Marius (4/5): Mal gestione - Posizione La camera ,puzza di vecchio, letto molto ,molto scomodo ,materasso forse aveva 100 ani, coperta minimo 50 ani, personale di pulizie alle ore 13 -14 hanno fatto un rumore incredibile ,gridava, non hanno avuto rispetto che in una stanza ospiti si stava riposando,,,per quanto ho pagato mi aspettavo meglio,,,,

Janina (9/5): Milí personál a veliká ochota s ničím nebyl problém - Úžasný výhled z terasy z 8 patra na krásné náměstí a fontánu , pokoje čisté a postel pohodlná. Přihlášeni i odhlášeni bez problému velmi milá paní děkujeme Škoda lešení v okně takže z pokoje žádný výhled

We had to leave because my sensitive skin had a bad reaction, making our last night in Italy unpleasant. + no proper seating area on terrace

Very large, comfortable room with huge outdoor patio. Woman who greeted us was excellent. She waited for us when our drive took longer than expected. Private bathroom down the hall was a little inconvenient, but not bad.

L'appartamento è datato e trascurato. Attenzione al cliente tutto sommato non all'altezza, malgrado la gentilezza della titolare nel rimediare a seguito di una mia lamentela. Il business dell'ospitalità va curato con amore e nei dettagli, non si improvvisa.
