• Sze Yeen (10/5): Great value with superb service at superb location. - Great location. Only 5 mins walk to the shinkanshen station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Great service. Staff was very helpful. They helped to move our car to covered parking space when it started snowing and even cleared the snow from the windscreen. Free welcome drink coupon gave us access to the small executive lounge that offers free sake tasting, soft drinks and beer machines. Coined washing machines and dryers are available too. Washing detergent available for purchase. Access to the onsen is split between genders. I had to wait till 9.30pm. Not the hotel's fault but the nearest access to shinkanshen station was blocked. As a result, we had to walk around the block.

• Louise (10/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - Located conveniently close to the station, the hotel has fantastic amenities and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Their steak house was amazing and the staff were very kind and considerate of my dietary restrictions. I would stay here again. The public bath had very restricted hours for women and they do not allow tattoos.

• Alice (7/5): Friendly Staff in a Good Location - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great as it is right next to the train station. It is a bit dated and the bed was not very comfortable. It was a little expensive considering the need for updates.

• MASATO (6/5): フロントの滑舌が悪いときはしっかり聞き直そう - チェックイン時に朝食が別になっていることを明確に言ってくれなかっとことで朝食で嫌な思いをした。最近朝食券が無いホテルもあるのでそう思っていたら朝食券を求められて初めて知った。朝食もサラダや小鉢ものが無いのに補充されず堪能出来なかった。出張利用には充分であるが、ちょっと残念が残った。
