Ayoub (3/5): Hotel doesn’t match 5 starts standards. - Staff were kind and helpful, and the only good thing was that it was quiet to sleep — probably because nobody likes going to this hotel, I guess. The hotel is far below a 4-star standard. As soon as we arrived for our anniversary, we started experiencing issues with the hotel’s service quality and amenities. There was no iron in the room, and the hotel refused to provide one, saying we would have to pay for their laundry service because they do not allow irons in the rooms. The towels in both the room and by the pool were poor quality. We even had to ask reception for pool towels, and they insisted that we return them to reception after use. Instead of feeling like valued guests at a supposed 5-star hotel, we felt as though they were doing us a favour whenever we requested something basic. There was no staff by the pool to assist guests or take orders, so we had to search for help whenever we needed anything. Some of the pool chairs and side tables were also very dusty. The breakfast was very disappointing. The msemen and harcha were clearly from the previous night and not fresh. At the buffet, the vegetables and fruits also looked old and not fresh. The service was poor as well. Although breakfast was included in our stay, we gave up on it after the first morning and chose to travel to the city centre for breakfast at restaurants instead. We were also disappointed that the hotel only provided two small bottles of water in the room on the first night and never replenished them afterwards. When we asked for more water, we were charged extra each time. The location is also inconvenient. It takes around 20 minutes by car to reach the city centre, even without traffic. Overall, the experience did not match the standards, service, or hospitality expected from a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Juliette (5/5): Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, le cadre est top mais il y a des voleurs dans le personnel - La chambre était très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain avec la baignoire. Le balcon vue piscine et sur les montagne était vraiment un gros plus. Malheureusement notre séjour a été entièrement gâché par le personnel de ménage qui s’est généreusement servis dans nos affaires de toilette. Gommage, mascara, rouge à lèvre… les femmes de ménage se sont vraiment fait plaisir et aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel !!
noughouy (2/5): Bad experience i had in my life - Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. The toilet in my room was filthy and still covered with human waste when I checked in. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene and respect for guests. When I went to complain to the reception, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, he simply said it was “not his fault” and treated me badly. I paid 1230 dirhams for a single room with breakfast, and this is the level of service and cleanliness I received. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

HAMZA (8/5): - أود اولا أن أبدأ بالتعبير عن إعجابي بهذا الفندق الرائع. الفندق هادئ ومريح، ولا يوجد به أي ضوضاء مزعجة. النظافة على أعلى مستوى، والغرف نظيفة ومرتبة. الأفراد العاملين بالفندق يمتازون بحسن التعامل والاستقبال، مما يجعل الإقامة ممتعة. ومع ذلك، أود أن أشارك بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى أن يتم أخذها بعين الاعتبار. الفندق يحتوي على الماء المالح في الغرف، وهذا غير مريح للشرب. أتمنى أن يكون هناك بديل لهذا الماء، مثل توفير ماء صالح للشرب في صنابير الغرف. بشكل عام، أنصح بهذا الفندق، وهو يستحق التقييم العالي. التقييم: 8/10

Rooms are large but very dated and old (not very clean) carpets, ancient towels in bathroom which needed some work to make if look respectable.. Shower had to be hand held as bracket on wall broken, Safe in room didn't work properly. For the price really bad value.

mollic1996 (2/5): Awful experience - do not stay. - Do not stay at this hotel. We were put in this hotel by the airline when our flights were cancelled. There were 6 of us so were checked into three rooms - one of the rooms had a cockroach running across the floor, all rooms were dirty, in another room we also found a blood stain on the carpet. This is not a 5 star hotel, we were shocked by the awful condition and I highly recommend that you never ever come here.

Nicola (9/5): We really enjoyed our time here thank you! - Loved the hotel, large bedroom, cleaned every day, and Beds made up so nicely, balcony overlooking the pool! The food in the restaurant was great lots of choice for breakfast and we enjoyed the buffet evening meal! The Receptionists (especially the lady) were extremely helpful and organised a couple of trips out! In fact all the staff were friendly!

Le service est à la hauteur d un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le buffet petit déjeuner était restreint: il n y avait pas de spécialités marocaines (crêpes, msemen et chfeng). Le jazzuci est payant alors qu il devrait être gratuit pour un 5 etoiles. La femme de l accueil au spa était austère. Il faudrait chauffer la piscine extérieure et ouvrir la piscine intérieure. Il y avait des tâches sur le tapis de la chambre.

Saad (7/5): Un 5 étoiles qui n’en vaut pas plus que 3 à mon avis ! - Bel emplacement, pas très loin de la ville, chambres spacieuses, beau jardin, petit déjeuner correct et salle de bains conséquente avec baignoire, et un personnel très agréable. Moquette puante sentent littéralement les pieds, aucun accessoire dans la salle de bains pour un hôtel 5 étoiles (brosse à dents, peigne ni savonnette…), serviettes effilochées, pas de fer à repasser dans les chambres et service repassage indisponible…le comble quand on a une réunion programmée ! Pas de télécommande dans la chambres, verrou de la porte cassé…bref l’hôtel manque gravement d’entretien !

