- Kittie (10/5): -
- Beuthien (8/5): - No breakfast
- Sherry (10/5): My stay started with personal greeting from owners with friendly conversation and that welcome set the tone! - It is off the beaten path in a quiet area There wasn’t anything I didn’t like— easy in and out parking and I parked right by my room.

- Russell (8/5): - A fairly nice gap motel a one night stay location a motel that favors the boats coming off the lake and it showed by the amount of boats in the parking lot room was nice and clean convenient to our location for Sunday the biggest reason why we picked Mountain
- Penny (10/5): - Went to a concert in lampe, mo and this motel was close and inexpensive. Very clean and really quiet even tho it was right off a fairly busy highway. We had a marked parking spot also so that was nice since we got back from concert late.
- Gail (10/5): - Clean room, designated parking spot right outside the room, quiet, friendly staff.
- Jim (10/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Juanita and family were very friendly and nice. We will stay there again
- Sabrina (8/5): - A hidden little gem.
It's a cute little place.
The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They are always asking if they can do anything for you.
They take pride in keeping the grounds beautiful.
Thank you for your hospitality and the tomatoes 🍅
- Mike (6/5): - After reading other reviews the place was pretty disappointing. Carpets looked dirty. Loud Air conditioner. Bed was wobbly and uncomfortable. Got by for a couple nights but wouldn’t book here again.
- Rachel (10/5): Best Mattress away from home! - I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. Service was very friendly and helpful and they were even able to check me in early since I got into town sooner than expected. Is the room fancy? No. But everything is clean! (floors could use a shampoo, but almost every hotel room I’ve stayed in could, as well.) The air conditioner worked great and was easy to use. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean. The mattress and pillows on my bed (room 105) were stellar! Seriously the best I’ve ever had in any room I’ve ever stayed in. I had meant to check the tag on the pillows so I could purchase them for home! Thanks again and can’t wait to come back.
- Robert (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable. They get 5 stars across the board for how clean our room and the property was. Outstanding service. And an excellent price for accommodations. Hospitality won return trips, there is no need to look for lodging anywhere else.
- Ahmet (2/5): - It was smelling and dirty.
- Melinda (8/5): - The room is a outdated. The bed was comfortable for a hotel stay.
- Johnathan (10/5): - Juanita and her husband were very helpful and kind
- Debra (10/5): - It’s a small hotel, but very clean. Owners are very nice!

- Kailey (10/5): - Older building but clean and accommodating, we will be going back.
Great location
- John (10/5): - Great stay Will return. WiFi could not be found did not work
- Amy B. (10/5): - Very clean friendly staff
- francis (4/5): - Property was old and needed renovation. Raggedy drape hanging over window, barely covering it. Neither refrig in the room worked. Parking lot was unlevel making it difficult for individuals with limited mobility to walk.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
- Simon (10/5): - Incredibly nice staff, and clean rooms makes for a really nice experience.
- Teressa (10/5): Nice and friendly 👌 - Really nice and friendly service. We had a really nice stay.
- Stacey (10/5): - Owners really care about their guests.
- Gary (8/5): - Our stay was very good. The Mountain Country Inn is a motor lodge with clients coming to visit family play and fish on the lake and make use of the regional amenities. We had beautiful warm weather and a nice small outdoor pool all to ourselves. It was a great visit for us and to visit our family in the area.
- Jan (10/5): - Cute little pool! AC worked great. Could park right in front of room. Owners very nice and friendly!
- Vicki (6/5): - Was very run down
- William (10/5): Great place to stay family run place. - Traveling solo on motorcycle, rooms clean and comfortable, area very quiet no road noise. I had no fear that my motorcycle was safe and nobody would mess with it. Owners very personable and helpful in every way.
- Joseph (10/5): - Great 2 night stay at this Property. Owners were very friendly and helpful during my stay. We’ll definitely stay again.
- Barry (8/5): Great! - Excellent!! Highly recommended!
- Shelly (8/5): Decent place to lay your head - The rooms are dated but comfortable. We need a place to sleep. And it worked great for that. The pool looked nice. No breakfast at all but coffee maker in room.
- Kelli (10/5): - This is an older property but very nice, clean, and convenient to the location to where I was needing to go. Staff was very nice and willing to work with you with anything you need.
- Jeff (6/5): - It was ok
- GARY (8/5): - Good location, great pricing, decent bed!
- Carol (10/5): - The owner made us feel very welcomed and was a pleasure both on the phones and in person. Will definitely come back.
