• Xen (10/5): - Everything was exceptional! The staff were so lovely, I really appreciated the port pickup and the recommendations provided upon arrival. The guesthouse is already very nice and the free tea and cakes make it feel so much more home-like. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from everything. No complaints.

• STEPHEN (9/5): Welcome to Syros. Welcome to the Cyclades. - The room we booked was a short distance from the port. The owner collected us upon our arrival and repeated this procedure when we left. Giannis was very, very friendly, and helpful. The room itself was clean, and tidy with lovely views of the harbour. And all guests were offered tea/coffee fregratis. Overall a very nice stayover. Very professionally packaged 📦 Nothing really. The booking was for a room only. So we had access to a kettle, and cups.And the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor room were a bit scary for my wife. But we managed. So Overall recommended..
• Leonie (10/5): Ein wunderschöner herzlicher Aufenthalt mit griechischem Charme. - Giannis ist ein unfassbar herzlicher Gastgeber! Die Lage ist optimal und der Blick auf den Hafen atemberaubend. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Das Bett war etwas hart und das Badezimmer sehr klein, jedoch ausreichend.

De locatie is perfect: op 7 minuten lopen van zowel de haven als de stad, in een rustige en fijne buurt. Het balkon was heerlijk om op te ontspannen, en de airco zorgde voor een frisse kamer. De eigenaar verdient een speciaal compliment, super vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar en gaf duidelijke uitleg over alles wat je moet weten. Kortom: een topverblijf! Zonder twijfel een aanrader. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• JANE (10/5): Perfect Pefkakia Park - Giannis very kindly picked us up from the port on our arrival & dropped our bags back at the bus station after a fabulous 3 day stay. He is such a kind man, he gave us lots of advice of where to go, what to see & the most amazing restaurant recommendations ever (please do take his advice, he knows his stuff) Giannis's lovely mum offers coffee & cake every morning & even stitched my partner's trousers for him when they split 😄. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfy & we had a lovely view to the church up above. The location is 5 minutes walk from the main square and the seafront. Pefkakia Park offers Greek hospitality at its absolute best. Ermoupoli is a vibrant & beautiful town. We would love to return, thank you Giannis (and mum). We loved it all.

• Riddhi (10/5): STAY HERE! It’s the BEST. - Everything. The host and his mother who shares the property are the best thing about the property. He came to pick us up, showed us all the places there was to see along with maps. He even gave us the bigger room which was available. The room and the view was spectacular. Beautiful. He even dropped our luggage the next day so we could explore the morning. I liked everything. I would give it 11/10 if possible. I’d go back.

Our hosts, Giannis and Maria, were extremely hospitable. Giannis provided pick-up and drop off to the port as well as giving us useful local information. N/A

Συνέπεσε με εκδηλώσεις 200 χρόνων από την ίδρυση. - Η διαμονή μας στα Pefkakia Park στη Σύρο ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και πολύ προσεγμένο, με ένα όμορφο μπαλκόνι που προσέφερε υπέροχη θέα στο λιμάνι της Ερμούπολης. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, σε ήσυχο σημείο, αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στη ζωντάνια της πόλης, κάτι που το κάνει τέλεια επιλογή για κάθε επισκέπτη. Οι ιδιοκτήτες, ο Γιάννης, και η μητέρα του είναι εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες: φιλικοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν, προσφέροντάς μας πολύτιμες πληροφορίες για τα αξιοθέατα και τα δρώμενα της Ερμούπολης. Το πρωί μας προσέφεραν καφέ και κέικ, για ένα όμορφο ξεκίνημα της ημέρας. Επίσης, ο Γιάννης ανέλαβε τη μεταφορά μας με τις βαλίτσες μας, από και προς το λιμάνι με το βαν του, κατά την άφιξη και την αναχώρησή μας αντίστοιχα. Σίγουρα θα αποτελέσει την πρώτη μας επιλογή για διαμονή την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε τη Σύρο. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
• Schmitt (9/5): J’ai passé un excellent séjour grâce à des hôtes très accueillants et soucieux de votre bien-être - Surclassement au dernier étage : une superbe surprise ! Chambre impeccable, propre et très bien aménagée, avec mini-frigo, etc. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer, baigné de lumière du matin au soir, est un vrai bonheur — parfait pour savourer un café ou lire au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Giannis et sa maman sont des hôtes d’une gentillesse rare, chaleureux et extrêmement attentionnés, qui ont véritablement à cœur leur métier. Petits gâteaux maison et café chaque matin, ainsi que de précieux conseils pour organiser au mieux votre séjour : tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente privilégié. Si je repasse par Syros, j’y retournerai les yeux fermés. Un grand merci !

