- Elise (10/5): - Chambre très spacieuse, avec une ambiance tamisée très reposante. Le lit est confortable, la douche est grande et est séparée du coin lavabo, ce qui évite de tout tremper. Il y a des bus directs qui vont dans le centre à moins de 10mn à pied. Café en bas de l'hôtel et possible de se balader le long de la rivière qui est juste à côté. Cela sentait un petit peu la cigarette dans les toilettes, et la douche n'avait aucun débit pendant quelques temps (mais le problème s'est réparé tout seul). Un peu loin du centre de Jinju en transport en commun, possible de le faire en taxi.

The shower door was transparent so you could see each other from the bed...Not so nice when you are travelling with just friends.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있는 최고의 진주호텔입니다 - 바닥이 마루바닥이어서 맨발로 편히 다닐 수 있고 바닥도 아주 깨끗하게 잘 청소되어 있습니다. 창문이 있어서 환기도 가능하고 욕실안에 욕조는 없지만 크기가 아주 커서 아이랑 같이 샤워하기에도 편안합니다. 샤워기 수압도 세고 물도 잘 내려갑니다. 침대도 편안하고 아주 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 조식도 제공되고 얼음과 커피머신도 있어서 아주 좋습니다. 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

- Anton (4/5): Affordable but has bad smell& water boiling system - Our room was affordable but smelled like someone’s armpit, and found some hair on our bedsheets. Also we had no hot water in the shower and the bathroom fan was quite noisy. Positive: our room had a styler where you hang your clothes and it gets rid of any wrinkles.

- Max (10/5): - The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room.

- Hayeon (6/5): - 객실 자체는 깨끗했습니다. 침구류도 냄새 안나고 청결했습니다. 다만 샤워부스에서 샤워기 헤드에 곰팡이같은 까만 때가 잔뜩 껴있어서 샤워기 사용을 못했습니다. 다행히 천정에 해바라기 샤워기가 있어 그걸로 샤워했네요... 샤워기헤드가 더러워서 혹시나 하는 마음에 해바라기 샤워기도 점검하고 사용했습니다. 다행히 해바라기 샤워기는 괜찮았어요. 퇴실할때 말씀드리고 싶었는데 프론트 직원님이 전화하고 계셔서 말씀을 못 전해드렸어요. 마냥 기다릴수만은 없어서 일단 퇴실해 후기에 적어봅니다. 샤워기 헤드 점검해보시길 바랍니다.

- Vallypreston (10/5): Deserve more stars ***** - Booked this hotel last minute, due to an unexpected event during our route, after finishing the Jirisan Trekking. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my visit to Korea, I can say that this is the best. The stars it has, in my opinion, are few, and it really deserves more. The room was spotless, well ventilated and with lots of light and a beautiful view. Very soft slippers. I find the shower separated from the toilet area brilliant. Again, only booked due to travel unexpected, but when I return to Korea I will spend more time in Jinju and will stay in this hotel again for sure. Thanks also go to the staff.

Tiny tubes of shower gel and shampoo were insufficient for one person, let alone two. Breakfast was included so I'm not going to complain, but definitely not worth paying extra for. Self-service coffee machine, toast, boiled eggs, and cereal in a tiny room.

- Astra2015 (10/5): Very nice and modern hotel a bit far from city center - This is overall a very nice newly build hotel. It doesn't have its own building (it locates on a couple of floors of newly build office building), but it's perfectly new, with very new and modern facilities. Room has absolutely everything you might need. The location is not very central, you have to remember that. It's a bit far from the city center and the KTX railway station (although not very, considering that Jinju is not a big city by itself). However, there is not much to do around the hotel, although there are a convenience store right in the next building.