- Ethel (8/5): - Very comfortable bed for the night.
- Robert (10/5): - Typical older road side motel. Part of America.
- Daniel (8/5): - Its definitely a older hotel, but the room was clean and everything worked as it should. The lady in the office was very friendly and made sure our stay was up to our expectations. She was also helpful in locating a place for us to have dinner very near by. We just need a room to get ready for a local concert we were attending and a quiet place to return for the night to get some sleep before we headed home. This place met that and with the nightly rate, we will definitely be back if we return to see another concert at the Lampe amphitheater.
- Kyla (10/5): - The hostess was so kind and welcoming. The location was convenient for after a concert at Black Oak Amp. Simple accomodations, but we had what we needed and slept very well!
- Sherri (10/5): - Love staying there every year!
- Richard (8/5): - Nice enough place You get what you pay for... Towels had blue stains, chairs and carpet were filthy... Bed was comfortable... Pool was small but well kept... Staff was nice and the rate was good.... Overall not really a bad place Just could use some more attention to details.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A close hotel to Black Oak Ampitheater. Owner is a genuinely nice person, but was short on staff.
- Richard (10/5): - Excellent staff
- David (10/5): - It was affordable to stay. It's close to the attractions which made getting around easy.
There were not that many diners nearby but I brought my food and drinks so it didn't make an issue.
They have a pool but it was closed for cleaning so I couldn't take a dive.
- Amy (10/5): wonderful stay - This is a great little gem in Branson West. The owner is wonderful, the property is well maintained and very clean. It's an older motel, but very well kept.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Basic Clean Old School Motel - We chose this location so we could visit Dogwood Canyon and Top of the Rock. Friendly staff, room was older but really very clean. They have swimming pool which looked crystal clear but we didn't jump in because it was a little early in the season. It's a good place for a night or two. Note: no hairdryer in room, plan accordingly!
- Bob (6/5): - Good location for seeing the sights. Host was helpful with placess to eat close. Room was clean and he road noise was minimal the night we stayed.
- Paula (6/5): - Dissatisfied
- Donald (10/5): - It was good for a motel in very rural Mo. Staff was very helpful. No coke machine, etc. But it was adequate for a one night stay.
- Tom (10/5): - close to everything in Branson but on a quiet side road.
- Heath (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - This is an older property, but it was clean, comfortable and the staff was very attentive that we had five people in our party. There were enough towels and cups for five people. Sometimes you only get four towels. The room was very clean, the AC was great and we slept very well.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Friendly and personable - Very nice and personable at check-in and recommended good places to eat in the area!
- James (6/5): - The carpet in the room was very stained. The air conditioner was not working. The room was very warm all night. When my husband talked to the front desk person, he was told we didn't have it turned on high enough. We had it turned up as high as it would go. We didnt feel like they were intetested in taking care fo the porblem.
- Bradley (10/5): - My stay was comfortable and quiet
- dacia (4/5): - We didn't get to stay here because we arrived after the 9:00 office closing
Time. We weren't able to check in.
- Amber (6/5): - Bed was comfortable and the air worked great. Was clean except not washing bedspread.
- Tammy (10/5): - Owners very friendly and accommodating. Staff friendly I would stay here again.
- Susan (10/5): - The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner ran the front desk and was very friendly. Keep in mind that this is an older motel but it’s a great value for just a place to sleep at night. The giant ice maker was definitely an added perk for stocking your cooler for a day on the lake. Would stay again, thank you!
- Scott (10/5): - Close to Kamp Kanakuk and very nice, personable owners.
- LAURA (8/5): - Hotel is clean, beds were comfortable and shower was awesome. Property is old and dated but worth the stay!!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - If you're just looking for a place to spend a night or two, this place should fit the bill. It is "tired looking" and outdated, but our room was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Not a lot of amenities, decent outdoor pool.
- Kylee (4/5): - This hotel was the worst we have stayed in. The staff was kind and friendly. The facility was not in good or clean shape. The shower was terrible because the head didn’t seem to work right. The blankets seemed dirty upon arrival. Location was very inconvenient and not as close to the things in Branson as expected.
- Melissa (10/5): Great place to stay!!! - It was great. Clean room, comfortable beds. Has a coffee pot and a refrigerator with a freezer for cold packs!!!! Staff is great, friendly, accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
- Gary (10/5): - Eveff to y thing was great except we are sports fans and needed ESPN to watch the College World Series of Baseball
- Judith (8/5): - Room was older but nice size. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised to find a small frig and microwave. Check in and out was easy. Staff friendly and helpful.
