- Faisa (5/5): Overall, the hotel was okay, but not worth the price I paid! - I like the staff they were all friendly and welcoming , the location of the hotel was very great . The hotel was very clean everywhere the room was clean too . . I didn’t like the breakfast I had — there wasn’t enough variety. It felt like 2-star hotel . I didn’t enjoy it, and there weren’t many options. The croissants and other food didn’t taste good. The shower water leaked out while I was using it, and the room was very small. Overall, it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

- Gina (7/5): Clean and Reasonably Price Hotel - The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. Money exchange was available at the front desk, a nice perk. Breakfast was served at reasonable varied time and there was plenty to choose from. I had a lot of issues with water temperature in my bathroom; The water shower will only spew out cold/warm water every so often and I had to get an engineer each time to address this. This was very inconvenient and impacted my schedule a lot of times. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the quality of towels were lacking for a 4-star hotel.

- Lavanya (10/5): - We had a wonderful experience at Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi. The ambience was excellent, and the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Whenever we had questions, they were always ready with clear and friendly answers, especially regarding the food. We also visited the massage center, and it was a fantastic experience. The massage therapists were highly professional, skilled, and followed traditional techniques. They truly did an outstanding job. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Tulip Canaan. I am very happy to give a 10-star rating to this hotel.

- Rania (3/5): Not even a 4 star experience - Location is great I checked in at 12 midnight after an 8 hr long flight. I had so many bags so the front desk stuff asked someone to help me with my bags to my room. Anyway I did not have any cash on me to tip the guy so I told him I will tip him in the morning, I just wanted to shower and go straight to bed. the guy said i should use my card to tip him that he cannot wait till tomorrow. He stood outside my door. So I had to go down to the front desk to tip him. I had no problem tipping him however I thought that was very unprofessional and rude. Anyway we were a group of 5 and we booked our stay for 7 nights but the service in the place wasn’t good at all. If anything most of the staffs were rude and not accommodating at all. They kept making up new rules everyday. We were not allowed to take pictures in the lobby, even though we are staying there, they told our guests that they are only allowed to visit for 2 hours, what kind of a hotel tells you how long your allowed to have people over. And it’s not like we were partying, The rooms are way smaller than advertised, the drainage in the bathroom wasn’t working, some of my friends rooms had brooked locks that they didn’t bother to repair before we checked in, that’s a 3 star hotel at best

The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Common areas like the pool and lobby are welcoming and beautifully designed. A special compliment goes to the restaurant staff – from the bar to the waiters and kitchen – all extremely professional, kind, and attentive. The service was excellent! Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

The bathrooms are poorly designed and afford little privacy especially if the family involves a child. There are no hooks to hang clothes within the bathrooms. Some stuff in the room service was overcharged upon checkout so make sure that this is handled.

We also like the fact that the hotel gave us easily a late check out. Very much appreciated! The dinner we ordered could be improved,the taste wasn’t quite up to the mark, although the portion size was sufficient.

The facilities are impressively modern one standout feature was the automatic door sign system for "Clean" or "Do Not Disturb," which was both convenient and thoughtful. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great job to the entire team!

- Kashif (9/5): Recommended for a comfortable stay - Location is good, not so far from centre. There are some restaurants & a supermarket nearby on walking distance. Staff is wonderful & made us feel so welcomed. They even packed the breakfast since we had to leave early morning for safari. Lack of public transportation. We took a local sim so it was easier to get Uber otherwise the location is not exactly on Main Street.
