I liked the fact that you got an actual key for a change. Yes, not the modern way but less to remember - put key in, turn and you’re in - simple. And a harbour/river view. The FULL BUFFET breakfast was included. Someone in comments complained it was Japanese breakfast What the?? There was so much choice including bread to make toast, juice, coffee, yoghurt, veggies, pasta, fish, rice, sausage, egg. All included in the $60 room price. I challenge anyone to do better! Noisy guests slamming their room door going in and out for hours on end. How could they be that ignorant to not realise bang, bang, bang. Just close the door instead of letting it slam shut you bunch of AH!!!

- Frank (2/5): Worst night of my life - Worst night of my life. There was an alarm bell going off 5 times during the night, so I hardly had any sleep at all. When I finally gave up and left at 5am, there was nobody in the reception, otherwise I would have demanded a full refund.
- Giada (8/5): Nice for a brief stay - The thing I liked the most was the shared room that they have, you can play videogames, read mangas, use the massage chairs or just relax, it was really cool. I didn't like the breakfast because it was just typical japanese. The position was good but when it was dark outside there were not many lights in the street that leads to the hotel and it was scary.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 安価なビジネスホテルとして十分満足 - セミダブル一室二人使用にて利用。装備は必要にして十分でした。老朽化がありテーブル表面のベニアが浮いていたりトイレの水洗レバーがグラグラしてたりがありました。 最上階西向きの部屋で三原港の乗船場を見下ろしなかなかの風情を感じました。 三原名産の蛸を食べに出たので味見程度でしたが目玉の一つ、夜カレーはお家カレー的で無料の夕食として万人受けする類です。コンビニでサラダ等サイドメニューを持ち込めば十分夕食足り得るでしょう。朝食は品数としては知れていますが一品づつのクオリティーがあり美味しかったです。 男性のみの大浴場もユニットよりゆったりと入浴できました。サウナは朝は動いていないのが残念。 安価なビジネスホテルとして十分満足の行く宿泊でした。

It also has decent views and is centrally located within Mihara, very near the Aeon shopping center. If driving, a small car is best for its parking spaces. The room could have been bigger. - tylerlolol (8/5): Booked wrong city but fine lol - I booked a hotel in wrong city when last minute planning. Literally had no clue this city existed. The pod itself was nice and clean and modern, but the bathroom was pretty dated. If they update the facility itd be nice. For price I paid I honestly can't complain much. However, staff was great. There was a huge language barrier but they were helpful and nice. I have the Japanese skills of a 3 year old and I had funny conversations with their staff. They didn't seem frustrated at all and were enjoying talking to me. All in all probably won't be there again cuz literally booked hotel for wrong city but it was good for it's price. Just bathroom sucked that's about it, all I can complain about honestly. They give free curry for dinner cuz there ain't anything around and free rice with seaweed after dinner for midnight munchies, and free coffee. So much stuff free it's really hard to complain about much. Also it being a walk away from the Jr line is such an added bonus. I didn't feel burdened at all booking the wrong hotel.
- James (10/5): Nice, excellent staff. Free curry! - We originally booked for 4 nights but after we messed things up could only stay the 1. The hotel were staff were fine with this and even offered to refund us for the 3 nights we missed. The hotel has everything you need, free coffee, vending machines and at 7.30 offered a free curry night. Nice hotel, nice massage chairs, brilliant staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Central Hotel Mihara - Friendly place to be - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast everyday was plentiful and tasty. It was different and fresh everyday. There was a relaxation room on the second floor that we used often. A massage service was available and we were able to access it. It was great. The hotel was in a good location to be able to find restaurants and shopping places.We would go back there again,
- shigeru1 (4/5): Very small rooms - Few years ago, when I attended Mitsubishi Heavy Industries(MHI) technical training, I stayed in this hotel with ten other mates. There was a desk in a room, but it was so small and almost useless for studying. If you carry large suitcase, there is no space for leave it flat. Walls seemed so thin, you could hear noise from next rooms. My room was facing south and had to leave an air conditioner on all the time except sleeping, it was a bit noisy. I guess this hotel is designed for just one night stay, economy class travelers. You can watch small ferries in and out narrow passage from inland sea to Mihara port. It was interesting to watch ferries make quick turn around and precise docking. We went out for bowling, eating, drinking almost every night and made a lot of noise around this hotel. It was a fun. We don't know what was rates but I guess breakfast included. Breakfast was very good for any body, Japanese or foreigners. We were a group of Europeans and Asians, every one enjoyed breakfast. People at the front desk were so polite, kind and helpful. We could rent bicycles free at this hotel over weekend and enjoyed cycling around town. And they also rent umbrellas free when it was raining.
