• TX (7/5): - Die Lage zu Stadt war toll, direkt (100m) vom Colosseum entfernt. 1400€ für 6 Nächte und dann Frühstück auf einem Tablett, noch dazu super-basic. Da kein richtiger Tisch vorhanden war, mussten wir auf dem Bett frühstücken. Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Insgesamt wäre es okay, aber für dieses Angebot viel zu teuer

Ha korán keltünk, bekészítettek reggelit Lakosztálynak azért nem nevezném, nagyobb szoba. A kilátás a Colosseumra kihasalva az ablakon oldalról:) Reggeli a szobában, ami nem túl kényelmes.

Noi abbiamo avuto anche un piccolo inconveniente con l acqua calda che non è stata disponibile la sera dell arrivo, fino al giorno successivo. Mi aspettavo un pronto intervento più rapido.

We got the same room that has the view in the advertised photos (but you have to lean you head out the window to get that little side view).

The door lock to the hotel was quite old and did not work very well all the time, luckily the reception was open at the time we got stuck :)

• Su (6/5): Good location, would book again if no other choice is available. - We got this hotel labeled for "view of the colosseum", but our "view" was a sliver of the colosseum if you poke your head out all the way out of the side window...so it was technically...a view of the colosseum. Our room came with breakfast, which was nice! Super close to the colosseum, bus stops, and metro stop, so super easy to get to multiple places. We didn't really get a "view" of the colosseum. The room was a little banged up, and the bathroom was clean but there was residue mold on the bottoms of the doors. The AC was infront of the window that faced a busy street and behind the curtains for the window. So in order to get the room cold, we had to slightly push the curtains back which made our room visible to the outside people. The doors needed to be locked with the key to be closed...and they only gave us one key so both of us had to be in the room or one of us needed to be ok with being locked inside the room.

Screw my vacation - The place is hidden and nobody answer the calls, the gay answer 2 hours later but I let the place because it’s dark and unsafe to stay on the street ,there’s some kind of bar at the corner with drunken people on the street yelling at persons. When he call I told him that I let but he get very mad and threatened me to beat me to dead of if I don’t come back and told me a lot Of curses ( bad words) , DONT GO TO THAT PLACE NEVER!!! The owner had aver bad attitude and try to get me into a fight with him because the place is hidden and ina very bad location, screw my days in Rome I had to pay more for another hotel!!

• conniff (10/5): It’s a wonderful, small family owned and run hotel. How could you not be completely thrilled staying here when the Colos - Location was incredible, across the street from the Colosseum. Steph were extremely friendly and helpful and provided a personalized breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Definitely would stay again. There was a problem with the elevator, but the staff quickly jumped in and helped us move our luggage.

We payed additional for a room with a view and complimentary bottle or champagne/wine. We received no bottle and the “view” was a side view that you could only see if you angle your face against window. The elevator was not working on our stay so my husband had to carry all 3 of our luggage’s up and down the stairs. Not the best experience to end our honeymoon.

• Evans (8/5): - We had the Colosseum view room. It was a lovely sized room. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was modern which gave a nice ambience. The one lady that checked us in and out was pleasant and helped organize a taxi back to the airport due to the public transportation strike. The lift was not working so we had to carry cases up three sets of stairs. The reception was rarely staffed so if there were any issues there was nobody to speak to. We had to message the what's app on one evening as there was excessive noise coming from another room and the response was disappointing. Although we were asked for details of the other room and hotel(we did not know which room it was) we were more or less told that there wasn't much that could be done. There is no indication before you arrive that breakfast is to the room and the facilities aren't particularly suitable for this. We only had breakfast there once(on another day it was never delivered) and it was extremely basic for the price you pay for the room. We had one hot drink and one juice each, one yoghurt each, and between us 4 small slices of toast, 2 slices of cheese and two salami and some cake. Overall, I think the price of this hotel is purely based on location being so close to the colosseum rather than anything else. To see that from our "colosseum view" room we had to open a window and lean out so not particularly what was expected (although lovely to see at night).

They brought breakfast to our room Each morning which was great aswell. The loft was broken which was rubbish but not the hotels fault and was fixed quickly.

• Severina (10/5): Exceptional stay - Exceptional stay at Maison Imperiale. We booked it to spend a romantic weekend in Rome with my husband and it did not disappoint. The location is just perfect with a view to the Colosseum. The facilities were nice and it had everything we needed. Good water pressure, good shades, absolutely no noise and the cleanliness of the room just wow. I have stayed in over 100 places in my life and nothing was ever so spotless clean. It felt like they did a deep clean every morning. The staff was also incredibly nice and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and the breakfast in bed everyday was such a nice touch. They even offered to make adjustments if we didn't like something (if the hotel manager reads this -> they deserve a raise) The only thing i could maybe say is that the wifi was a little spotty. We had a modem in our room so it was most likely the provider that had troubles.

They do NOT have a shuttle service they will call you a cab which will be an extra 60 euro. The rooms are a glorified hostile. Easily the worst coffee we had in Europe. The breakfast was awful. Don't waste your money on this place

They do NOT provide a airport shuttle they will call a cab which is an extra 60 euro (10 euro more than a standard cab). The coffee was atrocious and the breakfast is inedible. Do not waste your money the pic and services are incredibly misleading

Aparte de todos los insultos que tengo en mi chat. Y sobre todo el encargado general del hotel me confirmo que ya había iniciado un proceso legal por cancelar esta reserva fuera de fecha y que es un delito federal fueron sus palabras, con todas las evidencias en mi chat.

Very nearby Metro and walking distance to Colosseum and ancient Rome and many historical land marks. There are plenty af nice bars and restaurants right about the corner. The room by itself is very new renovated clean and nice with a king bed and new bath room. You have nice breakfast in your bed every. HD TV channels and many more.
