- Verified traveler (8/5): - Éramos os únicos hospedes da pousada no período que ficamos. As pessoas eram gentis mas não usavam mascaras pra proteção contra covid, nos deixando apreensivos. Havia uma casa ao lado com som altissimo 24h por dia e pedimos pra nos mudar de quarto para outro mais afastado dessa casa, o que nos foi atendido de pronto, apesar de ter nos colocado no quarto sem agua quente, mesmo todos os outros quartos da pousada estarem vazios. O proprietario tentou diversas vezes que a casa ao lado reduzisse o som, chamando a policia, mas era a policia ir embora que a casa ao lado aumentava o som.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Messed up our reservation - Upon arrival, the owner told us that there was an issue with our reservation and he didn't have a room for us. He arranged for us to stay at another hotel, which turned out to be managed by his son. The other pousada didn't look as nice, although it was closer to the center of town. I made the reservation more than a month in advance, it was not a pleasant surprise.