Farah (1/5): Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dedans - L’acceuil de la réception été très chaleureux que ce soit le monsieur de nuit ou la jeune fille de la journée Pour un 5 étoiles il faut tout revoir la propreté le petit dej qui n’est pas très varié la piscine chauffante ne fonctionne pas en plus de ça il ne servent ni eau ni café ni thé pendant le séjour dans les chambres après avoir demandé on m’a répondu que c’était juste pour le premier jour Mais je suis descendu à la réception la jeune fille été très aimable elle a régler le problème de suite

Erik (6/5): Großes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und großen Betten, Personal höflich, Essen gut, Badezimmer nicht sehr komfortabel. - Höfliches Personal, gutes Essen, großes Zimmer Keine Klobürste, es war fast unmöglich zu duschen, weil kein Wasser aus dem Duschkopf kam, den Föhn, habe ich versehentlich von der Wand gerissen weil er nur mit einer Schraube befestigt war.

Hafida (9/5): Bel hôtel dans un cadre magnifique - Magnifique cadre au calme. Une chambre très confortable avec vue sur la palmeraie. De beaux espaces pour se détendre. Un très bon petit déjeuner . Personnel au top.
Marylin (6/5): Un personnel adorable - Nous avons été relogés dans cet hôtel suite à notre vol annulé . Le personnel, ainsi que le directeur ont été adorables et aux petits soins ! L’hôtel est malheureusement vieillissant et mériterait d’être un peu rénové.

Zeinab (9/5): Virkelig søde personale og især den kvindelig manager. De er meget behjælpelig - Værelserne er kæmpe store og der bliver gjort rent hver dag. At fjernsynet tænder midt om natten af sig selv 😂

mumkelgreen (2/5): worst experience ever !!!! - This is the worst hotel I have ever had the mis fortune to stay in - I read the bad reviews before I booked and thought It cant be all that bad but I wish I had listened to them. When we arrived we were shown to our room which we had been given an upgrade (only to realise that we were only 2 of 10 people staying so not really an upgrade) anyway the room was pleasent however that is where positives end - we had booked all inclusive only to be told 2 hours after arrival they had no beer and that we couldnt get any - after a lot of talking to management we finally were offered an altervative beer but it did take some arguing with them. Then we tried dinner - the food was horrendous with no choices to try and select something different by the 3rd day I was living off of bread rolls for my dinner as they were the only things that were edible. The staff were really rude and unhelpful and is most deffinitley not a 5 star hotel . There was no entertainment, indoor pool was empty and "spa jucuzzi" only has one jet of water working. If looking at this hotel please do take this review as how we found it and not just being negative - please do not waste your money by booking here i wish I had taken this advice before I booked !!!

92shirleye (6/5): Quiet hotel outside of Marrakesh - The location is a cab journey into the centre of Marrakesh and the hotel doesn’t supply a shuttle! I was aware of this when I booked the hotel. To get a taxi is easy through the hotel, the cost is between £8-£25 depending on the driver. So can be expensive if travelling in daily. The room 149 ground floor pool view was clean and had a fridge, the bed was comfy and I slept really well, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. the food had a great selection and I didn’t get hungry however I can see why some people might not like it. What made the hotel was the staff (fati in the bar and restaurant) she really did look after us. I feel only my opinion that it would be mayhem in the summer if you were all inclusive as only one bar, I don’t drink alcohol however there wasn’t much choice for people who did, if u want a hotel that is away from the hustle and bustle this is the one for you.

Samira (6/5): Séjour très approximatif. Je ne recommanderai certainement pas cet établissement. - La diversité du petit déjeuner. Les toilettes pour un 5 étoiles laissent à désirer. L’entretien de la chambre n’était pas fait au quotidien. Les tasses de café ont traîné 4 jours malgré nos demandes répétées de les changer. Nous avons dû insister à l’accueil pour que notre linge soit pris en chambre malgré nos multiples relance par téléphone. Le personnel pas très accueillant, on vous regarde à peine en vous répondant. La salle de sport pas du tout entretenue. La piscine intérieure pas opérationnelle. Pas d’eau en chambre.

I specified in my booking 1 double bed and I got a twin bed room, I had to change the room twice, the 2nd room didn't have Wi-Fi network neither a 4G coverage, 3rd room no Wi-Fi I had to use my 4G, also the room had no towels, no welcome water, no flip flops, for a 5 stars hotel these are the basics, additionally there's hair inbl bathtub from previous occupiers, and the electrical socket is in bad position ergonomically under the drawer next to bed. I rate maximum 3 my expérience in a 5 stars hotel.
