- Maria (8/5): homely. opposite hospital. understanding. kind. clean. spa bath - have had to stay many times due to my brother being in ICU last year for about 3 weeks and again this year with more operations. Plus my son and I staying when going to the zoo and Te Papa. My son is high needs and struggles with any change so this motel staff have made sure we always have the same unit. the car parks

- Sheree (7/5): Great hospital access - Location to the hospital. It is immediately across from the A&E and after hours access and there is also onsite parking which was really handy! Booked an accessible unit and when I got there it was on the second level which was accessible by elevator, but then there were a small set of stairs down to the unit. I was able to manage these, albeit cautiously, but can imagine if somebody required wheelchair or walker access, this would not be accessible at all. I was staying there as I was from out of town and my partner was having urgent surgery in Wellington for a life threatening condition. I did not have the time to make a complaint about this and I spent most of my time at the hospital anyway.

We were visiting family in Wellington Hospital which was situated across the road. Access to bus and taxis very easily accessible. We had booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed in the lounge. The sofa bed in the lounge was very uncomfortable, very low mattress that you could feel the springs of the sofa through it. No extra blankets or pillows were provided. The towels were very thin obviously haven't been renewed for some time as some were stained rather badly. The whole place is in need of some upgrading, even paint work and decor very outdated. You pay good money for accommodation and expect it to be of a reasonable standard.

I was not told there was a hight restriction for a trailer, after I asked before I made the booking. I was told there will be an open parking for the trailer, there was not, it had to stand in the middle of the parking area. The parking area is extremely small and cars are parked extremely close to each other, damage can be caused.

- Daniel (10/5): Helped us when my father passed away - Close to Hospital essential if you're family is in urgent care Shower pressure is amazing! It's close to the hospital so you hear sirens but you're sick relatives are hearing them so it's worth it to be so close. You can't get closer

- Lizzy (9/5): Great location, lovely staff- great facilities. - Location was perfect for us especially with my daughter being across the road at Wellington Hospital, Staff were amazing- they were quite flexible if my daughter needed to be in hospital an extra night, and then when my daughter was discharged early they were very accomodating. The access into the room, the step heading at the door of the room, could be quite dangerous- no protection from the wind- and the room was difficult to find at first- The lift made me feel un easy to use- the creeky sounds it made, and the light cutting out-