• Valerie (10/5): - Very cosy, naturally well-lit room in a very quiet area. It is only a short walk into the town centre. The best part was the warmth of the hosts. They are so kind and helpful, often going above and beyond to help guests out with anything. I would have loved to stay longer.

• EVAGGELINI (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα πολύ καθαρό και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον στη μαγευτική Σύρο!! - Είναι ένα εξαίσιο, καθαρότατο , ήσυχο κατάλυμα στην καρδιά της Σύρου. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας, ο κ.Γιάννης είναι ένας ευγενέστατος και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός κύριος. Μας παρέλαβε και στην επιστροφή μας πήγε στο λιμάνι με το αυτοκίνητό του, πράγμα πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Μας ενημέρωσε για το τί πρώτα απ΄όλα αξίζει να δούμε στη Σύρο και είχε στη διάθεσή μας ακόμη και χάρτες. Είχαμε καθημερινή καθαριότητα του χώρου, πολύ όμορφο φωτεινό περιβάλλον και υπέροχο στρώμα! Το μόνο που χρειάζεται αυτό το κατάλυμα είναι σκούρες κουρτίνες για να μην χρειάζεται να κλείνεις τα εξώφυλλα.

• ADAM (10/5): - Gospodarz odebrał mnie z portu, następnie dokładnie wytłumaczył co warto zobaczyć na wyspie i gdzie zjeść smacznie. Pokój i łazienka nowe, bardzo czyste, dostępne pachnące kosmetyki, silne ciśnienie wody w łazience, bardzo wygodne łóżko, dostałem pokój z widokiem na morze i dużym tarasem. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja (w listopadzie jedną noc było chłodno i funkcja ogrzewania działała bardzo dobrze). Spokojna okolica, nie dobiega hałas z ulicy, więc można wypocząć. Pieszo dosłownie kilka minut do portu i głównej ulicy w Ermupoli. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. 3 minuty od apartamentu znajduje się bardzo dobry gyros z super cenami. Brak, z chęcią skorzystałbym raz jeszcze!

From pick up at the port, to comprehensive info about the island, free load of washing, excellent restaurant recommendations and the list goes on. The picture of the views of the harbour on the site are thankfully accurate. Our host was charming, the location great - a bit of a climb up the steps if your mobility isn’t great but fine for most. What a terrific little town and island. Nothing.

Dank der Gadtfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Besitzer haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war atemberaubend schön, man sieht von dort den Hafen und das Meer. Alles war super😀!

He gave us 2 maps marking restaurants and places to visit, buses, etc. This information was a great help to us and took the stress out of where to go and getting around, eg, mini bus to Ano Syros (didn't know there was one) we went to suggested restaurants and so glad we did. Our apt was lovely, clean, and had a lovely balcony. Giannis also brought our luggage to the port in good time for our ferry departure. He could not be more helpful. Thank you, Giannis will return 😊 There's a lot of stairs in Syros, but that has no reflection on Pefkakia Park

• StefanNL (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf met echte Griekse gastvrijheid - We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit mooie en goed onderhouden guesthouse in Ermoupouli. Giannis was ontzettend vriendelijk: hij haalde ons op van de haven, bracht op de laatste dag onze koffers terug en nam de tijd om uit te leggen hoe de bussen werkten, waar je lekker kon eten en wat de moeite waard was om te zien. Elke ochtend kregen we koffie en een stukje vers gebak van zijn moeder – een warm begin van de dag. Onze kamer was zeer schoon, elke dag netjes schoongemaakt en had een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Een plek waar je je welkom voelt. We komen graag nog eens terug! Niets

