• Eckert (9/5): - Mitten in Zentrum Histórico, man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr saubere Wohnung Es war alles in Ordnung, eventuell sich den Herd anschauen, ich konnte nicht benutzen weil jedes Mal die Strom Sicherung gesprungen ist.

Mimo, że płatność miała się odbyć za pośrednictwem booking.com zmuszono nas do płatności z jego pominięciem w wyższych stawkach. Potem okazało się że musimy wpłacić depozyt 100 euro, o którym nie było żadnych informacji. Sam pokój w wąskiej ciemnej uliczce bez dopływu słońca. Słychać każde kroki, głosy na zewnątrz i wszystkie czynności w toaletach sąsiadów. W łazience wszechobecna pleśń. W pokoju wybrzuszenia w podłodze. Gospodarz obiektu wymaga, aby przed opuszczeniem pokoju wszystko pozmywać, opróżnić kosze i wyrzucić śmieci do kontenerów na następnej przecznicy.

• Pascal (9/5): Tout à fait adapté à notre besoin dans un Quartier Calme - J’avais déjà répondu à cette enquête mais je vais le refaire succinctement : Notre Séjour s’est très bien passé. La situation de l’Appartement dans un quartier calme était idéal pour rejoindre le Centre. Il n’y avait rien à redire pour la Propreté. Une petite réparation à faire après notre départ au niveau de la Porte d’Entrée de l’Appartement. Disponibilité d’étendoir à revoir parce que le sèche linge ne fonctionnait pas et le seul étendoir était utilisé pour les draps lorsque j’ai fait une lessive.
• Kristýna (10/5): Skvělé ubytování <3 - Normálně hodnocení nedávám, ale v tomto případě bych ráda někomu dalšímu usnadnila v Malaze najít dobré ubytování. Toto místo vřele doporučuji! Líbilo se nám skoro vše - jak lokalita (klidná boční ulice, žádné bary), dostupnost do centra či na MHD, tak apartmán samotný. Bydleli jsme v apartmánu číslo 3 a vždycky jsme se rádi vraceli "domů". Rozhodně plánuji v budoucnu využít apartmán znovu. Paní majitelka komunikuje přes whatsapp a potvrzuji, že je to bezpečná komunikace a platba proběhla v pořádku. Komunikace byla rychlá a když jsem potřebovala poradit, stačilo zavolat a paní majitelka mi telefon hned zvedla. Jediná výtka by byla menší zápach z odpadu v koupelně, který se snad brzy vyřeší. :) Ale celkově to ubytování ani zážitku z něj nijak neuškodilo.

Należy przy pobycie przygotować się na mały komfort akustyczny- brak klamek w drzwiach powoduje dość głośne trzaskanie drzwiami co w kumulacji 4 apartamentów daje dość uciążliwe wrażenia. Biuro obsługujące ten lokal pomimo miłej korespondencji pozostawia mały niesmak.

Alloggiavamo nel monolocale numero 2, il bagno era vecchio, il box doccia perdeva acqua, sul soffitto c'era una crepa.Il frigo perdeva acqua e il secondo giorno e' uscito uno scarafaggio da questo, non l'ho più aperto. Inoltre fuori dall' appartamento dormivano persone poco raccomandabili che urlavano per gran parte della notte.Non abbiamo quasi mai dormito e ce ne siamo andati 2 giorni prima.

• Ceo (8/5): Siamo stati bene... - La posizione strategica è il punto di forza dell'appartamento, zona servitissima, vicina al centro, distante pochi km dal mare e dalla stazione degli autobus. La casa è accogliente, giusta per ospitare 4 persone, ha il condizionatore e il wifi, il frigorifero, il forno, il microonde ma è attrezzata per cucinare pasti semplici e rapidi. C'è una macchinetta per il caffè in capsule ma non una caffettiera. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono condivise con gli altri ospiti della struttura e si trova nel sottoscala interno alla struttura. Sono disponibili stendini e ombrelloni per il mare. Poiché il nostro è stato un soggiorno lungo 8 giorni, avrei preferito che la casa avesse avuto detergenti e necessario per la pulizia (c'era solo il detersivo per i piatti), una scopa e una paletta a disposizione della casa e non condivise con gli altri ospiti. La zona dell'atrio interno alla struttura e condivisa con gli altri ospiti, era purtroppo sporca così come il pianerottolo e le scale. Le informazioni ricevute sono state esaustive ma il rapporto con l'host molto impersonale.
• Hector (4/5): Agreable grace a la ville et non pas a l'appartement booking - L'emplacement est bon et les appartements sont correct en soit Le rapport qualité prix est mediocre. Nous avons eu aussi de nombreux problèmes avec la propriétaire qui refuse ainsi de nous rembourser les 100€ par chambre de caution en expliquant que nous avions pas payer cependant quelques jours apres des menaces de mauvais commentaires de notre part decide de nous envoyer la caution mais seulement une partie et maintenant quand nous expliquons encore le problème elle nous a bloqué sur whatsapp ! Un autre problème que nous avons rencontré c'est les canapés et sofa qui sont en état assez désastreux avec un accoudoir qui tombe ou encore les tissus déchiré cependant pour une reservation à un prix aussi conséquent avoir des meubles qui ont la meme tete que ceux qui se retrouvent a chaque coin de rue c'est inacceptable. La propriétaire en plus d'etre une arnaqueuse est plutot desagreable et n'est pas au service de ses clients. Des amis à nous ont eux passé un sejour tres agreable dans leur logement à seulement quelques metres avec des hotes très accueillants qui ont été droit de A a Z avec des meubles de tres bonne qualité et tout cela pour un prix moins élever (los biznagales)...

