• Jill (9/5): Clean, well-kept, and well-managed property! Would definitely stay here again! - Rooms and building were VERY spacious and clean. The staff was accommodating and the amenities were plentiful! The bathroom lighting, while plenty, was a little too warm for makeup needs and the shower, which was very roomy, did not have a full door which made keeping water from getting into the floor a little difficult.

• Judith (8/5): Sad sleep - Everything is wonderful at this hotel, except the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. We were in town for the game and I was looking forward to a good sleep since we were going to be doing a lot of walking the next day. I had a terrible sleep!

The curtains did not fully clothes all the way and there was constant light streaming in from the street, and I was worried about people from the city looking in because we were on the first floor. It smelled like cigarettes when we walked into the room. Will not be staying there again.

Room had nice bed linens, comfortable beds, etc. However, the bath linens could have been better. 3 large bath towels were thin, worn with holes & no longer soft. All the hand towels & wash clothes were fine though.

• Kandy (8/5): - The rooms were very clean but definitely on the small side. We had a King Deluxe and it was very small. Very bad experience with the pool. We were there with a group that a number of small children and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM GOT CHEMICAL BURNS FROM THE POOL (CHLORINE) but when the front desk was told about, the woman got nasty and said that it couldn't be that. Well it is awfully odd that every single one of them has markings and a lot of redness, especially on their faces. None of the adults had these because none of us got in the pool. The hotel was beautiful and very nice but the pool definitely needs some work and so does the woman working the counter.

The facility management was incompetent and their systems are outdated/flawed. The management was poor enough and their errors were impactful enough to over come the positives for me - I will not be returning to this location.

We stay at many Courtyard properties and this was very nice, and the location was great! Clara at front desk was very friendly; easy check-in, chatted with us about OSU, had a great recommendation for dinner—wow! Took her feedback and grabbed donuts on High Street after our tour and the biggest thing—-granted us a late checkout so we could get our car fixed after vandalism in another town earlier in the week. Keep this place in mind if you need a place to stay in Columbus.

It was clear I was bothering her and she did not want to assist us. I have been to many Courtyard's but this was the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I wouldn't book here again.

• Matthew (10/5): Great location to stay - Our stay at the courtyard by Marriott in Columbus was very pleasant and made easy thanks to a friendly and efficient staff. The room was clean and welcoming with its high ceilings making the stay feel even more like home. Being there on business it is very important to us that our stay is conveniently located and accommodating to our needs and this location did all that very well.
