- yoshihiro (10/5): 良いと思います。 - 夜の無料カレーライスはお得感有ります。ドリンク、飴等のサービスも良いです。宿泊時に余力が有れば大浴場、屋上の漫画コーナーも利用したいです。部屋の照明が明るいので事務作業で目が疲れにくいです。目の前にショッピングモールのフジグランも有り買い物にも便利です。 築年数が古そうで一部、劣化も有りそうですが、サービス面でカバーしていると思います。

- ぞ (8/5): リピ有り！ - ①チェックインが１５時〜であったが部屋の清掃が早めに終わった様で１３時頃にチェックインさせて頂きました。 ②朝食会場で全員に坊っちゃん団子を配っていて素晴らしい配慮だと感じた。 ③自転車が無料でレンタル出来るのは素晴らしい。 ④数少ない大浴場がある貴重なホテルです。 ⑤事前にエレベーターから遠い部屋にしてほしいとのリクエストに快く対応して頂きました。 ①ロケーションは若干松山駅から遠い。 ②部屋はリニューアルした感はあるがリニューアルされていない箇所にカビがあった。 ③レイトチェックアウト制度があれば良い。 ④朝のバイキングはもう少しバリエーションがあると良かった。

- Verified traveler (6/5): - GWであったせいか、お値段がとても高い割に、ホテルは思ったよりも古い感じでした。 この古さであれば、もう少し割安にして頂けたらと思いました。 ロケーション自体は松山駅からも歩ける距離ではありますので、移動には便利と思います。 あと、提携駐車場がないためホテルの駐車場に空きがない場合は、近隣の駐車場では夜間最大料金がないため、余計に費用が掛かってしまうのでその辺りは留意が必要と思いました。
- Verified traveler (4/5): - 当日は蒸し暑かったのでエアコンを操作したが入らないため、フロントで聞くと、暖房か冷房の操作しかできない、まだ冷房の切り替えが出来ていないので、窓を開けてしのいでくれとのこと。 また、駐車場へ行くと上から瓦のようなものが落ちてきたため、フロントへ行って事情を説明し駐車場へ一緒に行き確認してもらうと、灰皿の破片とのこと。わびることもなくたんたんとかたづけていた。 今後このホテルには泊まらないと思いました。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 設備古く、やや割高感あり。 - JR松山駅からは徒歩で行けます。また、ホテルの近くから市電にも乗れるので、立地条件はまずまずです。ホテルのフロントの対応も、丁寧でしたが、私が今回宿泊した部屋は、備え付け家具は角が擦り切れていて古く、シャワーも付け根部分から水漏れしている状態でした。これでも宿泊料金が近傍のホテルに比べて、安ければ良いのですが、総合的見ても、料金は割高な気がします。

- Kwakaku (8/5): Bakumatsu Pilgrimage in the Western Seto Inland Sea - We, or my daughter, wanted to visit Suo-oshima Island. As beach hotels and inns in the island were busy in the summer, being occupied with sea bathers, we decided to stay in Matsuyama and take a ferry to Suo-Oshima from Mitsuhama, a port town near Matsuyama, although our stay in the island will be a short one. As day lomg-distance buses run to Matsuyama very often, most of which stops at JR Matsuyama Station, we decided to choose a hotel around the station. Hotel Crown Hills Matsuyama is less than 10-minute walk from the station, and a rental car shop was between the station and the hotel. An ideal location!

Otherwise the room corridors will reek of smoke. There are free tea and coffee at the lobby plus amenities for use in onsen on the same level. Also available are extra pillows and. such. Turn right after exiting hotel, walk about 2 blocks, there are some restaurants and a dessert cafe. Opposite the hotel is a huge shopping centre. The Dogo onsen is a short car ride if there is no traffic jam. The castle is even nearer.

- トトマル (6/5): 繁華街近くの便利なホテル - バイクでの旅でしたが、バイクの駐車スペースが小さくて夜間に降雨があった場合は雨がかかってしまうと思います。バイク用の駐輪場の整備がされていたら申し分ないです。

- Wilson Kong (8/5): 質素一般好，整潔度ok，服務員不懂英語 - JR站步行約十多分鐘到達，有早餐，餐廳服務員非常禮貌及很主動幫忙，反而櫃台服務員不懂英語，溝通有小許困難。房間整潔，有浴缸，酒店內有浸浴，不錯的選擇。

- Yasuki (6/5): 子供同伴素泊添寝でお得 - 駐車場があるのは良いです。ただし入り方は分かりにくかったです。交通量の多い道路に面していて、路駐はできないので注意が必要です。
- GregBris (10/5): Good location, good value and excellent breakfast - We stayed here on 2 different occasions in March 2014. Good location close to JR Matsuyama Station and car rental car companies. Short walk into town, with plenty of places to eat and shop. Good size room, very clean and great service. The most outstanding feature was the excellent buffet breakfast - a great range of both Japanese and Western Food. It must have been good as we stayed there a second time when we returned to Matsuyama after a driving trip around Shikoku. Highly recommended !
