The food prepared by Jay, the chef and help Katerina and Pala were exceptional. Way beyond anything we'd ever experienced when conducting these conventions. We have reserved for 2027 already.

- Munson88 (10/5): First class people, first class stay!! - Checked in this afternoon and was greeted by Sianna. Friendly, professional, and a great sense of humor. I was wearing my Halloween mask of the clown Pennywise and attempted to check in with that name! What a good sport. Later she advised us on the local restaurants and directions to the bank. What a perfect ambassador for your brand. She flawlessly displayed numerous management skills. Look forward to seeing Sianna tomorrow!!

- 213yulyd (2/5): Horrible - Horrible I literally wish I can give them less than one start Not only I was late for our family wedding we had to deal with the manager being super disrespectful and not helpful at all after the mistake that they made told my aunt she need it to move room or she will get her stuff taking out the moment she leave the room for the weeding mind you they give her this room at 5 am bc the other room had a roach in it never did they said oh this room is temporary so the next on the day of the wedding instead of the family getting ready they harass her if not they where going to charge $354.96 mind you we needed to be at the wedding at 1 pm we got there at 4 pm bc we had to deal with a manager that couldnāt deal with his own staff mistake and intend of being helpful he called the cop and trespass our aunt from the hotel when there was no reason to do so she explained not ones but couple time to him that she needed to go that she couldnāt change room his replay you need to move room or we will charge you the a month mention above our our staff will go and take ur stuff out no solution just straight up problem she paid for all 5 rooms if Iām not mistaken and on top of that he wanted her to pay for a mistake that she didnāt make nearly made her miss her on son weeding I guess all of that money she brought in wasnāt enough for him All tho she got trespass they still charge her for the room

- noryp238 (2/5): Wrongly accused and treated! - My nephew booked a few rooms for his weeding,the night before I found a roach in my room, was moved to an up graded room was told to enjoy the room, then 2hr before leaving to go to the wedding was told to pack my stuff up or pay for the upgraded room.. I told them that it was the mother of the groom who was sharing the room and we had no time and how can you give us something then kick us out or make us pay for it. They sent the cops with a no trespass paper, this was so wrong and I would love to speak to the owner about this situation and was told to just leave..

Check out was 11 am, I had put my do not disturb sign out as I had worked 14 hours the day I checked in and was on call all night and the next day. Around 10 am, on the day of check out, housekeeping ignored the sign on the door, unlocked my door, turned on the light and entered my room!! I was trying to sleep!! I was VERY unhappy with this.
- I2756TBmichaell (10/5): Nice quiet stay - As a Lifetime Diamond member, I feel qualified to give a fair review. First, the hotel is in close proximity to shopping, dining, and some entertainment. This is a fast growing area and new places are opening every few months. To the hotel, due to my work schedule, this area does not often fit into my schedule. Probably 3+ years since last visit, but it appears to have been recently renovated. Very nice room, clean, modern, well appointed, and quiet. If youāre familiar with my other reviews, I place a premium on door closing noise. I cannot understand why a hotel would want their doors to SLAM shut. This hotel gets it, the doors shut marvelously quietly. No rattling walls with slamming doors. Perfect. The other aspects, did not use pool, but looked very nice. Did not eat there, but would have, I had dinner with clients nearby. Gym was very good, used it twice. Please share your quiet door closure secret with the rest of Hilton, most just donāt get it.

The room was good sized (double queen), plenty of space on desk. Plenty of space on bathroom counter. Nice fitness center as well. Room 325 was perfect; quiet, close to elevators and ice machine. Price about average for a Hilton. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We recommend this hotel to others looking for a nice, clean place to stay.

I arrived late and Caitlin at Reception called to check if I was ok. Very nice. Sianna also texted to see if my stay was going well and was very helpful at Reception. Congrats to HR for finding such a wonderful staff. They really care. Breakfast is an excellent value, Hilton quality food, with great price. The Artisan Breakfast sandwich was my favorite. Chef Jay explained to me how he makes it. Coffee is good, strong American coffee with refills. Waitress Alexa was super helpful and sweet. AC has a real thermostat that you can control, not the noisy old in-wall type from yesteryear. Room has fridge , MW, and a space-age coffee maker. THIS IS MY HOME NEXT TIME I COME TO LUTZā¦.
