Stephanie (4/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit Feierlaune ok. - Zentral gelegen, nicht weit vom Flughafen, 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Frühstücksmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Extrem dünne Wände, man hört was die Nachbarn reden, viele Ballermanngäste, die morgens um 4 zurückkommen.

J. (8/5): Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding - Het appartement is redelijk eenvoudig maar schoon en netjes. De bedden zijn prima. Er is een leuk zwembad maar dit hebben we niet gebruikt want de watertemperatuur was begin april nog veel te koud. Parkeren is openbaar en gratis maar het kan soms nodig zijn een straatje verderop te staan. De keuken is ingericht om een maaltijd te koken maar er waren wel weinig pannen. De kamers zijn wat gehorig dus een snurkende buurman is goed hoorbaar.

Dario (7/5): - Za pred sezonu cijena je bila prihvatljiva u odnosu na druge hotele. Lokacija ok za obilazak ostrva ako imate auto. Veoma losa izolacija sve se cuje iz drugih soba. Neverovatno koliko se cuje kao da nije zid između nego paravan… Ne mogu zamisliti kolika je tu buka u sezoni.

Las camas cómodas pero los colchones de los sofá camas son durísimos...y una tabla debajo...no son para dormir. Mantas muy viejas y almohadas muy muy finas. La calefacción no funcionaba,echaba aire frío.

Emil (2/5): Pro děti nebezpečné - EN:In the apartment where we stayed, the seating sofas had movable cushions, and underneath there was a sharp metal edge. Our daughter scraped her skin when she sat down – fortunately it didn’t result in a deep cut, but it could have. The only solution was to cover the sharp edges with towels to prevent further injury. Another issue was the air conditioning vent, which was visibly dirty and had mold inside. This is, in my opinion, a serious hygiene problem. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation. CZ: V apartmánu, kde jsme byli ubytovaní, byly na sedacích soupravách posuvné matrace a pod nimi ostrá plechová hrana. Naše dcera se při běžném dosednutí nepříjemně odřela – naštěstí bez tržné rány. Jediné provizorní řešení bylo překrýt hrany ručníky, aby nedošlo k dalším zraněním. Dalším problémem byl výdech z klimatizace, který byl viditelně znečištěný a uvnitř byla plíseň, což považuji za poměrně vážný hygienický nedostatek. Celkově bych toto ubytování nedoporučil.

Ulla (5/5): - Günstig, für junge feiernde durchaus genügend Das Apartment war leider nicht so schön. In der vorhandenen kleinen Küche war leider keine Kaffeemaschine,der Toaster funktionierte leider nicht,Spültücher gab es auch nicht außer einen uralten Schwamm. Im Bad gab es keine Lüftung außer so ein kleines Fenster,wenn man das öffnete und das Zimmer nebenan das selbe tat konnte man sich unterhalten. Klingt witzig ist es aber nicht. Wir mussten uns auch gleich direkt Handtücher selber holen. Waren mit 5 Personen angemeldet, lagen leider nur 2 da. Der Türrahmen im Bad ist leider auch kaputt. In dem einen Schlafzimmer war vom Bett das Lattenrost defekt.
ManuelaS1970 (5/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich Wir waren zum 4 mal da. Es wurde in den letzten Jahren nichts renoviert oder erneuert und das merkt man jetzt auch. Das Hotel könnte dringend eine Renovierung gebrauchen.
Helene (6/5): - Nettes Personal. Betten bequem. Lage ist OK. Für das Geld um nur dort zu schlafen OK. Alles sehr alt. Dusche ebenfalls alt und auch die Duschwandschienen sowie das Silikon schon eher schwarz statt weiss vom Schimmel. Küche alt, Tisch usw auch.

Поруч зупинка, магазини, в номері чудовий балкон, є посуд.персонал в готелі привітливий і доброзичливий! Скажу так: мені все сподобалося, тому що я цілий день десь гуляю і в номері тільки відпочиваю, точніше приймаю душ і сплю, можна б було трохи старанніше прибирати в номері підлогу і душ... а так все добре!

Dana (2/5): - Ich war jetzt schon einige Male in diesem Hotel, aber das war definitiv das letzte Mal. Das Zimmer auf der -1 Ebene war überall voller Schimmel an den Wänden. Außerdem war die Dusche komplett kaputt. Die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen und man setzte das ganze Bad (2qm groß) unter Wasser. Es gab keine Lüftung, dort war auch überall Schimmel und die Halterung für den Duschkopf geschweige denn das warme Wasser haben nicht funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank war ein Witz, im vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern und auch die küchenausstattung wird von Mal zu Mal beschissener. Die Tür zur Terrasse ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen, meine Mutter hat die nie aufbekommen und selbst ich hatte Schwierigkeiten. Was schön war, uns kamen täglich Katzen besuchen da wir direkt auf der Ebene unsere Terrasse hatten, das bedeutet jedoch auch: auf der Terrasse: keine Abschirmung von Zimmernacjbarn, viel dreck durch die ganzen Bäume, Ameisen etc und MÜCKEN. Eine Plage und nur durch den Gang in die Apotheke aushaltbar. Wenn ihr das Hotel bucht, bucht ein Zimmer ab Etage 2! Für mich war es das letzte Mal, schade!

Mia (7/5): Für ein paar Tage Ballermann Urlaub mit freunden ist es komplett ausreichend. - Mit Freunden perfekt weil man in einer Wohnung gemeinsam ist, man hat eine Küche dabei und unten bei der Rezeption ist ein kleiner Shop mit Getränken usw und der Pool ist auch sehr schön. 5-7 min zu fuß vom Bierkönig. Das Bad hat geschimmelt und generell ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig man hört alles sehr laut durch die Wände durch.

Anna (7/5): - Lokalizacja, basen, czystość. Personel był bardzo pomocny. Mini sklepik obok recepcji. Między apartamentami są bardzo cienkie ściany dlatego bardzo słychać co się dzieje u sąsiadów. Patelnie z pozdzieranym teflonem już dawno powinny być wyrzucone. Odpływ w prysznicu zatykał się nawet po minimalnym użyciu wody, nie dało się go odetkać co powodowało, że notorycznie zalewało łazienkę.

Had everything we needed in the kitchen - although I don’t like cooking so we ate out mostly Some annoying youth but the staff were good at managing this
