• Gerard (1/5): Tracte lamentable del responsable, no podia ser pitjor.... - Estava cèntric El personal ha sigut molt desagradable amb nosaltres, parlant de molt males maneres, no hi havia recepció, s'indiquen tres horaris diferents de recepció i només vam trobar la senyora de fer feines la habitació bruta i mala olor, no disposa de aire acondicionat com s'indica a la descripció i ofereixen descompte del parquing pagat en efectiu amb unes targetes que estaven caducades.

• César David (9/5): Muy buen alojamiento en pleno casco antiguo - Me dieron dos noches una habitación mejor porque no estaba ocupada. Aunque la ventana daba a la calle peatonal, con las contraventanas cerradas no me molestó ruido de la calle ni la luz por la mañana. Muy buena ubicación. Ofrecen descuento en el Parking del Kursaal (yo no lo usé). Por alguna razón, aunque apagase la luz del baño se quedaba el extractor como con el mecanismo encendido, aunque no estuviera ventilando, y ese ruido me molestó para dormirme un par de noches.

• Mikel (9/5): Estuve muy a gusto en esta pensión - La cama muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio. Fácil de acceder porque es un prime piso. Te dan unas claves para el portal y para la puerta de la pensión y entras con ellas, sin necesidad de estar a una hora determinada para que te atiendan. Pese a hacer frío en la calle (en enero) dentro no pasé ningún frío durmiendo. Por decir algo: que hay que salir o dejar la habitación a las 11 de la mañana (y no a las 12) y que la llave de la habitación es llave física (antigua) no tarjeta o código (como sí es el portal). De lo demás no tengo ninguna queja.
• Silva Archila (9/5): Highly recommended for anyone - The place enjoys a privileged location with nice cafes, shops and restaurants close by. Cleanliness is top. The room was spacious, comfy, fresh and had a shower room with good toiletries. The staff were welcoming, the cleaner lady from Ecuador was lovely, kind and very diligent to help. The place also has a room to keep luggage when needed.

• JP Toro (1/5): Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with any property offered by Booking! - NOTHING!!! The host's behavior was appalling!!! He did not furnish me with the information to access the property in a timely fashion. When I arrived no one answered the door or the phone. He had misleading information on booking claiming that one could check in with ease up to 10pm when nothing could be further from the truth. But the real kicker was when this "host" began screaming at me over the phone accusing me of lying. He was very happy to have me spend the night in the street. Thankfully I was able to find alternate accommodations. I have stayed all over the planet in dozens of Booking properties of every description, many of them with access codes that were given in a clear and timely fashion. I never have had to deal with such an odious "host". This man is not fit to run ANY sort of establishment!! This was honestly a nightmare of an experience.

• Jim (5/5): Very disappointing. - Not a lot to like... It was clean. Access was difficult with key codes up a dark stairs, no one to meet me even though I got the impression someone was going to. Abrupt msg from the contact person when I tried to contact them about access, and phone not answered. Interior room with no window (my own fault for missing that when I booked). Definitely not recommending. Won't be returning!

• Christi R (9/5): Fantastic! - We had a lovely stay! We had a balcony and the room itself was spacious. The main attraction of this accommodation is definitely the location, it's right in the centre of alll the restaurants and bars. Another positive to this pension is that the room had its own shower and sink and only the toilet was shared which makes a big difference. The communal entry space and bathroom is also regularly cleaned. Communication was also very good with a smooth check in process. Because it's right in the centre, it was a bit noisy at night but that was to be expected.

Didn’t have a proper AC system, in this season I believe is a requirement for an overall pleasant stay

• Beatriz (3/5): Decepcionante para el precio - La ubicación era buena No nos pidieron documentación cuando llegamos, por lo que nunca llegamos a hacer check in. Algo peligroso, ya que no sabes con quien estás compartiendo la pensión. La habitación y el baño estaban bastante sucios y con muchas cosas rotas. No había nadie allí por las mañanas tampoco, solo el último día. La habitación era demasiado calurosa. El anfitrión no contestaba a los mensajes la mayoría de las veces. Había un termostato en la entrada de la casa, pero estaba bloqueado para que no se pudiese cambiar, le preguntamos y no nos contestó. Las ventanas tuvimos que tenerlas abiertas toda la noche por lo que el ruido era insoportable. Por la mañana dejamos el cartel de no molestar, pero aún así ENTRARON SIN PERMISO a hacernos la cama, pero no nos cambiaron toallas ni tampoco limpiaron. El parking, que ellos recomiendan solo cuesta 1€ menos el día y tienes que pagarlo EN EFECTIVO en el alojamiento y NO te dan recibo de pago.
• Lily (9/5): Great place in the centre, you have to share the toilet though. - It was located in a great location in the old town, although this area is quite lively it did not affect our stay at all since there was double glazing so we weren't bothered by the noise outside. The shower attached to our room was a nice surprise since I was under the impression it would be shared - this was only applicable for the toilet. The bed was massive and comfortable and the little balcony was a nice addition. There is not much that could have been improved. The bedside table lamps were not ideal and it would have been nice to have our own toilet but other than that it was great!
