• mohamad hadi (6/5): Awimbawe - welp.. I got a basic tree house unit. There is a wear and tear sign in the unit. Broken pipe holder in the bathroom. Wear and tear on the kitchen cabinet. The air condition got a leaking after a while. The location is good. Easy to reach a lot of interesting places. The view is nice. I can see a whole area from the 31st floor. Sunrise in the morning is beautiful. Next time, I prefer another unit from the picture. Not this one. =)

• Yamosse Mariam (2/5): Poor customer service - The service was poor, no aircon in the room, the toilet was not clean properly, and can’t flash the toilet, in fact I didn’t enjoy a bit

• Juhanna (4/5): The floor is very oily - booked a room at soho 1 and suddenly i got a studio room. im so disappointed with the room service. the floor is very oily, the equipments are dirty and the property doesnt look the same like in website.

• P (6/5): Bad experience - I was booking for soho unit, and when i check, they told me they only have studio unit left, which is Expedia website issue. When i check in to the studio, the water heater is broken, the air cond controller is broken, and the room has no furnishing. They have not returned my deposit after i checked out. After 1 day only i asked them for it

I was push around from one security guard to another who couldn't answer my questions... no one called to confirm my stay.... I need a refund because I never got to stay in this place... pls check property before advertising expedia.... I think u guys should be more responsible when advertising rooms for rent...
• Verified traveler (4/5): Show actual pictures pls - The unit is not like in the pictures. No proper check-in instruction is given and we had to wait more than half an hour as the place to check-in is not the same as given by Hotels.com. Parking rate RM1 per hour making it not worth staying here if you drive. Unit was just ok, no extra cable to plug in the TV (?!). We have to forgo the Unifi plugs in order to watch TV.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Feel been cheated - 1. confirmation hotel was at SOHO 1, but when check in give us SOHO 2.waiting so long for check in. 2. get parking card only on 3rd day. 3. staff go into our room without inform or get approval from us, so terrible. 4. lots of baby cockroach in toilet, kitchen and cabinet. 5. kitchen cabinet are full of rubbish, empty boxes..... So disappointed.

• Shk (6/5): Mediocre apartment in PJ suited for short stays - The good: perfect location, reasonable price, easy communication with the property manager The bad: Late check in time (i.e. after 3pm), Parking is not free but not too expensive, no housekeeping hence not suited for stays longer than 2 days, low quality fittings and appliances, and the bathroom was very disappointing - unclean (brown residue in the water closet!), there were leaks, and there was a foul smell. Also the toilet sliding door doesn't close fully making the whole room smelly. Owner / manager should check the room before allowing occupants in.
• Ka Wai (4/5): There are other choices of budget hotels in KL... - The room is in fact a condo rentting out by a private agent. Toke 30min to get the keys from a staff. The room was much more basic then the pictures shown.
• Amirul (8/5): Comfy room with rooms for improvements. - The space was adequate and nice, honestly. I really enjoyed the spacious room and comfy bed. For the price, I think it's really worth it. However, some areas could be improved. For starters, the bathroom was not squeeky clean. It had what I think is mold on some parts of the wall (or maybe just darkened, unremovable stain). Also, the AC gets watery after turning it on for a few hours and there was (lotsa) water dripped down on the desk with wire extension exposed. I hope the owner will fix this so the next guests won't feel uncomfortable. I'm not so fussy, so I let it go but I would hate it if other people experienced the same thing. Overall, it was worth the price. Disclosure: I got a 10% off coupon from Hotel.com app.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice studio at Empire Damansara beside Qliq hotel - This studio apartment was fine for my stay. The neighborhood had many restaurants and cafes. Convenient for Grab cars. It was easy to find as it is right beside the Qliq Hotel. The property description is accurate and the photos true to what you get. I didn't need anything and was independent but I can imagine that people who like a initial intro and attentive service to handle their questions - this wouldn't be the place for those travellers. Responses to questions and requests came after 4 hours or the next day.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not a hotel. - Not a hotel, just an apartment(studio)for daily rental. No daily housekeeping. Unless you need to do something around the neighborhood or else nothing around the area to see. Budget stay.

• Betty (6/5): Suitable for Family Gateaway - The hotel suit for a small family gateaway . Clean and comfortable stay. The only problem, you need to call the owner for check in and can't reach by public transport.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Skylivia - Elegant Building in a nice area, with great staff. Skylivia appears to be (23 to 38) floors of the Empire Damansara tower Best choice for anybody who wants to a calm stay away from the traffic, yet next to everything.
• Lee (4/5): Cleanliness was not good too - Not good, checking in and out is too bad. Had to wait for the guy to bring the keys and also when handing back keys on check out. Room air conditioning was bad and the ceiling fan had no speed control. Overall I didn't like it

• ammar rashidi (8/5): - It was a bit of a drag coz i had to change room and there was delay in cheking in, but otherwise it was fine
• Ching Chai (8/5): Good location near 1 Utama. - The person who checked us in (Aidil) was courteous and helpful. He even provided us with a free parking card to park our car. Room was spacious. However need upkeeping of the kitchenettes and some plumbing work on the kitchen tap, bathroom sink, bidet and shower.
• Arthur YW (6/5): Great view - We stayed one night (23A-11) and find that the studio is very basic. The sofa bed was hard and you can feel the spring. Likewise for the queen bed. There's no shower curtain so after shower, the whole bathroom will be wet. They gave us two bath towels and never delivered the third one. The TV has very basic local channels and even that, not all channels are clear. The view from there was excellent. Downstairs, there are many cafes and restaurants so you'll never go hungry. About 5 min drive away are more local cheaper food. If you are driving, you enter an easily-missed car park entrance right before Qliq hotel. Get your keys and card from the guys somewhere at B1. Then park at B3 or B4. As you go to B3/4, turn right and find a spot at the end of the carpark. There's a guard near there all the time. The entrance there allows you to go straight up to your floors by tapping the card.
