Liwia (7/5): Wszystko było w porządku. Cena odpowiada jakości i fajne miejsce - Obiekt w bardzo ładnej okolicy, przy sklepie i wybrzeżu. Hotel duży ładny a w pokojach mikrofalówka, czajnik i lodówka. Wszystko co trzeba. Nie było wspomniane, że obiekt znajduje się tuż pod trasą lądujących samolotów więc czasem było głośno. Niektóre miejsca brudne jak np. balkon.

Gabriela (1/5): Zdecydowanie odradzam cena nie jest adekwatna do panujących w obiekcie warunków - Nic, stary zniszczony a przede wszystkim zaniedbany obiekt. Nie ma nic wspólnego z Resortem. Nastawienie personelu, brudny pokój, dosłownie czarny bród na parapetach i deskach które miały udawać szafkę pod telewizor. Brak szafy na ubrania. Obdrapana tapeta, odpadające płytki w łazience, cieknący zlew, woda w lodówce brak sprzętów kuchennych, zapach stęchlizny, balkon którego poziom był niżej od poziomu podłogi pokoju o około pół metra, brak schodków żeby bezpiecznie zejść, brak mebli balkonowych, były tylko zatęchłe deski. Brak prywatnego basenu o czym jest mowa w opisie. Pokój w dniu przyjazdu nie był posprzątany i gotowy na nowych gości. Raczej od dawna nikt w nim nie mieszkał. Plamy na pościeli zacieki na szybach. Widok z balkonu na budynki stojące praktycznie jeden na drugim. Szyby w oknach zaklejone. Przez cały pobyt pokój nie był sprzątany.

Captain (1/5): Horrible - Nothing special, very old and Tired but clean Staff is rude , reception is unmannered , unable to communicate except asking money for every small thing like 10 minutes late in check out pay extra money , Even on Extended stay you have to check out at 11 :00 ( international standard is 12;00) Then keep luggage at reception and check in again at 15;00 even the property was Completely empty. Greedy reception Only 2 retired ladies are running the business as mostly unmanned .. 2 x small Water bottles in fridge are unlabelled as they are being refilled on check out. Very unhelpful ladies with no courtesy of patient. Never again

Jack (8/5): - The Pool costs money to use. This is not anywhere in the Expedia page and we found out about it because staff told us after we were already in the pool. We got out immediately but they still demanded that we pay. The expedia should be updated and they should let guests know when they check in to avoid this problem in the future. Overall the hotel was nice but the miscommunication was not appreciated.

Kylian (6/5): Grote kamer, enkele tekortkomingen. - Het ligt op een mooie locatie aan de zee. De kamer zag er prima uit en had een hele goede airco. De kamer was groot en had meerdere voorzieningen zoals een waterkoker, magnetron en een prima tv. Personeel was beleefd en stond klaar om te helpen. Bij het resort zat een restaurant met Korean BBQ en noedels. De kamer was niet erg schoon. Er achter gekomen dat er vlekken op het bed zaten. Ook de badkamer was niet erg goed schoongemaakt. Er zit een prima zwembad bij het resort maar het is erg ondiep (een volwassene kan overal staan) en het koste extra om hier gebruik van te kunnen maken.

Mardi13 (10/5): The location! I would stay again. - The location was wonderful! To hear the ocean in the morning was the best. It was near great restaurants, including Starbucks, and not far from downtown. The balcony was an added bonus! I didn't love the lack of sheets on the bed: just the duvet and a cover over the mattress. Also, the room was "perfumed," perhaps to cover the musty smell? (went away with the AC on and I'm sure it was because of the ocean right there)

Jessica (5/5): - It was a good stop over for a late or early flight and the room was comfortable enough but didn't reflect the price paid. The main reason I booked this hotel opposed to the many other cheaper ones in Jeju city was for the pool, only to find out that you have to pay extra for the pool. I went back onto booking.com and you really had to look to find that you have to pay extra for the facility use. I feel like this is a bit of false advertising because the pool is so clearly shown in their pictures and it's uncommon to pay for a pool as a hotel guest. The room itself was nothing special. You can get the same accommodation, a similar distance from the airport for a cheaper price.
marta (5/5): Aviones por encima - Que está cerca del mar y del paseo marítimo La pista del aeropuerto termina ahí mismo, así que desde las 6 am aterriza un avión cada 5’. De ressort… poco. Quise ir a la piscina por la mañana y me cobraban. La “cafetería” se supone que abre a las 9 am y hasta que vino la chica de recepción a las 11, no se abrió… me tuve que duchar con agua fría… no sé… no lo recomiendo.
Nathalie (8/5): - Le personnel très gentil. L emplacement à côté de l aéroport et près de belles plages. Nous avons loué une voiture pour visiter l île, mais il est très bien situé. Proche des restaurants et de commerces. Parking gratuit. Ce n'est pas vraiment un point négatif. Il est pres de l aeroport donc vous verrez les avions rasés l hotel. Mais entre 22h et 7h du matin il n y a pas de circulation aérienne donc soyez rassuré. Chambre un peu vieillotte. La piscine n est pas chauffée.
Jungan (10/5): - 숙소가 깔끔해서 좋았고, 수영장도 물이 깨끗하게 유지되고 있어서 아이들도 저도 신나게 놀고 왔네요. 단점으로는 아직 날씨가 쌀쌀하지만 난방을 좀 과하게 해주셔서 잘때 더워서 혼났습니다. 아무래도 어린 아이들이 있다보니 온도를 조금 높여주신듯. 프론트 직원분이 굉장히 친절하오니 미리 말씀하시면 반영해주실거 같네요. 같은 건물 4층 식당의 선상바베큐의 식사도 맛있어서 술 한잔 하기에도 좋았습니다. 거의 모든게 완벽했습니다 없음

