• Taves (5/5): Did not live up to expectations. - The room was ok, but the shower did not work well and the water in the bathroom did not drain so we stood in a puddle each time we needed to use the toilet. The location was good though the road going down to the hotel was rather beat up. The lady running 5he beach bar was very nice and a good cook.

Because we are handicapped and cannot do like that we wanted to cancel in advance but they did not answer and not send back the money. Take care this is really fake and it's a shame booking.com is doing nothing. • Hannah (9/5): Superb - I like that the employees are very accommodating. Food is very expensive.
• Myrene (7/5): Quiet and relaxing place - The place is great for family... Quiet and peaceful. Pool is also available. We stayed on the small house areas/chalet near the beach with a bar for refreshments and few tables for dining. The resort could do upgrades and few maintenance on the rooms. The access going to the resort should be improved. There is no direct access from the Main road. They could at least widen and clear the path. It would impact a great deal to the resort's rating.

• Yshmael (5/5): I like the quiet location. The facilities are ok, but attention-to-detail can be improved. - I like that it is away from the busy Alona area. Good value for money, although it can be improved. Attention-to-detail of small things is recommended. Like they should equip the room with cleaning materials i.e. brooms & clean rugs, as there is no housekeeping. Also, the beachfront tables and benches are wet and sticky in the morning. Would be nice to sit there in the morning if dry and clean. And too many stray dogs and cats that won't leave you alone when they see food.

• Edmond (6/5): View was grand but resort rooms not so grand - The hotel itself was just ok. Hotel did not warn us that there was no road to resort so we had walk through jungle just to get to trike to take us there. Trip was very rough. Room I paid for was single queen with air. What they tried to give us was a few single beds with no air. I was ready to leave then. They majically came up with room i requested. No towels of any kind. I requested them but finally had to get them myself. Power went out couple of times to add insult to misery. The one thing I liked was the good food next door with bar, the incredible view of beach which is just 100 feet away and the quiet setting compared to adjacient noisey resorts. All in all it was ok but for the price compared to others nearby it was a bargain.
• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and nice accommodation directly next to the sea. Very kind and supportive staff! We recommend this accommodation if you want to stay by the sea without many people and night life.

• Marian (8/5): Beautiful and quiet stay - Dumaluan is a beautiful beach, maybe the most beautiful on Panglao, clean, white sand, not so crowded like Alona beach, pure and clean sea with one the prettiest underwater life we've experienced in the Philippines, it was really spectacular. There are friendly dogs and cats staying close to the resort at the beach. The sea view was beautiful. The access to the resort is quite rough, but they have a tricycle shuttle to the road and back. Not much restaurants in the neighbourhood of the resort, in fact just two.
• Jinpeng (10/5): very great！ - Although the location is not convenient, but the boss's service is very good, the three days of accommodation from the intersection to pick us up and return to the hotel. I'll be back next time. I love the view. We could fix a road, lay some bricks

• Eugene (9/5): Had an amazing time - The nature. Staff is amazing, Theresa and her co manager, forgot her name, accommodated me while I was there. Fresh coconut juice were available and good price. Everyone were cordial and nice. I had time for being myself and no one bothered me.

• Emelita (2/5): - This place has no entrance for the guests to get in with vehicles. You have to walk so far to get to this place. The place is rundown/dump. Cockroaches everywhere, water doesn’t flush, rooms are dirty and smelly, we request to transfer to a different room it was was worst, the AC wasn’t working and it smells so bad, dogs are everywhere. This place need to stop accepting guests and if they do, they need to change their website to let the guests know the situation. Website is misleading. Please don’t waste you money. I rather sleep outside than staying in their rooms.

• Brian (5/5): Hoping for peaceful retreat ended in chaotic mess - beach and ocean were beautiful. palm tree’s heading to the beach gave nice shade and looked idyllic. Zthe pool was clean and a nice switch from the salt water. We generally have low expectations for our lodging and even stay in hostels occasionally however: 1. No room cleaning or towel service. We were there for 5 nights. 2. Hotel guests come secondary to day use patrons Friday-Sunday night. Loud, noisy, cars everywhere, all amenities overrun by day use patrons. This starts at 7am on weekends. 3. No beach chairs, or pool chairs. The three broken ones were overrun with day use patrons. 4. Karaoke around the clock on weekends. Horrible. 5. Be prepared to walk 30 minutes with you luggage at check in as the road in is so bad that your taxi may refuse to drive into the resort. It happened to us. 6. Leaking toilet left bathroom floors wet 100% of the time. 7. No fresh drinking water provided and tap water undrinkable.