- whitney (8/5): - Everything was clean. But the parking was a nightmare and the cleaning lady walked in on us. She did not give enough time between knocking and walking in. We were sleeping.
- Amy (10/5): What a Value - We were so happy with how clean everything was, pool area cute a button w modern chairs, place is older with no breakfast but a great value. Stayed here night before picking up kid from Kanakuk. I did wish doors had deadbolt, thats it thought. All else was perfect really
- Marcia (8/5): -
- Geordan (2/5): - We booked this hotel, the next day I received a call from the hotel stating my card did not go through. I gave them another card and was told it went through. When we arrived at the property the evening of check in, no one was in the office so I called the number on the door. The lady told me she cancelled my room because we didnt pay for it. When I told her yes, I waited on the phone until the transaction went through the day before.. she started screaming and getting defensive telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. While my kids and family were in the parking lot in our vehicle trying to book another hotel, she sent a man down with a gun demanding us to leave!!!!!!!!! This is the scariest situation my kids or family have ever been in!! Do not book here!!!!!
- Christina (10/5): - Quiet location and friendly staff.
- Mike (10/5): - I was on a business trip and only needed a safe, convenient, clean, economical place to sleep in between my appointments, and that is exactly what MCI provided. The staff was exceptionally friendly, conversant and helpful. I will need to return to that area on business again with the same needs for lodging, and I will certainly welcome staying at MCI again.
- cari (8/5): - The staff are very nice and accommodating.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Very nice place catering too everything we needed would stay there again
- Donald (10/5): - Super staff. Quiet area removed from Branson Strip.
Carpet was stained but accomodations were adequate for our needs. Room heater was VERY noisy cycling on & off all night long.
- Bradley (10/5): - Perfect
- Ty (10/5): - Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night but we were well taken care of.
- Ida (10/5): - The room was clean, newly painted, owners/check-in very friendly. They definitely cater to those who have fishing boats, which is very important to those who fish! I felt very safe. This is the 2nd year ive stayed here for the Dogwood Canyon trail run.
- Stacey (8/5): Rustic - This is a more rustic hotel. The trees behind the hotel were beautiful! Beds were comfortable. C
The front desk was extremely helpful. She told us about events happening around, gave us suggestions on where to eat and answered all of our questions. It is an older hotel and the bathroom didn’t have a fan in it so the moisture from the shower had created some issues on the celing. Overall it was a good stop for overnight.
- George (10/5): - Great stay. Easy to find. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and even contacted us while on the road to make sure we had everything we needed. She even gave us an upgrade to assist us!
- Belinda (6/5): - Bed slanted so kept rolling off the edge. Floors needed mopped. Needs better locks on doors.
- Ethan (10/5): Enjoyed our stay! - We had a 2 day fishing tournament at Table Rock lake. Before we even made it down there they call asking if we needed boat parking and made sure to save us and everone else a spot. Owners are great people to chat with. Will be staying here again come tournament time.
- Bradley (10/5): - Juanita was great to deal with!
- Alan (10/5): - great room very clean
- David (2/5): - The pictures do not show the true condition of the facilities
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The carpet was oily, apparently used to fix a boat motor. Mold in the shower on ceiling (need exhaust fan). Very nice staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We had a great time while staying here, easy access in and out close to any attractions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Laid back and family friendly - When we pulled in to this quaint little hole in the wall motel my first thoughts were that the rooms probably weren't going to be that great. This wasn't the case. Rooms were great, staff and Owners were even better and all the guests were pretty cool too, which made this trip with my three kids completely comfortable and a total blast! Two thumbs up!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The owners greeted us warmly and were very helpful with questions about local places to eat.
My family felt comfortable there. I would recommend this motel if you're looking for peace and quiet after spending a long day at the theme parks or boating on the lake.
- Marsha (8/5): Nice place. - Great stop for 12 hours while picking up grand girls from camp. Clean, owner present and helpful. Dinner options in area were slim, should have gone at 6 instead of 7 but we didn’t get to hotel till 6:15.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Check in was quick, reception was warm and welcoming. The motel is dated and showing a lot of wear. Air conditioner was right at eye level and it was either blowing cold air on our head, or completely off which caused it to be stuffy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location. Not too far from Table Rock Lake and surrounding attractions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an older facility so don't expect state of the art. Beds were very comfortable. Very quite area, no traffic noise.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Clean but somewhat rundown. Staff very friendly and helpful.
