- SHIGETAKA (2/5): 絶対利用しない。 - 無し。 建物、室内、ベット他什器備品が古くて壁エレベーター等全て汚く補修が一切されておらず汚過ぎて不潔で兎に角気持ちが悪いホテルです。

- Cathryn (10/5): Excellent value for money with a great breakfast. - Our stay included breakfast, and it was awesome - self serve with lots of options. So the stay was easy, and exceptional value for money. And an onsen. Yukatas were provided for loan, toiletries were provided, comfy room, comfy beds. I really liked Matsumoto, the castle was gorgeous and the music and light projections on it at night were stunning. This was our first time using an onsen so we had to google what to do - maybe the hotel could provide a detailed instruction flyer? This was our ignorance, not the hotel's shortcoming, and easily solved by googling. Everything else was fantastic.

- Verified traveler (8/5): とても良かったです。 - 滞在2日目にフロントへ清掃不要のご連絡はせずにドアノブに起こさないでくださいの札だけかけて部屋にいたのですが、タオルや寝巻きなどの替えをノブに掛けておいてくださったので大変ありがたかったです。 それから直接お伝えできたらよかったかもしれませんが、トイレの床から水漏れしていたのでそこだけが不満でした。部屋は5階です。 朝食も種類が豊富とまではいきませんが、ひとつひとつが美味しかったので良かったです。 お世話になりました。また利用させていただきます。

- MEGUMI (6/5): お値段なりのホテルです - 駅からも街中からも遠くなく、安いという点は良かったですが、洗面台など、施設がいかにも古かったです。 大浴場の女性の入浴時間が、8時半で交代というのも使えませんでした。朝食もいかにも「とりあえず食べ物です」という感じでした。Ｗｉ－ｆｉは部屋に書いてあったパスワードでは使えませんでした。

- Chao Chih (10/5): 住宿體驗 - 飯店算有點老舊但整體而言算乾淨，離車站走路約10分鐘內就可以到達，沿途有經過高速巴士站地下一樓有超市可以購買熟食或是其他東西。飯店本身提供免費洗衣、烘衣機使用對於多天住宿有很大的幫助，其他像是無線網路、早餐、澡堂、漫畫書、dvd...等都為免費提供。另外最重要的可以借腳踏車，對於地形平穩而且景點間距離不大，是個很有用的交通工具，不過出發前要檢查一下單車輪胎是否有充飽氣，最重要的是服務人員很親切，對於住宿的客人提出的需求也會盡可能滿足。

They had us park a long block away but gave us a free parking pass so we didn't have to pay the 800 yen fee ourselves. Easy walk to the castle. Several restaurants nearby. I parked on the sidewalk in front of the hotel to load our baggage - we saw service vans doing the same. Decent Japanese breakfast with eggs and bread too.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had extra conveniences, like a tea pot. I also had help with translating the Japanese washing machine! The breakfast gave you many options, including cooking your own eggs, which we really enjoyed. The dishes were also different on each day, and we loved the variety. Nice quiet neighborhood. The room was small but efficiently arranged. We would stay here again.
