy śniadania mimo iż było ono wliczone w cenę za pobyt. To znaczy było,ale 3 osobowa rodzina chce siedzieć razem, a nie pomiędzy nieznajomymi ludźmi. Od mebli odpadają elementy, wszystko jest zdezelowane. W łazience nie ma papieru toaletowego ani przyborów do mycia …😒🤯. Wypoczynek jest niemożliwy ze względu na to, że słychać wszystko,co zrobią sąsiedzi nawet jak robią spacerki w nocy . Niestety musieliśmy opuścić to miejsce ze względu na pleśń i złe warunki. 🤯🤯🤯

Outstanding attention from the owner who was so very kind, thoughtful and accommodating and really interesting to talk to. Zapallar is a beautiful town in the most stunning location and this small and super friendly family hotel is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful coastline. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. It’s a former family home and so has the feel of a family home which we really enjoyed.

- Marjolaine (10/5): LA maison la mieux placée de Zapallar - Un immense coup de coeur pour cette ancienne maison de famille du début du XXème siècle (la plupart des meubles et de la décoration intérieure ont été conservés) PARFAITEMENT placée sur la baie de Zapallar : les nombreuses terrasses permettent d'observer confortablement l'océan, les sentiers partent de la maison, le restaurant de poisson réputé Chiringuitos est juste en bas, le propriétaire est adorable et prend soin de ses clients. Petit déjeuner avec du pain et des fruits frais, thé et gâteau pour le goûter. Vraiment, ne passez pas à côté de cet endroit extraordinaire ! Rien ! Mais gardez à l'esprit que c'est une maison ancienne.
