Everything you need and more! - Upon arrival 2 hours early, the front desk was able to check me in early without any issues & also upgraded room to a higher view over the city. Amy from reception and all staff are very attentive and professional. Room was of high standard, very clean and actually reset each day during my stay. I think it may be the tallest building in the city so was easy to explore and never lose your way if you stay here. Right near the river and you’re almost at the famous Cai Rang markets. Massage was awesome, views were fantastic and food options are plentiful. The staff always friendly and eager to talk about your journey. All good!

- Tracy (10/5): Warm staff, luxurious rooms, and great location! Oh, and the food in the restaurant was superb! - The safe were amazing, I cannot say enough good things about them. From our arrival to our departure, the staff was friendly and helpful. Their English was great and made communication easy. They anticipated our needs and always had a smile that felt genuine and kind. The pool was clean and just the right temperature, refreshing but warm enough to play with my granddaughter for hours. The rooms were large and comfortable with great views!

- Steffen (10/5): Wunderbar - Das Zimmer ist groß, geräumig, qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt und den Fluss. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umwerfend. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich benutze dieses Hotel nun schon seit mehreren Jahren und bin immer wieder gerne hier. Die zentrale Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen in und um Cần Thơ. Alles war prima.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our visit very relaxing. The breakfast restaurant was outstanding — the food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. What impressed me most was the staff (Tân, Trân, Dung, Bằng, Bảo, Sương, Thi, and Loan). Every employee I met was professional, friendly, and attentive, always going out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their warmth and dedication turned a good stay into an excellent one. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Can Tho.

- Yến (7/5): Ngoài phòng to, sạch, view đẹp thì k có gì đặc biệt cả - Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, tiện nghi, có bãi đỗ xe ô tô riêng thoải mái Đồ ăn sáng ngoài phở ra thì không ngon lắm. Gọi ly nước cam mà k có tí đường nào. Sáng sớm uống ly chua lét k nổi. Ít nhất cũng nên hỏi khách ly cam nguyên chất hay có ít đường. Còn cà phê sữa 1 ly hơn 80 cành mà sữa k thôi chẳng thấy cà phê đâu. Phản hồi phục vụ thì bảo là c tự khuấy đi là được. Quá tệ cho thai độ phục vụ ks 5sao

- Margit (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis - Toller Ausblick auf die Stadt und den Fluss von unserem wunderschönen Zimmer in der 25. Etage. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und auch das Bad ist sehr groß. Das Restaurant, wo man auch das Frühstück bekommt ist sehr groß, laut und ungemütlich. Beim Pool gibt es zu wenig Schirme und Liegen. Viele Gäste telefonieren mit eingeschaltetem Lautsprecher sowohl im Restauriert als auch beim Pool. Hier sollte das Management darauf hinweisen, das telefonieren nicht erlaubt ist, es ist sehr störend.

Room are spacious and clean. We also met #Boo from the club lounge. A wonderful person whose kindness is unparalleled. The children simply fell in love with her. We recommend the Sheraton to all travelers passing through Can Tho during a visit to Vietnam.