Wilson (8/5): Had everything I needed for a cosy staf, good facilities and great staff - I like the view of the ocean from my room, staff constantly provided clean fresh towels, bedding was also super comfortable. I loved the rooftop and pool area which was nice for watching sunset. The room had a nice little kitchenette area which was useful for heating up my own food and keeping items in the fridge. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly Location was a bit far from the main bus stops so it required lots of walking. It was close to the airport which was great for getting there and back but also very loud - earplugs were not much of a help so if the noise doesn’t bother you you good to go
yi (9/5): 非常好！ - 位置不错，离机场近，楼下有超市，好吃的店铺，还有星巴克，可以观看飞机起降，就从头顶很低飞过！附近有很多可以拍照打好看的地方床具可以提升一下。
MASASHIGE (4/5): - 換気扇を回すと激しい異音が鳴り響き使えず従業員に相談したが、スイッチを切ればいいと言われただけだった。その結果、こもった臭いと室内の湿度上昇で不快だった。ウォシュレットが故障しており使えなかった。ウォシュレットは浴室に電源の差し込み口が無いため、コンセントがブラっとした状態だったが、延長コードで繋いでみたがそれでも結局作動しなかった。金額に見合わない超割高な宿泊施設だと感じた。このレベルの宿泊施設だと2千円台〜せいぜい3千円台前半が妥当だと思う。

Latifa (1/5): Je n'ai pas séjourné vu que c'est un hôtel que vous avez recommandé en le plaçant en avant qui ne mé - Rien je n'y est pas séjourné... Alors que j'ai payé. Je suis arrivée dans une chambre qui sentait le renfermé et le moisie. Avec un plan de travail de cuisine sale, une lingette démaquillante usagé sur le rebord de la fenêtre à côté du lit. Un canapé plein de tâche. Un lit d'appoint à même le sol, pas de draps au lit, d'après l'employée de ménage venu constaté c'est le style coréen lol je suis ici depuis 1 mois, tous les hôtels ont des draps, eux c'était une sorte d'alèse. Le sol du balcon immonde plein de tâche et des tongs spécial salle de bain dégoûtante.. La vue sur la mer du troisième étage et partielle avec un bâtiment qui cache et toute les trois minutes. L'atterrissage d'un avion. Ce n'est pas insonorisé. Bref j'ai refusé de dormir ici, je suis juste resté le temps de réservé un autre hôtel. CHRISTINE (1/5): Perdu 200€ les nuits sont non remboursables - Rien. Il est peut être juste utile aux voyageurs en partance pour y passer la nuit avant de décoller. La vue sur la mer est une fumisterie, un dessus d’immeuble, des poteaux électriques, chambre avec un balcon 🤮et c’est un balai d’avions qui atterrissent et décollent en discontinu en face de vous, et trop tard pour un autre hôtel j’ai du y resté pour la 1 ère nuit, j’en suis partie au petit matin pas besoin de réveil car les avions sont de retour. Les photos de l’hôtel sont prises sous certains angles ou certainement retouchées, je confirme l’avis de Shirley du 25 mars que malheureusement je n’avais pas vu.🤷🏻‍♀️.

Odeur de tabac qui ne m’a pas lâché de la soirée. Pas de petite lumière d’appoint: lecture avec le plafonnier agressif. Nuisances sonores importantes à cause des avions. Plus mauvaise expérience en Corée. Donnez un coup de neuf à vos hébergements !

Natalia (10/5): Perfecto - Personal muy amable que hizo nuestra estancia en Jeju mucho más amena. El hotel es una pasada, sobre todo si vienes de goshiwones de Seúl. Estuvimos encantados con la ubicación porque en menos de 5 minutos tienes un Starbucks, un cu y cafeterías monisimas para tomar algo. Estaba cerca del aeropuerto y el taxi nos costó 10€ ida y 10€ vuelta. 10 de 10.

Beng Hua (6/5): No service motel n no facilities . Ok only if you just need a place to crash - Jeju ocean ville and grim resort are runner by same company . We had a long saga with them but to cut a story short, it was double booking on same day n they demanded we pay for both rooms under same name n same date , n refuse to accept a compromise of taking the higher charge n not penalizing us twice . They were not fully booked , if they were , we would have understand that there is a loss of revenue . Both places are deserted n if you need someone to help you , you will be stuck . We happen to catch the one person that runs both places n begged her to book taxi next morning at 5.45 am to go airport which she thankfully say she will after some negotiation . We had some anxiety in the morning of departure because she was not there in the morning, n we weren’t sure if taxi will show up . Unless you need zero assistance n happy to stay at a place with nobody at the motel for 90% of the time, by all means do so (it’s not a resort , it’s a zero service absolute nothing motel ) Nobody mans this place . The receptionist is part time n only contact you to find out what time you arrive to collect payment n give you key . Other than the room, you get nothing else. We will not return to this place .
