- FUSHIMI (1/5): 非常に残念でした。このようなホテルがまだ存在するのだと驚きです。二度と利用はしないです。 - ありません。 １Fのマッサージ機、本も古い。 建物が古くホテル全体が臭い。長期間滞在は無理。 アメニティもほとんどない。 エレベータが1台しかなく、待つしかない。 朝食も普通以下。 フロントが不在の時間が長くチェックアウトに時間がかかった。 カーテンや窓も昔のままで、 窓を開けると隣のマンションの下着がずらり。 部屋の鍵は昭和式。 この値段なら他のホテルの方が断然良い。安いとも感じない。 大浴場の更衣室にはゴキブリみたいな虫が発生し、入らず退散。

- Verified traveler (6/5): ビジネス滞在向き - 昔ながらのホテル、といった佇まいと内装。朝食会場に至るまでの通路や会場そのものなど、絨毯や壁紙に古さを感じるところがあるので、綺麗さ重視の人にはマイナスポイントかも。シングルルームは思っていたより狭く感じた。ホテル駐車場が満車でもすぐ近くにパーキングがあり、利用時は駐車後24時間800円だった。フロント前にある熊本土産コーナーは商品が充実していて、宿泊者無料のマッサージ機も２台あり、とても良い使い心地だった。

- yuki (2/5): - とにかく汚かった。 部屋風呂が狭くトイレ側に大量に水が流れ出て水浸し。排水も悪く最悪。 もう利用したくない。

- Colin (1/5): Do not stay here. - Location ok. Expensive. Badly maintained. Cold. There was a 0.5cm gap in the window frame with the wind blowing through it. Hotel needs a thorough clean. Bathroom was stained and scuffed. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan.
- Kazuhisa (2/5): - 施設としてボロボロにもかかわらず、1泊15,000以上もした。 金額に対してコスパが悪い。 一晩中トイレタンクに水が流れっぱなしで、良く眠れませんでした． フロントでは、朝食券を購入したにもかかわらず、朝食無と伝えられるなど、対応に不満ありです。 きっちり日本人スタッフが対応すべきですね。
