Paola (7/5): It’s just okay - Good location, you have everything you need walking distance The AC was EXTREMELY noisy, and if you try to lower it, it will completely turn off, at nights it will get super cold. It was very uncomfortable. We had to call twice because the water stopped running, after we reached out, it magically started working again, that was very, very annoying!!

Ubicación excelente a 1/2 cuadra de 5ta avenida: restaurantes en la misma cuadra y a la vuelta muchísimas opciones. Pegado tiene un mercado 24 hs. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Todo ok.

Meg (9/5): Wonderful place to stay in Playa - Las Palmas was a wonderful home base for us in Playa del Carmen. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The A/C worked well and there was a kitchen for cooking, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. We appreciated the hosts providing purified water, since otherwise we would have needed to spend a lot of money buying bottled water. Hosts and housekeeping were available and responsive. We (especially our kids) loved the rooftop pool which was really lovely. Great location - very convenient to shops, ATMs, supermarket (Chedraui). It's right near 5th Ave (lots of bars and partying), but we didn't hear any of the noise from inside the apartment. Walking distance from one of the ADO bus stations, where we took the bus to Valladolid. I highly recommend the Choux Choux Cafe, our favorite breakfast/ brunch spot!

Ines Cristina (10/5): - A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, dá para ir a todos os locais a pé, e táxi para a rodoviária ADO não sai caro, pois é perto. O apto é bem silencioso e climatizado. Fizemos comida para nosso filho todos os dias. É bem grande, acomoda bem toda a família. Os funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos! O chuveiro não mantém a temperatura durante o banho, às vezes fica frio e outras quente demais.
SAIN-TE (10/5): - Awesome stay. José was there to meet us and send us off. When power went down and the air conditioner wouldn't come back up at 21:00, he fixed it 15 min after we called him. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. The swimming pool area is great for chilling out.

Apenas os chuveiros que estava ruim a saida de agua... acredito que alguns jatos estavam entupidos ... fazendo com que a água saisse sem direção .... piscina limpa e bem gostosa....

Eric (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas Condominio. The location is perfect—just a one-minute walk to 5th Avenue. Three of the best restaurants in the area are within a two-minute walk, and the beach is only about five minutes away. The property is well-maintained and cleaned every two days. The staff is extremely friendly and responds within minutes if you need anything. The condos are beautiful and well-decorated. Our whole family really enjoyed the place. Highly recommend!

Dan (8/5): - The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water).

nelson (8/5): - We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !

Julie (10/5): Great value for the money, excellent location. - Staff is extremely kind and helpful, from booking the apartment until checking out. Apartment was very big and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Rooms have plenty of storage room, we were 4 adults and were very comfortable. Location is about 10-15 mins walk to the ferry/ADO terminal turistica. There is a taxi station in the next block, they charged us 100 MXN to get to the ADO terminal/ferry. Most nights we would walk back, you are half a block from Quinta Avenida and very close to calle 38. Mamitas beach is less than 10 mins away. I was aware of the noise situation when I booked this apartment, and sure enough there is construction work right behind the condos, they start working about 8 am, so not real chance to sleep in but we didn't go there to sleep in so everything was good. At night there is a lot of noise on the Quinta Avenida but it didn't reached the apartment during weekdays, it was only Saturday that it got really noisy but we were up late as well. I understand it is a price to pay for the excellent location.

Amenidades para lavar ropa y secarla. Hacer tu propia comida. Internet veloz. Tv smart en cuartos. Lujo total sin pagar tanto. Personal que recibe es muuuy atento. Recibe el depa limpio y dejalo lo mas limpio posible. Gas y agua incluido. El contenedor de basura en la esquina a 10 mts de la puerta de acceso. Regreso si o si
Lourdes (10/5): Fabuloso!!!! - Me encantó el condominio, nos tocó planta baja, así q era mas fácil el acceso, pq son 3 pisos y no tiene elevadores, la alberca está en la azotea 4to. Piso, muy bonito decorado. Fuimos 2 familias y el otro era en el 3er. y ese si tenia lavadora y secadora. La calle 5ta. Está a media cuadra, ideal para turistear, y comprar artesanias, el ferry a Cozumel si está retirado 13 cuadras, pero viendo tienditas ni se sienten. El condominio tiene todo, me sentí como en mi casa, tiene caja fuerte, 2 tv. Solo los colchones se me hicieron muy duros tipo ortopédicos. Los condominio tienen un cancel de entrada q solo con llave se entra, por lo q me sentí muy segura, aunque el area en general es muy segura, hay muchisimos restaurantes al rededor, y muy cerca de Xcaret, xplor, y xenses, q estan increíblemente divertidos para adolecentes y niños y grandes también claro. Otra cosa q no me gustó es q enfrente están construyendo un edificio y hay trabajadores viendo hacia la piscina, y hacen ruidos de contracción muy temprano. Pero es algo temporal, definitivamente lo recomiendo, aparte de su buen precio para el area tan turística.

Added bonus was the free drinking water bottle in the condo! Very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach.

Jeffrey (8/5): Great value - Overall, a great value. Travelling with my wife and two daughters, the two bedrooms, two bathrooms with nice size living room and kitchen was ideal. The people running the property don't speak a lot of English but enough to get all of our requests answered. The location is very good and the rooftop pool is nice. The only downsides were the master bed squeeked every time one of us rolled over.

It has all possible facilities - washing machine, dryer, private parking, fridge, stove and oven, air conditioning. The property manager is very pleasant and helpful guy, helped us a lot with our inquiries. A few minor things to improve - hot water runs off a bit fast, the parking has palma trees, so be aware of falling coconuts :), WiFi didn’t work for one day although was repaired fast, one bed was a bit creaky. Overall we were very very happy with the place - 9/10
eduardo (10/5): Bachelor party - Instalaciones amplias muebles, accesorios, decorativos, equipos todo en buen estado para una cómoda estancia. Un poco más de iluminación en la cocina mejoraría el ambiente. Escoba y recogedor falto. Destapa baños “sobra” ahí o desmerece a las lindas instalaciones. La alberca de 10 ! Sin duda volvería.

alexandre (8/5): Good Enough - Las Palmas, in fact, is a group of apartments no a hotel. There is a person who lives there and helps to fix the problems that, eventually, can happen. The location is very good, close to everything. The apartment is very simple but good enough for the price. The kitchen is complete and helps a lot to have breakfast at home. There is no elevator.

Katrine (8/5): God beliggenhed - Dejlig lejlighed til den dyre side men perfekt med børn. God service og rengøringen var acceptabel. Lå i en sidegade til 5. avenue - så tæt på alt men alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Den offentlige strand 500-700 meter derfra er ikke så god og meget meget crowded.
