My room got up to 33.6 degrees and yet it was -1 to 7 degrees outside during the day. No ability to modify as they’ve turned off singular aircons. The floor was so hot that it almost hurt to walk on. I ended up leaving my window open the whole stay. Staff were nice and helpful for what they could control

- LI FEI (7/5): 住宿方面非常滿意，服務人員服務態度需要加強！ - 我住的是4人房家庭房，房間乾淨整潔很有格調也很新，浴室跟廁所是分開的，浴室水溫都正常，備品幾乎都有，地點很好，我遇到的櫃檯女服務人員態度都非常好，未來如果還會來釜山會再訂此飯店！ 第一天要寄放行李的時候，我詢問櫃檯一位戴眼鏡的男工作人員能不能寄放行李？ 但他的態度很不耐煩，也愛回不回的，我第一次來這邊什麼都不清楚，這樣的態度讓我很不滿意！ 只有這位服務人員服務態度不好，其他服務人員態度都很好！所以我給的評價美中不足的地方就在這裡！

Spacious room with free water and all amenities that you woud expect. Honestly, I was worried that maybe I overpaid, but it was pretty much worth the price. the gown and slippers were so cute as well there were broken things in my room. these could have been fixed easily. also i would have appreciated if the cleaner changed the cup in which i drank my coffee

- Carol (6/5): Not for fussy people. - On Friday and Saturday nights, there are some 20 pushcarts in front of the hotel, by the bay, selling bbq seafood. It is nice to eat by the roadside. Not cheap though. Room has some nice couch. Hotel is a short distance from Yeongdo Bridge, good for viewing the lifting of the bridge every Saturday at 2pm. Nampo station is nearby. Seoul Station is not too far away too. There's a Lotte Outlet / department store / mart nearby. But bottles of body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner are provided. The shower spray is not powerful. The chamber maid took away towels and bar soap everyday, replacing with new ones, which is wasteful. Only one key card is issued for our family. The room is a bit too tight for 4 persons.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. In the evening you can eat some local street food and drink some soju just in front of the hotel in the tents.

- Hoang Phuoc (8/5): Sehr gut - Insgesamt waren wir zu dritt und haben ein triple Zimmer gebucht. Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, hatte einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Haarföhn und weiteres. Service war freundlich und gut. Das einzige Problem das wir hatten, war dass die Dusche keinen richtigen Wasserdruck aufbauen konnte. Aber im ganzen ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

The photos of the hotel isn’t reflecting the real thing.
