We arrived very late due to a plane delay and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were able to get into our property after hours. Beautifully renovated old house with lots of charm & character, lovely boutique hotel. We had a room with a good size terrace which was nice to be able to sit out. Would recommend for authentic experience rather than the modern hotels. The only thing we felt could be improved was the lighting in the bathroom which was quite dark.

As soon as we arrived the staff were amazing and could not have done anything more to ensure we had a perfect stay. Our room had real world charm, great cooling on a hot day and a lovely bathroom.  The courtyard is amazing, a real oasis to enjoy with a coldl glass of wine. The breakfast was great and the service again was outstanding. It was disappointing we only got to stay one night, but we will be back!!!

We felt like family by the time we left (stayed 10 days) Hotel: very nice 7 room boutique hotel, great location that was walkable to Old Town Split and to further areas if you like to walk. Clean, quiet, very well maintained. I’d love to live there during the off season when they are closed, lol. Breakfast: very nice simple menu and they will accommodate requests.

• GlenH514 (6/5): 3 star hotel at a 4 star proce - Be careful, this may be a 4 star hotel but if you're in one of the 2 ground floor rooms they are small. There is an armoire that isn't big enough to accommodate Barbie's wardrobe as long as she packed for a two day trip and didn't bring Ken. Room is small, no free water bottles, no robe in room but if you ask they'll give you one. Small useless desk. Nco real seating area. Nice bathroom with a good shower. $400 a night is too much for this room. This was a two star expy made better by the excellent staff.
• Nancy (5/5): Not even close to a 4-star - The location was very close to everything. The breakfast was good. The shower was great. The staff was nice if not fully helpful This is most definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was small with nowhere to put anything except for a tiny armoire where you had to hang clothes facing forward. Not a single drawer nor anywhere to put your suitcase. The king bed had 2 pillows - they gave us 2 additional old pillows when we requested extra. The bedspread was quite worn. The desk was tiny and had a mini fridge shoved under it so very hard to squeeze your legs in to make it useful. The bathroom sink and mirror remained dirty for the duration of our 3-day stay. We had to finally ask for bathrobes on the 2nd day which they did bring. When we asked for water they gave us sink water. Not worth the money.

W rezultacie po 30 min córka przeniosła się do korytarza hotelu i leżała w przestrzeni wspólnej a pokój nadal pozostawał otwarty i niesprzątany.

Hotel: Wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Boutiquehotel mit wenigen Zimmern. Liegt in den Gassen. Trotz zentraler Lage, sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Balkon. Sehr hochwertige Rituals Produkte in dem Zimmern. Der Emfpang war sehr freundlich und Check In sehr schnell. Das Frühstück war a la Carte, man konnte zwei Menus pro Person wählen, obwohl nur ein Menu gereicht hat. Der Service war toll und sehr kundenorientiert. Parkplätze: Parkplätze sind um die Ecke in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus vorhanden - 48 Euro pro Tag. Rundum sehr zufrieden, wir kommen seit Jahren nach Split und in dieses Hotel ist empfehlenwert. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

• Helen (9/5): Smart and stylish, great location and super staff. - This is a great little bolt hole. The location is fab, there is just the right amount of what you need for a boutique hotel. Decor is tasteful and understated. The staff were super helpful and friendly. And breakfasts were fresh and delicious. We travelled as a family of four and booked two doubles. I would definitely return. Tiny bit noisy at night from passers by, but in the centre of town it can’t be helped.

• Edward (10/5): - A really fabulous stay, minutes on foot away from Diocletian’s Palace and the ferry terminal. The staff were very attentive, the room (With a balcony) was great and the breakfast was one of the nicest we have had in a while. And quite a reasonable price for this class of hotel. Only very minor points to be aware of are that the bathrooms are a bit small (understandable as it’s a small hotel) and the bedsheets were rather an odd arrangement (where the duvet was on top of, rather than in, the sheet) for Brits used to duvets. All in all, would thoroughly recommend.

• Guest (10/5): A pleasant stay in a heritage-style hotel. - Cozy boutique-style hotel very close to the old town and main attractions (Riva promenaade). The hotel was located on a narrow and relatively quiet side street (there were many restaurants nearby) and also had good A/C. We had a double room with a balcony, which would have been very nice if the temperature hadn't been so high even at night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was in different styles and you could order it according to your taste. I definitely recommend it. Nothing to say.

• Colleen (10/5): - The room, the dining area/courtyard were beautiful. Easy location. Excellent staff. The chef even treated us to an early breakfast due to an excursion we booked at 6:40am.. Our car was safely parked in nearby public parking. However, it was $40 a day.
• Harvey (9/5): Lovely hotel - Beautifully located in Split. We had a downstairs room. Very quiet in spite of being right off the courtyard where breakfast is served. Breakfast was excellent with multiple choices. Bed was comfortable and pillows good. Staff was very attentive. Hotel is located up a pedestrian alley, so you must schlep your bags from the taxi for a short distance. Hotel has not an elevator. Aircon was in a unusual spot in the room with a large black out curtain which covered it and the door. Thank goodness I brought clothes pins and was able to lift it above the aircon for airflow. (33C in Split that day) Also, said curtain was a trip hazard every time we entered or exited the room.

• TDL1410 (10/5): Cute and lovely hotel - We loved staying here for a couple of night in April, they had pretty much opened from their break the day we arrived and greeted us with champagne and cake, which was a lovely touch. As the hotel wasn’t full, they also upgraded our room which was nice touch The staff are so friendly and helpful, our room was wonderful, the location of the hotel is perfect, central enough to be close to everything, but also up a little side street so really peaceful too. Breakfast was made fresh for you every morning and was delicious. It’s a perfect small lovely hotel, would go back.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed room. Lovely terrace at the front of the hotel where we had breakfast. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work which meant the mirror steamed up when taking a shower. Also there needs to be a light over the bathroom mirror.

• Kim (10/5): Beautiful hidden gem - Heritage 19 is an absolute little gem, tucked away in a quiet, cobbled street just off the main promenade. The rooms are air conditioned, beautifully stylish, comfortable and well sized. The staff are lovely and served a very nice breakfast. There is no bar, but that didn't bother us.

• 160donnah (10/5): Beautiful family run boutique hotel with kind friendly staff and extremely clean - Lovely, friendly boutique hotel. In a fantastic location, with a lovely little courtyard for breakfast. I am wheat intolerant and so couldn't eat the cake on our first day, so the staff went out of their way to bake a GF coconut and apple cake for me and my husband, which was very kind of them and delicious! The girls on reception were extremely nice and couldn't do enough to help us by recommending things to do and places to eat in split and the islands nearby. The room was kept fantastically clean throughout our 10 day stay and we had a kettle, cups and wine glasses in the room. Our balcony was lovely and you could smell the jasmine as soon as you went outside. The showers were powerful and we had lots of towels, changed everyday. I would recommend a trip by hydrofoil to Hvar, we used Krilo 25 euros pp each way.

Helpful and knowledgeable of surrounding areas and tours. Our shower broke after 1 night so had to live between 2 rooms whilst they had it fixed but it was ok and the upgrade room was bigger than the one we had.
• Guest (10/5): Wonderful place to unwind amidst the chaos. - Breakfast experience was amazing both days! Fast service with really great egg breakfasts and coffee was the best. Just down the way from all the fun but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. And by far enough away, I mean like a two minute walk to the fun stuff.