THE APARTMENT WAS VERY COZY AND CLEAN, YOU COULD FIND THERE EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED. THE REPRESENTATIVE I DEALT WITH WAS VERY NICE, HELPFUL AND PROVIDED ALL THE USEFUL INFORMATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING THIS APARTMENT!
• Gabriella (8/5): All in all it was a pleasemt stay. :) - It has a very good location, in a quiet small street. It is a small house with only 4 apartments, so it was nice and quiet. The funiture is nice and modern, the bed was very comfotable. The aircondition works well. It was an easy and clear access. There is a bad smell in the bathroom all the time. One of the shades was broken, so we could not make a complete black out and it also warmed up the gallery where the bed is located.

• Vardan (7/5): Good place close to city centre - - great location close to the city centre, - quiet place, not too much noise on the street. - isolation is very bad. I could hear my neighbors even when they were talking in normal voice; - when showering, water was all over the place. A door could solve the problem; - WiFi is very slow (about 2.5 mb/s) above, where beds are located; - during my stay, when I was outside, some construction workers opened the door and painted handrails form the first to the second floor. The smell of the paint was bad and it stayed 2-3 days. Also I could not touch the handrails my whole stay. I asked for a compensation, the manager offered a free taxi transfer to hotel. So, I consider the incident closed.

I did not know the transportation (car/taxi) could not get into the street, so dragging my suitcases to the apartment was a bit inconvenient. I told the host to fix the humidity(water filtration and mold) on the wall that divides the bathroom and the bedroom. The water damaged the wallpaper, and it looks like it has been this way for a long time. This should be unacceptable for any rental property.

• Elif (4/5): I would not recommend. - Good location and it was spacious. The owner told us she could free the apartment at 10am before we confirm the booking. The day we arrived, we had to wait until 1:30pm under the burning sun right after landing (while already being exhausted) because she simply stopped answering. Moreover, the shampoo and body gel were bad quality (get yourselves a decent and cheap one at a supermarket). The AC was working but since the bed is upstairs there is no air going there and it is super hot.

First of all, the host wasn’t fair about returning the deposit. We paid all before our arrival to the property and the deposit has still not been returned to us.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - We got apartment 1, quite spacious and clean, the most comfortable pillows I've had on vacation. The location is really central, close to the shops the beach and the castle. Had a well equipped kitchen. Super friendly staff and the whole check in and out process was contactless they give you great recommendations and help you plan arrival and return. The bed frames moved a lot so the lower beds split quite easily.

• Susanne (5/5): Don't call the emergency center for help!!! - The location is awesome, everything is in a few minutes walking distance of the apartement and you are surrounded by great coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The street is small and without traffic so it's mostly a safe and quiet place to stay. Malaga is a warm and friendly city with a stunning old town and lots of interesting history as well as the sea in the middle of the city. There was no washing machine that we could use although the description here on Booking says there is. I asked over whatsapp and only got "no" for an answer. Our apartement was below street level on the first floor which means it was a bit dark and cave-like. The kitchen needs a lot more kitchen tools, and for example a new frying pan etc. The covers of the sofachairs are really dirty and need to be washed asap. We only spoke to Sea&Wave via Whatsapp and met nobody in the staff in person, but my contact person answered quickly and tried to help when there was questions. We did get the instructions to leave the keys on the table and close the door on our way out and so we did when we were checking out 04.20 in the morning , just to discover that we were locked in the hallway because you needed a key to open the front door to the street. I tried to knock and ring all the neighbours doorbells but noone opened up. I then called the emergency center on the number found here on Booking and spoke to a very rude man that didn't try to help me AT ALL. In the meantime our taxi driver was waiting out in the street and he contacted me and I told him we were locked inside the hallway and he then helped us out by contacting people on Sea & Wave that called a neighbour and finally someone opened the door. Very kind and skilled taxi driver that showed a lot of empathy and concern for us and took us fast but safe through the city to the airport and we just made the flight! He even contacted me after we landed and asked how it went and he wrote that he was really happy that we didn't miss the flight. The man in the so called emergency center should not be allowed to work there and should'nt be working with people at all. I have never on my travels over the world encounter a more rude and hateful person!

• Arnout (7/5): It was okay - The person who received us was pleasant. The property is centrally located to the plazas, beach, restaurants, shopping, and museums. It is close enough to the plazas for exploration, but far away enough to escape noise. When we had a problem with the toilet or questions, no one responded to us. The room felt a bit tight, but there's no way of knowing from pictures what the room was going to be like. There wasn't enough towels either.

• Andrea (7/5): Good - Very good location in the center of Malaga, nice apartment. A big disappointment was the cockroaches in the accommodation, because of which we did not feel comfortable there. They made a lot of noise at night and it rustled all over the room. On Fridays and Saturdays the street was very noisy.