La signora Maria è il motore del Pefkakia Park al mattino ti offre caffè e dolci preparati da lei e ti dà indicazioni sulle spiagge e sull'isola. Consiglio una vacanza al Pefkakia Park Grazie Maria!! • Patrick (10/5): Touchez le cœur d’Ermopouli 😍 - L’accueil au top des propriétaires de cet hôtel qui sont venus nous chercher à l’arrivée du Ferry. Des chambres bien équipées avec une vue directe sur le port. La gentillesse de notre hôte qui prépare le café avec un gâteau maison tous les matins. Rien tout est parfait.

• Vassiliki (10/5): Warm hospitality and a room with a stunning view - Our stay was excellent! The room is within walking distance from the port, which is very convenient. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, giving us great tips on what to see, where to go, and how to get around the island. The room was spotless, with a wonderful view of the port and Ano Syros. The room had window blinds instead of shutters, which provided shade without making the room completely dark during the day. Sheets and towels were changed every second day, while cleaning was done daily. Although breakfast was not served, there were always cookies, cake, and coffee available 24/7 at the reception – a very nice touch!
• Dimitris (10/5): - Υπέροχοι ιδιοκτήτες, ευγενικοί,πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Μας παρέλαβαν από το λιμάνι χωρίς να το ζητήσουμε. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το δημαρχείο. Το δωμάτιο άνετο και δροσερό. Ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία!!

• Fabio (10/5): STAFF DA 10 E LODE! - Lo staff e il punto di forza di questa struttura ricettiva, Maria e suo figlio Giannis sono persone eccezionali. Giannis è venuto a prenderci al porto e riaccompagnarci, ed è stato sempre presente e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno. Ogni mattina ci sono sempre dolci e caffè che ti accolgono al risveglio, seppur non c’è la colazione standard. E’ la prima volta che dó 10, se lo meritano tutto!!! Nulla

• Phoebe (10/5): Excellent. Will recommend to everyone considering Syros. - I don’t usually leave comments but hand to my heart Giannis is the best host I have ever met. He honestly went out of his way to make sure all of his guests have a great time. From picking me up from the port, to giving me recommendations around the island, it felt genuine and he really wanted all of his guests to enjoy themselves. He definitely made my stay more enjoyable and I can’t thank him enough. The room itself is also spectacular. The view from the balcony facing the water is stunning and I couldn’t ask for more.

Owners very friendly indeed, nice breakfast and feeling of home and welcome. Nothing. One of the rooms is bigger than the other, so don't fear to not be at the top of the building.

Gianni was kind enough to pick us up and drop off at the Port. We cant wait to come back. Amazing rooftop balcony, great location too.

• Stephanie (10/5): A fantastic experience with fantastic hosts - Giannis was so accommodating. He picked us up from the port and sat us down and showered us maps and gave advice for our trips. He was available for questions our entire stay. He even upgraded us to a sea view for free when the room ended up being open!! We had a comfortable room with a gorgeous shower and balcony. I cannot recommend this place enough! Nothing! All was well!

Collected us at the Port which proved to be a great thing as a lot of steps to position of Pefkakia Park. The views walking down.to the waterfront area never failed to enchant us.He has the maps out and all kinds of info and sent us bus timetables ect.Amazing Coffee and Cake a bonus for sure! There was nothing not to like.
• Steven (10/5): Excellent value in a great location. - Great location near the harbour and several attractions (e.g., city hall, theatre), yet situated on a quiet side street slightly up the hill/mountain. Giannis and his mother were very hospitable, with Giannis picking and dropping me up/off at the ferry port, and even carrying my suitcase. His mother offered cake and coffee in the quaint lobby/reception area. My room had a great view of the sea and part of the city and was both very clean and modernized, including a rainfall showerhead. All in all, I enjoyed my stay both at Pefkakia Park and in Ermoupoli, and wouldn't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.
