- Matthew (4/5): - The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area was neglected and needed love and attention. The internet service there was intermittent and mostly unreliable. I wish that I could some kind of refund, because of the false advertisement and poor hotel quality.
- clifford (4/5): - The lobby and the hallways inside the hotel were very nice and clean. The rooms were a different story. There was a closet next to the bathroom that leaked water, that brought mosquitos. The wifi did not work. The furniture inside was dated. My family and I moved out after 3 days and went to another hotel, after finding a mouse in our luggage. The door lock on the room did not work and my wife had to call maintenance to fix it twice in 3 days! I understand the small hotel market is tough, but they could have done a lot better. They also ghosted expedia and did not refund our money for the early checkout. I wish them well.

- Alexandra (8/5): - Definitely a diamond in the rough, the property is nestled in a urban area off the main road. It may be difficult to locate if one is not familiar with the area. The staff was Amazing, rooms are a bit dated but clean, the bed was comfortable, ac unit was cold , hot water was abundant and power was not an issue. The kitchen staff was accommodating food options are limited but delicious and served in room. The outdoor pool area was the shining star pool was clean and not overcrowded.

All o the staff including the cleaners, security, reception and bar staff especially Austin, were very kind, professional and very polite. We felt safe at all times and our rooms were perfect. No pool, no outside bar, very slow laundry service, no constant wifi, no constant electricity and no constant air conditioning. Very uncomfortable and muggy. Will not use this hotel again.

Never cleaned toliet or mirrors in room. Room smelled muggy and wet so had to keep ac on which was very cold. add said free shuttle bus to and from airport but was not true. Tv didnt have service for the last night i was there. .

Pool area was stinking with bad odour from the toilet nearby! My husband was not served breakfast and we were told that only one person gets complementary breakfast! Advertised airport shuttle was not available! Hotel did not meet up with my expectations.

- Chidi (6/5): - I enjoyed the bed. But the food is boring and almost the same everyday. The staff would be gisting and chatting on the phone instead of serving you. Only the girl who is doing her IT works really hard there. The others are like civil servants always sitting behind the counters just shouting orders at her. So disgusting. The hotel has good facilities but the staff are real problem. I had to lift my luggage to check-in myself after arriving the hotel by after 1pm and told there was no room available by the front desk in the most insulting and nonchalant way. Something that could have been said in a courteous manner to achieve the same result. They need serious training on manners. Its not what you say that matters but how you put it together.

Secondly, they charged me $42 for a towel that they said I damaged. I was sick from breakfast and I understand, but $42? Stay away spend your money anywhere but here

I love how myself and new husband would leave in a rush for something and always came back to a fresh clean bed, floor cleaned, and fresh new towels. Always smelled so fresh and clean. Staff was always nice and spoke to you. I stayed about two weeks and loved it. As we left staff told us we will be missed. I miss them also.

Selection was limited, but food received was a good portion and fresh. The bathroom had a water leak and the room smelled moldy, with black stains on the walls coming through the paint. The A/C worked well. Poor wifi connectivity; service was unreliable from the room we occupied. Despite friendly and helpful staff I would not book here again.
