• Chie (6/5): 朝食は十分でした。 - 古い建物ですがキレイにしてありました。 簡単な朝食ですが…と言われましたが 十分美味しかったです。 化粧をする鏡のとこのライトが点かない。 シーツの首に当たる部分の黄ばみは 気になった。 便座が冷たい。

• Arliandy (9/5): Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the staff - The hotel was near the Takeda plant and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcomed and valued. The food served (breakfast) at the hotel was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every meal I had there.

I entered a 5 minutes before 9:00 AM when it was closing, but the lady allowed me to eat. I ate quickly and thanked her for her flexibility. Nothing, the hotel was great. The price was excellent. The staff at check in and breakfast were friendly. The room was small, but it fit my needs just fine. The bed was really comfy, so I slept very well! Thank you so much.

• Masaomi (4/5): 残念な対応でした。 - 宿泊料金清算について最悪の対応でした。 2泊しました、チェックイン時に清算案内がなく 2日目に部屋に戻る際に声をかけられ清算を要求され、チェックイン時に聞いていないと説明すると 数時間後に部屋に電話があり、チェックイン時の担当者に確認したところ未清算という事を伝えられ、清算済みならば領収書を示せとの事 精算のタイミングを案内されていないことを告げ チェックアウト時の清算で良いことを確認 その夜就寝中に電話が鳴り、改めて清算を要求される 前述の通り説明すると引き継ぎミスを認め 謝罪がありました。 アウト時のフロントに確認すると 当ホテルでは連泊者は中日に精算が普通 と説明されイン時に案内がなかった事を告げると そうですか？忘れてたんでしょう？ と言われて非常に不愉快な気持ちで施設を後にしました。 施設は古いが清掃や設備は満足できるレベルだっただけに残念です。 次回からは少し遠くても他の施設を利用します。

• Ryuuji (4/5): 残念 - 周辺の飲食店情報や、幌付トラックの駐車スペースの情報が欲しかったです。 市役所の近所でしたので油断していました。 夕食をとる場所が近くになく　幌付の為、駐車場も近隣の銀行で時間制限付きです。 室内の清掃状況が良くなく、前泊者のタオルが部屋に落ちていました。 到着前にホテルに連絡するも電話に出ず情報が得られませんでした。 フロントの方は親切でしたが、残念です。

Kettle was appreciated but again no English TV channels bathroom faculties very old with leaking taps. Pillow was awful which wa only 4 cm thick and hard as a brick. No extra pillows as I need and price was well above city priceless so would not recommend this place unless you’re desperate.
