- M5586DQlesliet (2/5): STOLEN/MISSING PAJAMA"S - I am extremely frustrated and upset at this hotel. I left a pair of Pajama's in the bathroom on the hook. After checking out, when I got to my destination 3 hours later, I noticed I did not have them. I called the hotel and they said they would go look for them, but probably not until the next day. They told me not to worry because everything they find, they keep for 90 days. I called the next day and they said they had not found them, no-one in housekeeping was around. This made no sense. I have called them at least 6 times. Every time I am told that the manager will call me back. I even left a message directly on the managers phone last week. I have not received a call back. They either have never looked into the missing PJ's or someone from the hotel stole them, which seems highly unlikely. They are very special to me and I want them back. They maybe in a corner somewhere just waiting to be sent back to me. CALL ME--I am the person that has left many, many messages.
- 168minasb (2/5): Avoid at all costs (probably racist) - The worst Hilton experience I have ever had. I have never been more insulted, lied to, and gas lit by hotel staff. We were called a no-show despite showing up early. They lied about the room, the manager and the terms. They called me a liar to my face when I tried to speak to a manager. I am going to speak about this experience to everyone I meet in Utah and post it everywhere. Avoid - I’ve seen motels with more class … . They claimed I yelled at staff and when I asked for proof said they couldn’t confirm if their cameras had audio … . I was on the phone with corporate on a recorded call trying to transfer the reservation … . Avoid at all costs. It’s a nice hotel but if you’re not white you feel like a second class citizen checking in.

- Erin (10/5): - I've stayed here twice now, and both times it was incredibly clean, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The only downside is the seemingly constant construction around the area.

The housekeeping cleaning was only every other day so we had seevice when we stayed and room 301, the phone had dial tone, but could not reach any extension (front desk, housekeeping etc.)

Just wanted to avoid the situation offering money back and other hotel . For our family it was a shocking experience maybe they were racism for been Latinos . That’s the experience. We ended up paying the rest of the hospital bill. No ones care and well . Lesson learned.
- Vionel (10/5): Wonderful - The hotel feels brand new and has been open for 8 years. The staff was awesome, especially the food attendant greeting you every morning and engaging in conversations. Location of the hotel is easy to find and close to freeways.

- 614rogelios (2/5): Don’t come here! - Long day of traveling just wanted to get some rest. We finally got to our room 310 and the room was dirty. The bed looked like someone just got done sleeping in it.
- SportsRef-Off (10/5): I think that you’ll like this place but... - I think that you’ll like this place but don’t become confused navigating to it from interstate 15. In order to arrive at this Homewood Suites location I had to drive through the parking lot of what appears to be some condominiums…that had similar exterior contours to the hotel. The hotel grounds and lobby were very nice. We had a great customer experience here. Check in was easy and the front desk manager (maybe Joan?) was super customer friendly and professional. In fact everyone we came in contact with at this hotel seemed dedicated to making our stay very comfortable but don’t take our word for it…come see for yourself. Their welcoming demeanor matched the comfort of this place too. Our room was excellent and we were informed that a new television was being installed in the room today before we arrived. This cause a very minor delay getting into the room but it was inconsequential. We’re looking forward to visiting this location again.

- Jennifer (8/5): - I had a great stay overall! The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room felt safe and cozy. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful when I had questions. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. It was supposed to be provided every other day, but that didn’t happen during my 9-day stay. I had to take out my own trash and go get fresh towels and trash bags myself. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would’ve been nice if they at least came around for fresh towels. I do understand they may be understaffed, so I can respect that. Despite that, I’d still recommend this hotel for the comfort and overall quality. Just be prepared to be a bit more self-sufficient if housekeeping isn’t fully staffed during your visit. When housekeeping did come around, there is a younger, tall, white gentleman with light hair and glasses who was so very kind!! I didn't get his name, but he was a delight.

The breakfast was good! Always restocked. There are No pancakes or waffles (the only thing my kids were disappointed with)

From the start of us walking in, we had a person in front of us and the desk lady was very rude to her and I could tell this mother was starting to get stress and fed up with her since her two kids were very tired! As she checked them in and I walked up she was very rude from the get go! We finally checked in and I thought I was done with her! The next night as we walked in she started yelling at us but I kept walking and didn’t understand what she was saying then she proceeded to say we had to take a specific elevator and that was in didn’t explain nothing! Mind you we came back from shopping so our hands were Full! We get to the elevator and kept pushing the button and the elevator cart we were not suppose to use kept opening and the second one wouldn’t! Mind you she did not help at all! How can you tell a person to not use the only elevator cart that keeps opening for you! WE had to wait Ten minutes for someone to come down in the other cart! Horrible experience with this desk lady

The entire facility was first-class but Joan Ericksen, who handled the check-in, etc., was exceptional for the entire four days we were there. Hilton and the Homewood Suites are very fortunate to have her.

- Araceli Perez (10/5): - My family and I really enjoyed this hotel! The room size was perfect for 2 adults and two small children. The hotel is located near ikea which is nice, we just ate dinner there since it’s cheap. Will stay again!
